Sandy and I want to let you know how happy we are with the painting your team completed recently on our home.

Walter and his team were incredibly professional and polite, and treated our house as if it were their own. They seemed to take as much pride and pleasure from its' appearance as we did. We are especially happy with the copper paint used on the porch roof.

In short the house looks almost new with the trim repairs, replacements, and fresh paint.

We had a great experience using Williams Professional Painting. We live in an older home where the drywall frequently experiences seasonal cracks. We hired the company to repair the drywall. The quote process was very quick and professional. We were able to schedule the work in accordance with our schedule. Mr. Ricardo Salas performed the work. He arrived promptly at the appointed time, provided an overview of what he would be doing, and got right to work. We were very pleased with the end product – smooth walls where you couldn’t tell that any repairs had been done! We will certainly keep Williams Painting in mind for any future work.

This is a long overdue comment regarding the services Williams Professional Painting provided in painting our home in Fairfax.

First of all it was a pleasure to work with you, Rick, on the estimate, and we felt the price you quoted us was very reasonable for the scope of the job.

I lost the card your painters gave me in the chaos of packing the house – so unfortunately I don’t remember their names, but they were great and I would be happy to have

them in our home again!

The painters were here each day well before the time to start. They were extremely courteous, and usually they left things cleaner than they found them.

We were in chaos trying to prepare for moving, but they were very accommodating; letting me know I got to choose which room they would work on on any given day

so I could stay one room ahead of them clearing out clutter.

As for the quality of the painting it was very good!

I have recommended Williams to our Realtor and if we were staying in the area and needed painting again I would not hesitate to use Williams.

Ricardo Salas and Cristian just finished work at our house. Dave Williams and his staff has been painting our house for well over twenty years. Consequently, I expected a first rate job, and I was not disappointed. Ricardo and Cristain's preparation and painting were excellent. It was a complicated job involving two different colors, and they brought it off perfectly. They were neat and clean and completely protected other surfaces. It just occurred to us that we're quite sure you will enjoy seeing our Christmas Card for 2014 -- our "year of the house" illustrated by these before/after views.

Just yesterday, our neighbor's son, an artistic fellow visiting for the holidays, arrived home at the same time as Dave T. and just raved for some time about our "new house"! We have also received many fine "reviews" in response to sending this card to our friends and family this year. We are enjoying it every single day ourselves, too.

Carlos and another man whose name I can't recall did a two-tone paint job on our never before painted garage. They carefully taped around all the hooks and shelves in the walls and did a perfect job. They covered everything with tarps and when they were finished the garage was exactly as we wanted it and there was not a stray speck of paint anywhere it shouldn't be.

The work of Carlos and his partner met the high standards I have come to expect from Willliams. Professionals like them are the reason we always turn to Williams Professional Painting first.

I am writing to let you know how very pleased I was by the work done by Ricardo Salas and Rodrigo on June 14, 2015. They arrived at the promised time and both worked very hard to do a superb job despite the heat and humidity. The carpentry repairs were at the 3rd floor level, as well as much of the painting and, in my eyes, the results are excellent.

This past Friday, March 29, 2013, Williams Professional Painting concluded their work on the interior of our building and the final check has been issued under the contract into which we entered back in February 2012. For purposes of your records and knowing what paint was used, please be advised we used Benjamin Moore “Pale Oak” on the first floor and a custom blend we titled “Nimbus 50%” for floors 2-roof vestibule, also manufactured by Benjamin Moore. Due in part to circumstances beyond our control, the project took longer than expected, but was well worth the wait considering the following five factors that help demonstrate the extra value we received under this contract:

• the paint class was upgraded to “Aura,” the highest quality available, and wallpaper areas addressed twice, at no extra cost to the Association;
• the painters worked quietly and on weekends, and Dave Williams even placed himself in harm’s way by photographing an intruder and likely criminal;
• Dave Williams and his painting staff were professional at all times and exhibited extraordinary amounts of patience in addressing our every concern;
• Dave Williams acted as a consultant during the paint selection phase and accommodated our many requests to test a multitude of paint samples; and
• Williams Professional Painting made an inordinate amount of extra trips to our property, which costs the firm time and money, in order to accommodate our preferences, coordinate with our redesign schedule, and paint, repaint and caulk several areas outside the contract scope at no charge to the Association because he was not satisfied.

Given the high level of commitment Williams Professional Painting made to our property, it was considerably important – and fair – that this extra information be imparted to you. The Board anticipates budgeting for “upkeep” painting to keep the common elements as pristine as they look now. While the Board cannot offer an endorsement of a particular contractor to you, I have personally been impressed enough by the perfectionist efforts of Williams Professional Painting to retain them in the near future to paint my private residence and therefore have copied Dave Williams on this message in case you wish to consider him for the same. Although Williams Professional Painting will not be able to offer us a viable solution to paint the exterior elevator doors and entryway cladding on floors 2 – roof vestibule, the Board is engaged in discussions with an elevator specialist who purportedly has the technology to make those surfaces more receptive to paint engineered just to adhere to those challenging types of entryways.

Just wanted to drop you a word regarding the progress of the Hallway Renovation Project. I’ve overseen a lot of renovation projects during my years as a Property Manager, and this has been by far the smoothest one to date. The guys are very professional, quiet, and courteous to my residents. I want to especially credit Omar and Jose G. for all of their hard work. You guys rock!

I wanted to let you know that Walter and Caesar were awesome when they came by to paint our 4^th Floor space. They were friendly and knew exactly what they were doing. Williams Professional Painting came out last fall to freshen the stain on my deck.The job was completed in a thorough and professional manner and I was happy to promptly pay them.Unfortunately for both of us, an unexpected cold front with snow moved in that same evening.The new stain curdled on streaked something awful and I was horrified when I saw it the next day after the snow melted!There is a happy ending, though.Les, from Williams Painting came back this spring (free of any extra charges) and spent three days striping, sanding and re-staining all of the deck.It all looks fresh and clean..just the way it did before the storm.Williams Professional Painting was both honorable and professional.They could have taken my money and not come back, but they didn't!I am very pleased with their work and their work ethic.

As the name of your company implies, Luis and Edwin did a very professional job. A I previously mentioned, their wall preparation, painting skills, cleanup, and furniture/wall hangings replacement were very impressive. Luis' knowledge of complicated electronic wiring for audio and video equipment allowed him to perfectly restore all of my entertainment stuff. Equally important is that Luis and Edwin are genuinely great guys.

This company is excellent to work with. Their pricing was reasonable and honest. I had interior painting of rooms, walls, ceilings, etc. over a three week period. I had a lot of work to be done. They repaired ceilings, installed doors, removed all existing paneling and molding, installed drywall to walls, installed new molding and trim. They did an excellent job! They had a "can do" attitude and made sure everything was perfect. They were punctual, friendly, professional, accommodating, courteous, very respectful of our home and of us. The team, employer and staff were a pleasure to do business with. I will be using them for another project next month. I am thrilled to have found them and will recommend them to all of my friends and colleagues without hesitation.

We can\'t begin to say how pleased we are with the beautiful job that your painters, Jose and Omar, are doing! They are very professional, punctual and responsive to all our questions. They did a remarkable job of removing very stubborn wallpaper, working consistently and systematically until the surface was beautifully prepared for the new paint.
