Sandy and I want to let you know how happy we are with the painting your team completed recently on our home.

Walter and his team were incredibly professional and polite, and treated our house as if it were their own. They seemed to take as much pride and pleasure from its' appearance as we did. We are especially happy with the copper paint used on the porch roof.

In short the house looks almost new with the trim repairs, replacements, and fresh paint.

The ladies have asked me to tell you that the person who did the drywalling and painting in the bedroom of Apt. 3 is excellent. We can't even see where anything was done. Great work!

Alvis (the estimator) was prompt and responsive. We purchased the house in July, and requested costs for the above work, as well as potentially additional work (painting the living room, and painting the in-law suite in the basement). He broke down the costs for each section, allowing us to pick which work we wanted done. They also were very helpful in coming out to paint the window trim in one room that we needed painted before installing new blinds.

The onsite crew looked at the areas to be painted with us before proceeding. They were prompt in arrival times, and completed the work within the estimated time frame. There were a few drips onto the radiators that I found months after the painting (so obviously not reported to the company as it took me so long to find them!). But other than that, they did a really great job, and it\'s held up nicely so far.

Amy -- Sorry it's taken me so long to get back to you -- we've been very busy this first part of Spring.I did want to tell you how much I appreciated the fine work that my Williams team did.Carlos Serrano along with another Carlos did a great job on the outside of the house and were extremely professional.They showed up at the appointed time and left the property spotless each day at work's end.

Adalberto & Cristian left about an hour ago, after finishing up the painting. I just wanted you to know that not only did they do a fantastic job, but they worked clean, were professional & were very accommodating. Every evening, before they left, they always checked with me to make sure that everything that I requested was being done, even to the point where I had forgotten to mention to the office , when I told them what paint I needed, that I needed Hi Gloss paint for some of the items. The next day they had the Hi Gloss. Nothing was ever a mess. the room furniture & floors were well protected with tarps, even all the flooring from the front door to whatever room they were working on. Their painting was flawless. I know, because I used to do all our painting, so I know what it takes to do such a fantastic job. Even with me taking my time, I could not do it half as good as Adalberto & Cristian.

In the evening when they were finishing up, they made sure everything was orderly, with their supplies organized & the floors vacuumed. Their was another gentleman here on the first day & his work was flawless as well.

I tried to write a review on some of the sites on the card that Adalberto gave me, but I guess I am not very computer savvy & could not do it. I will see if my husband can help me get to the correct site.

So thank you for your wonderful service. This is our 3rd time using Williams Professional Painting & we have never been disappointed & always extremely pleased.

I cannot say enough good things about Williams Professional Painting. The painters were punctual, polite, and they are excellent painters. They did extensive preparation, they cleaned as they went, they did a super job, and then left every place they painted spotless. I will be having them back in a few weeks to paint bathrooms. I will always use Williams Professional Painting when I have painting to do.

Another quality job by the Williams crew. Ricardo and Fidel made

sure everything was covered prior to prepping the surfaces to be patched

and painted. They worked neatly and efficiently. Alvis had accurately

prescribed the job and Ricardo and Fidel executed it to the letter.

Of course, I will continue to use or recommend Williams as my "go to"

painters in the future. The office staff acknowledged the order, gave me

a scheduling window, notified me of the time and day, and made sure

the scheduled appointment was met.

What a great idea- painter for a day. I want to write a quick note to let you know how pleased I am with the paint job that Dagoberto Machado did for me on Friday the 18th. He arrived promptly at 7:30am and went right to work. He was very careful with the furniture that I could not get out of the room. Everything was covered up and when he was finished, everything was cleaned up. The color looks lovely and I wanted to let you know that Dagoberto did a fantastic job. Williams Professional Painting has done a lot of painting at our house (inside and out) over the years. I will continue to use your services in the future.

Dear Williams family,

We needed an experienced company to paint the interior of our 2200 sq. ft. 1948 brick rambler. The walls and ceilings in the original part of the house are plaster on wood lathe. During its 65+ years, the walls and ceilings were showing cracks suffered from settling, earthquake, and a mediocre paint job done by someone else 10 years ago requiring more prep time than the 1990-91 addition (drywall and wallpaper to be removed).

Once we decided that we were ready to have the house painted, we began interviewing painting companies and chose Williams Professional Painting for reasons both tangible and intangible.

A work colleague had recommended them based on their results on the exterior painting of their home.

We attended a complimentary paint consultation seminar hosted at Williams’ plant. Attendees included real estate agents, previous clients, and potential new business opportunities like us. The class was conducted by an experienced painting and color design consultant.

The plant was clean, well-stocked, and well-organized with paints and paint samples, ladders, and drop clothes for pending jobs. It was there that we met the Williams family. We knew that we could trust this family to do the job right.

