Ricardo did an excellent job on the repair/touch-up job last Thursday. He did not rush the job, he was careful to match the paint and the finish, and he cleaned up afterward thoroughly.

Carlos was the lead painter. He's painted for us before, and you couldn't ask for a nicer guy to work in your home.
He was willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied. He took such pride in his work and made our windows look great.
Williams Professional Painting is a great company. They are extremely professional from first contact to final paint stroke. They stand behind their work. Will use them again and again.

On May 26 & 27, Santos Benitez & Edison painted the exterior trim on my townhouse, as well as making a few other repairs on the exterior. They were prompt, efficient, careful, & skilled. They did an excellent job--as has always been my experience with Williams Professional Painting.

Williams Professional Painting came out last fall to freshen the stain on my deck.The job was completed in a thorough and professional manner and I was happy to promptly pay them.Unfortunately for both of us, an unexpected cold front with snow moved in that same evening.The new stain curdled on streaked something awful and I was horrified when I saw it the next day after the snow melted!There is a happy ending, though.Les, from Williams Painting came back this spring (free of any extra charges) and spent three days striping, sanding and re-staining all of the deck.It all looks fresh and clean..just the way it did before the storm.Williams Professional Painting was both honorable and professional.They could have taken my money and not come back, but they didn't!I am very pleased with their work and their work ethic.

Mary, I was just thinking about you. Driving back from the job now. It all looks wonderful. Very impressive what Milton and his guys did. They are so happy. I love working with your company. The office admin person is back from a conference and will get me the check next week. As I was taking the elevator up a woman commented on my toile tote bag and asked for my card as they will be renovating their dental office. Love it.

We use Williams several times a year to keep up with our home. Inside or outside they do a great job. This week was a tough job of wallpaper removal and then prime and paint the master bathroom. Dagoberto and Edwin did a great job and were a pleasure to have around all week.

Your estimate was higher than the others, but with a brand new staircase installed and stained, I didn't want to risk taking the lower company's bid.

I thought your estimator, Milton, was excellent-he really sold us on your services. And I appreciate that he came by the first day the job started.

Luis and his crew were super nice and friendly and they worked and worked and worked. I was very impressed with the professionalism and talent of Luis and his crew. They were prompt, they did a great job, they cleaned everything up each evening, and, as a bonus, they were very personable and attentive.

I would highly recommend them to anyone and will definitely use your company for future jobs!

I just wanted to let you know that my husband and I could not be more pleased with our experience with Williams Professional Painting. First, despite a small mix-up in the scheduling, Yanize was very kind, professional and understanding, and she immediately put me at ease and was able to very quickly resolve the issue (and I was so relieved that Williams was able to work within my scheduling needs). The interior painting work itself was beautifully done, and the painting team, Dagoberto and Carlos (along with Franklin on the first day) were professional, skilled, courteous and considerate. They arrived right on time each day and worked very hard, producing beautifully painted rooms. I felt very much at ease with them in our house and appreciated the attention to detail of their work. They really went above and beyond in their painting work, even patching up an extra small area that had some scratches. This was very generous and really stands out in my mind. They also worked hard cleaning up all of the painting materials and dust afterwards. In short, our experience with Williams was a wholly positive one, and I would not hesitate to use Williams again and will be recommending you to others. Thank you for making our home beautiful, and for making the process as easy and painless as possible.

It had been a long time since the interior of my house had been painted. In addition, the house is old and there have been many coats of paint over the years.

When I decided to have a large part of the interior painted, I wanted someone who would to a \"smashing\" job. I chose your company because you have a good reputation and I was impressed with the advertising, estimate process, and prospects for a good outcome.

The initial team did a great job and when they were finished, Jose G. was the \"icing on the cake.\" He took care of some of the remaining details I especially wanted done. He did a super job, was easy to work with, and I am very pleased with the results.

Special thanks to Alvis Hermes who was my anchor during the entire process and to Yanize and others who took care of scheduling and answering questions via phone.

