Kudos to Williams Professional Painting for exceeding our expectations! A special note of thanks to D2 Dagoberto and Enrique (our painters) as well as Milton (estimator/project manager) for their professionalism from start to finish.

They were appropriately dressed and on time. We appreciate the fact that they are all employees of the company vs. subs or part-timers. Defining the scope of work was easy with Milton. The scope of work was reviewed again on day 1 with the job foreman, D2 Dagoberto, as well as Milton. The painters carefully prepped each work area. Our scope required ceilings as well as a color change of the front door. They delivered the extra attention to detail required. Clean lines, no dripping paint, no strike through. The front door looks like new! I also appreciate the fact that all hardware was removed then replaced. This ensured no paint on hardware. My only regret is that the previous owners did not use your company, hence I am spending my days removing paint from windows, hardwood floors and hardware throughout our new home.

Both gentlemen worked efficiently and quietly using top of the line paint. Each night we were asked to inspect their work. Prior to their departure they cleaned the work area and neatly stored materials. They take ownership and pride in the quality of their work. We look forward to working with you again next month.

Your estimate was higher than the others, but with a brand new staircase installed and stained, I didn't want to risk taking the lower company's bid.

I thought your estimator, Milton, was excellent-he really sold us on your services. And I appreciate that he came by the first day the job started.

Luis and his crew were super nice and friendly and they worked and worked and worked. I was very impressed with the professionalism and talent of Luis and his crew. Just want to let you know that my husband and I are very pleased with the carpentry repairs done by Juan Maldonado and the painting done by Adalberto and Erik. As usual, all work was done in a professional manner. Carlos was the crew leader when I had my newly purchased condo painted in July. I know Edison worked several days but I do not know the name of any of the other workers. I had the walls, ceiling, trim & doors, and kitchen & bathroom cabinets painted as well as new hinges and hardware installed on all the cabinets. Plus Williams Prof Painting removed a big ugly mirror, repaired the drywall and installed crown molding in the living room, dining room and hall way. All this was going on at the same time I had hardwood floors installed. I was on a very tight time frame and Carlos did yeoman’s duty keeping the job moving along and keeping me informed every step of the way. There were a few really minor, minor hiccups…to be expected when you have this much activity going on in a small space. Carlos worked until after 7 PM the night before I moved in. Did I mention it was the hottest week of the year and the A/C stopped working? All of this was done with no sacrifice in quality.

I was so pleased with the work of Carlos and Edison that I requested either of them when I hired Williams Prof Painting to do some minor ceiling drywall repair and painting touch-up after I changed out a kitchen ceiling light fixture in September.

The prices for the whole condo job and the small kitchen ceiling repair job were exactly what was quoted. The crown molding was time and material and the final price for the crown molding was within $100 of the verbal ballpark range the estimator gave me. No additions and no surprises.

William Professional Painting is not the low price contractor but the price is very competitive for the quality of work performed. I will ask for Carlos or Edison at Williams Professional Painting any time I need painting or professional carpentry/drywall repairs.

This is a long overdue comment regarding the services Williams Professional Painting provided in painting our home in Fairfax.

First of all it was a pleasure to work with you, Rick, on the estimate, and we felt the price you quoted us was very reasonable for the scope of the job.

I lost the card your painters gave me in the chaos of packing the house – so unfortunately I don’t remember their names, but they were great and I would be happy to have

them in our home again!

The painters were here each day well before the time to start. They were extremely courteous, and usually they left things cleaner than they found them.

We were in chaos trying to prepare for moving, but they were very accommodating; letting me know I got to choose which room they would work on on any given day

so I could stay one room ahead of them clearing out clutter.

As for the quality of the painting it was very good!

I have recommended Williams to our Realtor and if we were staying in the area and needed painting again I would not hesitate to use Williams.

Dagoberto and Ernesto just left our house where they repaired and painted a kitchen ceiling and master bathroom ceiling, both jobs were exceptional! We are impressed by their skills and attention to the finest detail. They left both rooms spotless and perfectly replaced all furniture.
