Williams is a good company to work with. There are only a few service providers that I enjoy working with and Williams is one of them. I have been using them for over 5 years for both big and small projects. They have always been there when I need them and I have nothing negative to say about them.

Franklin and Edwin just completed a job on our house, and I wanted to let you know how superb their performance was.

Every day they were on time, they worked hard, and they were meticulous in cleaning up. Franklin always went to us with any questions he had; he never just assumed he knew what we would want.

Williams Professional Painting team lead by Adalberto each day for 4 days, Santos, and Walter did a tremendous job on our home from 2 - 5 FEB 2015. They were prompt arriving early and coming in right at 7:30 each morning. They worked quickly and efficiently. They were all skilled painters and very professional. All had many years of painting experience and it showed. They worked well as a team. They repaired nail pops and even some places where the drywall showed a seam between two sheets. They kept picture hooks on wall, painted over but replaced the hook so we could easily replace the pictures where we had them hanging. They fixed anything we mentioned. They did an outstanding job and we will hire your team back in the future and recommend your services to our friends and neighbors.

PS. Milton was our estimator and he came by to check on the progress and helped explain some areas that needed to be reworked. He did a very good job of clearly laying out what would be done, for what price, and how long it should take his team of two painters. The office scheduled it smoothly with one call and the billing was quick and efficient with an invoice sent. Overall, job well done! I can't think of something to recommend to improve. Your team takes great pride in their work and we are glad we chose Williams Professional Painting.

Alvis (the estimator) was prompt and responsive. We purchased the house in July, and requested costs for the above work, as well as potentially additional work (painting the living room, and painting the in-law suite in the basement). He broke down the costs for each section, allowing us to pick which work we wanted done. They also were very helpful in coming out to paint the window trim in one room that we needed painted before installing new blinds.

The onsite crew looked at the areas to be painted with us before proceeding. They were prompt in arrival times, and completed the work within the estimated time frame. There were a few drips onto the radiators that I found months after the painting (so obviously not reported to the company as it took me so long to find them!). But other than that, they did a really great job, and it\'s held up nicely so far.

Joe and I would like to express our appreciation for the excellent service we received from Williams Professional Painting for the paint job at our residence that started last Monday and it was completed today.

Your employees are absolutely superb!! We certainly appreciated their knowledge, dedication, and hard work. Their efforts to finish the job today went beyond the call of duty. Despite the fact that they started very late today due to my medical appointment, they were determined to finish today and they did, even though they had to work until 7 pm in the evening.

This is just to give my foreman, Ricardo Salas, and his team high marks for the painting project they are completing today at my home. Ricardo and his crew were punctual, respectful of my furnishings, and eager to please. Their work is top notch and they clean up after themselves very thoroughly. Ricardo helped me re-hang heaving pictures, which was very helpful. He is a great asset to the Williams Painting Company. Many thanks.

This was a great experience- Rick oversaw the project from the beginning and was responsive, considerate, and honest, while JB, Lucius, and Jamie were here every day and were really excellent. They were courteous, efficient, and kind! I work from home so we saw a lot of each other. Our project consisted of fairly serious construction, as well as painting and finishing, and we are thrilled with the results. Working on the aesthetics with Lisa was a joy too, she was very thoughtful and creative. We are really very pleased with all aspects of this project, and will be using this company again in the future as needed.

Williams Professional Painting just completed painting our home-interior and exterior. They have the utmost professionalism and go beyond the job. One painter took out our trash! So kind, so thorough, and very easy to work with.

I would like to thank your staff, Milton Chavez, Lisa Reyes,Juan Maldonado and Eric Quinteros for their exemplary professionalism and outstanding work on my newly remodeled basement. Milton was totally up front with me every step of the way. He explained all additional charges which would be needed to remedy the newly discovered mold and to add crown molding which were not included in original contract. Lisa did a wonderful job helping me select paint colors. Juan and Eric arrived promptly every day, worked almost non-stop even when the temperature was an unbearable 106 degrees. I want you to know I will be putting my comments on Yelp and will be sending you a copy.

The process of getting the estimate all the way through completion of the job could not have been more seamless or easy. We just purchased a new construction condo and initially thought we could do the painting ourselves but decided to at least get an estimate from a professional. The owner of the company actually did our estimate and was kind enough to point out serious mistakes in the builders painting job (such as the builder did not sand the walls before applying paint so the paint was rough in several spots). The estimate to paint our entire first level, the stairwell and the upper level hallway was incredibly reasonable and quite surprising. So we hired Williams right away. We were able to schedule the job quickly and the painting was completed in two days. They did a perfect job. There is no better way to qualify the quality of the work. We are so happy that we decided to hire Williams Professional Painting and they will definitely have our business in the future.

We wanted to let you know that we are very pleased with the painting work done so far by Ricardo Salas and the crew working with him. The exterior painting of the house is progressing well—it is a “big” old house and we appreciate the care and time everyone is taking to prepare and paint it in the best way possible. Ricardo and the crew always arrive by 7:30 am (most times earlier) to begin the job and they work steadily throughout the day until quitting time. Everyone is very courteous and professional.

The bedroom painting job is now completed. Again Ricardo and his crew did a very good job. Noe made sure that the cut-in line between the ceiling and wall colors was straight because he wanted everything to be done right.