Ricardo and Pablo painted my master bedroom suite consisting of the bedroom, bathroom, and 2 walk-in closets. Ricardo was the foreman on a job in our house last year and he did a wonderful job; they did the whole basement. Because he did such a good job we requested him by name to do our master suite. Again, he did not disappointment us. The finished work is perfect, he does the best cut-in of any painter I have seen. My wife and I are both Realtors here, we see a lot of houses, and the quality of Ricardo's work is far better than most homes we see. He is courteous, respectful, works hard, takes extreme pride in his work, has a great attitude, is punctual and precise in his work. Clone him!!!

It was a pleasure to work with Jorge and Juan as they went about the task of improving our building. They did a great job, were attentive to our wishes, and cleaned up nicely every day. They represent you well.

Thanks for a beautiful job. Also for the little extra favors like changing light bulbs in high places, power washing surrounding horizontal surfaces, trimming an overhanging branch & a little extra caulk where it was really needed.

This was a great experience- Rick oversaw the project from the beginning and was responsive, considerate, and honest, while JB, Lucius, and Jamie were here every day and were really excellent. They were courteous, efficient, and kind! I work from home so we saw a lot of each other. Our project consisted of fairly serious construction, as well as painting and finishing, and we are thrilled with the results. Working on the aesthetics with Lisa was a joy too, she was very thoughtful and creative. We are really very pleased with all aspects of this project, and will be using this company again in the future as needed.

This past Friday, March 29, 2013, Williams Professional Painting concluded their work on the interior of our building and the final check has been issued under the contract into which we entered back in February 2012. For purposes of your records and knowing what paint was used, please be advised we used Benjamin Moore “Pale Oak” on the first floor and a custom blend we titled “Nimbus 50%” for floors 2-roof vestibule, also manufactured by Benjamin Moore. Due in part to circumstances beyond our control, the project took longer than expected, but was well worth the wait considering the following five factors that help demonstrate the extra value we received under this contract:

• the paint class was upgraded to “Aura,” the highest quality available, and wallpaper areas addressed twice, at no extra cost to the Association;
• the painters worked quietly and on weekends, and Dave Williams even placed himself in harm’s way by photographing an intruder and likely criminal;
• Dave Williams and his painting staff were professional at all times and exhibited extraordinary amounts of patience in addressing our every concern;
• Dave Williams acted as a consultant during the paint selection phase and accommodated our many requests to test a multitude of paint samples; and
• Williams Professional Painting made an inordinate amount of extra trips to our property, which costs the firm time and money, in order to accommodate our preferences, coordinate with our redesign schedule, and paint, repaint and caulk several areas outside the contract scope at no charge to the Association because he was not satisfied.

Given the high level of commitment Williams Professional Painting made to our property, it was considerably important – and fair – that this extra information be imparted to you. The Board anticipates budgeting for “upkeep” painting to keep the common elements as pristine as they look now. While the Board cannot offer an endorsement of a particular contractor to you, I have personally been impressed enough by the perfectionist efforts of Williams Professional Painting to retain them in the near future to paint my private residence and therefore have copied Dave Williams on this message in case you wish to consider him for the same. Although Williams Professional Painting will not be able to offer us a viable solution to paint the exterior elevator doors and entryway cladding on floors 2 – roof vestibule, the Board is engaged in discussions with an elevator specialist who purportedly has the technology to make those surfaces more receptive to paint engineered just to adhere to those challenging types of entryways.

This is just to give my foreman, Ricardo Salas, and his team high marks for the painting project they are completing today at my home. Ricardo and his crew were punctual, respectful of my furnishings, and eager to please. Their work is top notch and they clean up after themselves very thoroughly. Ricardo helped me re-hang heaving pictures, which was very helpful. He is a great asset to the Williams Painting Company. Many thanks.

Excellent work. These guys do charge a bit more than some others, but they are meticulous, polite and professional .The painter who did the job spent a LOT of time covering everything and taping up sheeting on the walls to ensure that nothing was damaged from the painting. He did a great job and, at the end, when I pointed out a small area that needed a tiny touch up, he happily took care of it (instead of complaining that he'd already packed up most of his stuff.) I also like that the supervisors check in (even on a one-day project) - when the painter had a question, he contacted the supervisor, and he came over very quickly while we discussed our options. In my opinion, they are worth the extra money. Also, look out on their FB page for deals - especially in the winter - ours covered free paint.