Rick, the owner’s son, inspected our home twice to gauge the amount and type of work required. He then decided which of his crews had the mix of skills required to perform the job. Our crew foreman was Jose G., and the team included Ricardo, Jaime, Jhoiner, Marvin, and Dagoberto.

They did all the big and little things right, such as the following:

The crew was punctual starting every day at 7:30 AM. They worked the entire day of the mid-January snow storm and appeared the day after that storm at the same 7:30 AM starting time. They worked the entire day breaking only for a brief lunch, which they ate on the premises. They concentrated on their tasks throughout the days. They took extra care protecting our belongings including babysitting the 2 dogs if they got out. They were conscientious when it came to keeping the outside gates closed so there would be no runaway dogs. They asked us clarifying questions if there ever was the possibility of doubt. There was never any sense that any of the valuables in the house were in any jeopardy. At the end of every day, they cleaned their tools and carefully vacuumed our rugs and floors. They left the house spotless. They organized, consolidated, and covered with a tarp all of their materials and equipment in a central area that was the least intrusive to our family and pets. They offered a touch-up visit if needed before we put the house up for sale in 2015.
The crew from Williams Professional Painting made the paint project as painless for us as possible. As we told the crew, they made the house beautiful. The repair s and preparation work were superb. They know their profession and are craftsmen. We thanked them very much, and told them that they made our home beautiful. No one could have done a better job than they did.

I wanted to commend Williams Professional Painting (WPP) for the excellent performance on my recent painting job. WPP lived up to its high recommendations. It was a pleasure working with WPP -- from the schedulers, the estimator who came to preview the job, and Walter Osegueda and his partner who performed the work. Every step was handled efficiently and as promised. The crew arrived on time and completed the job -- which involved plaster repair in an older home in addition to painting -- earlier than expected. Everything was done exactly as I requested. The cleanup after completion of the job was also impressive. Its now about one week since your company completed the exterior painting and related at our house. Having been a customer of yours for about 25 years we knew what to expect -- and of course we were not disappointed! For us, this 2.5-3 week project was large and as always we were impressed with the care with which you helped us plan for it -- not least especially Lisa's help with deciding on the color scheme -- and for the attention to detail throughout. The foreman for the job, Walter, was excellent -- he was clearly committed to finishing a high quality job even if it took a little longer than expected -- and kept us well-informed on progress daily. He was also very responsive to any questions or concerns that we had as the job moved forward. His colleagues (Fidel and Jorge I think, and the carpenter whose name I forget) also did all they could to ensure a timely and good quality job -- and were scrupulous about clearing up after themselves at night and were especially thorough at the end of the task. And I should not forget your own key contribution -- answering all our questions quickly and comprehensively, and also showing great patience with us.

As always, overall, an excellent job and we will continue to recommend Williams Professional Painting highly.

We wanted to let you know that we are very pleased with the painting work done so far by Ricardo Salas and the crew working with him. The exterior painting of the house is progressing well—it is a “big” old house and we appreciate the care and time everyone is taking to prepare and paint it in the best way possible. Ricardo and the crew always arrive by 7:30 am (most times earlier) to begin the job and they work steadily throughout the day until quitting time. Everyone is very courteous and professional.

The bedroom painting job is now completed. Again Ricardo and his crew did a very good job. Noe made sure that the cut-in line between the ceiling and wall colors was straight because he wanted everything to be done right.

When everything is finished we will send in a review. Right now we wanted to let you know that your foreman, Ricardo Salas, and his painting crew are doing a good job. I just wanted to let you know that my husband and I could not be more pleased with our experience with Williams Professional Painting. First, despite a small mix-up in the scheduling, Yanize was very kind, professional and understanding, and she immediately put me at ease and was able to very quickly resolve the issue (and I was so relieved that Williams was able to work within my scheduling needs). The interior painting work itself was beautifully done, and the painting team, Dagoberto and Carlos (along with Franklin on the first day) were professional, skilled, courteous and considerate. They arrived right on time each day and worked very hard, producing beautifully painted rooms. I felt very much at ease with them in our house and appreciated the attention to detail of their work. They really went above and beyond in their painting work, even patching up an extra small area that had some scratches. This was very generous and really stands out in my mind. They also worked hard cleaning up all of the painting materials and dust afterwards. In short, our experience with Williams was a wholly positive one, and I would not hesitate to use Williams again and will be recommending you to others. Thank you for making our home beautiful, and for making the process as easy and painless as possible.

(I should also mention that we enjoyed working with Jose, our estimator, who was also very professional and responsive, and I appreciated his advice on painting needs for our home.)
