Your company recently repaired the ceiling and painted a bedroom in my mother's house in Arlington. Dagoberto was the foreman and I want to commend him highly for his work. He is a careful and hard worker, paying attention to every detail, including cleanliness. We are very pleased with the quality of his work; you are fortunate to have such an excellent and dedicated worker.

I have had Dagoberto Machado perform work at my house twice in the recent past. I want to compliment him on his punctuality, professionalism, and quality of work. I think all went well with the recent painting of the exterior of my house. The house looks great, Arturo and Harry were polite, happy to answer questions or provide information on the job, and respectful to our property. They neatly stored their tools every night, and worked consistently throughout the job until it was done. The carpentry was well executed and within the estimated hours.

Williams Professional Painting team lead by Adalberto each day for 4 days, Santos, and Walter did a tremendous job on our home from 2 - 5 FEB 2015. They were prompt arriving early and coming in right at 7:30 each morning. They worked quickly and efficiently. They were all skilled painters and very professional. All had many years of painting experience and it showed. They worked well as a team. They repaired nail pops and even some places where the drywall showed a seam between two sheets. They kept picture hooks on wall, painted over but replaced the hook so we could easily replace the pictures where we had them hanging. They fixed anything we mentioned. They did an outstanding job and we will hire your team back in the future and recommend your services to our friends and neighbors.

PS. Milton was our estimator and he came by to check on the progress and helped explain some areas that needed to be reworked. He did a very good job of clearly laying out what would be done, for what price, and how long it should take his team of two painters. The office scheduled it smoothly with one call and the billing was quick and efficient with an invoice sent. Overall, job well done! I can't think of something to recommend to improve. Your team takes great pride in their work and we are glad we chose Williams Professional Painting.

Dagoberto and Ernesto just left our house where they repaired and painted a kitchen ceiling and master bathroom ceiling, both jobs were exceptional! I didn't actually get any work done by Williams because my timeline would not work with the schedule but they actually sent me an email to let me know that they would have to decline the opportunity to work on my project. This is the first time I've ever received such a courtesy from contractors in the home improvement business, and I cannot express how wonderfully professional this is. I have had far too many experiences of contractors coming out to estimate, only to never contact me again, or to go through the trouble of sending me a quote and then never actually schedule the work.

While I did find someone who was able to do the work I requested in my short time frame, in the future, I will definitely contact Williams again for a bid. Just this email was enough to tell me about the company culture here, and I have great confidence in their professionalism.

This review is for the work that Franklin did at our home. He is not just an amazing painter, but he is an amazing man. I have never had someone work in my home that was so respectful, so honest and so hardworking. He brought everything to our attention so that we could make decisions and therefore we NEVER had a problem. His attention to detail and customer satisfaction was phenomenal! I own two companies and Franklin is the type of man that I would want working for me in a top level position. We are beyond pleased with his work. Kudos to Williams Professional Painting for exceeding our expectations! A special note of thanks to D2 Dagoberto and Enrique (our painters) as well as Milton (estimator/project manager) for their professionalism from start to finish.

They were appropriately dressed and on time. We appreciate the fact that they are all employees of the company vs. subs or part-timers. Defining the scope of work was easy with Milton. The scope of work was reviewed again on day 1 with the job foreman, D2 Dagoberto, as well as Milton. The painters carefully prepped each work area. Our scope required ceilings as well as a color change of the front door. They delivered the extra attention to detail required. Clean lines, no dripping paint, no strike through. The front door looks like new! I also appreciate the fact that all hardware was removed then replaced. This ensured no paint on hardware. My only regret is that the previous owners did not use your company, hence I am spending my days removing paint from windows, hardwood floors and hardware throughout our new home.

Both gentlemen worked efficiently and quietly using top of the line paint. Each night we were asked to inspect their work. Prior to their departure they cleaned the work area and neatly stored materials. They take ownership and pride in the quality of their work. We look forward to working with you again next month.

I would like to thank your staff, Milton Chavez, Lisa Reyes,Juan Maldonado and Eric Quinteros for their exemplary professionalism and outstanding work on my newly remodeled basement. Milton was totally up front with me every step of the way. He explained all additional charges which would be needed to remedy the newly discovered mold and to add crown molding which were not included in original contract. Lisa did a wonderful job helping me select paint colors. Juan and Eric arrived promptly every day, worked almost non-stop even when the temperature was an unbearable 106 degrees. As the name of your company implies, Luis and Edwin did a very professional job. A I previously mentioned, their wall preparation, painting skills, cleanup, and furniture/wall hangings replacement were very impressive. Adalberto and his assistants did an excellent job painting the windows and exterior trim, plus interior repairs at my house. They were dependable, arriving each day at the scheduled time and finishing each afternoon at a convenient hour. Adelberto was very amenable to requests for even minor details, did all work in a beautiful manner, and cleaned up completely each day.
