From the estimator, to the painters, to the owner - a top quality crew. Estimator was prompt, courteous and professional. This was a 5-day project. The painters were superior with excellent skills (including all dry wall patching and nail pop repair). They were professional, arrived on time, and cleaned up every day. The work looks so good that we don't want to re-hang our pictures and paintings. We have used Williams Professional Painting for 15 years and will not use another company. (Although we do get quotes from other companies to see the competition.)

We had Williams paint the entire inside of the house back in 2010. That job was excellent. We were very apprehensive about having to move everything and the disruption, but the Williams crew made it as painless as possible. They even painted AFTER we had white carpet installed and not a drop touched the carpet!

So when it was time to get some outside work done, we naturally turned to Williams. This painting involved foundation, soffits, windows, porch, and staining the porch floor.

The crew (Jorge and Rodrigo, with Joyner the second day) were great. They were professional and courteous, showed up when expected, took great care when coming inside for the window work (white carpets!), worked efficiently, got the work done on the low side of the time estimate.

Williams is very good about scheduling work and keeping their schedule commitments. They are not "cheap painters" and you really get value for what you pay. Dave Williams and the office staff are easy to work with.

The quality of the painting looks great and we would definitely use Williams again.

In fact, our next door neighbor just talked to me about the company, having watched the crew at work, and will likely be in touch for some work next spring.

Excellent work. These guys do charge a bit more than some others, but they are meticulous, polite and professional .The painter who did the job spent a LOT of time covering everything and taping up sheeting on the walls to ensure that nothing was damaged from the painting. He did a great job and, at the end, when I pointed out a small area that needed a tiny touch up, he happily took care of it (instead of complaining that he'd already packed up most of his stuff.) I also like that the supervisors check in (even on a one-day project) - when the painter had a question, he contacted the supervisor, and he came over very quickly while we discussed our options. In my opinion, they are worth the extra money. Also, look out on their FB page for deals - especially in the winter - ours covered free paint.

We were impressed with the technical skills and knowledge of all personnel involved in the project and their respect for our home and its belongings. The preparation and painting of our family room was no easy task as the room is quite spacious with 22 foot ceiling. Your painters did their tasks in a correct, professional manner. However, it was Juan Maldonado who brought distinction and excellence to the finished product.

Carlos was the crew leader when I had my newly purchased condo painted in July. I know Edison worked several days but I do not know the name of any of the other workers. I had the walls, ceiling, trim & doors, and kitchen & bathroom cabinets painted as well as new hinges and hardware installed on all the cabinets. Plus Williams Prof Painting removed a big ugly mirror, repaired the drywall and installed crown molding in the living room, dining room and hall way. All this was going on at the same time I had hardwood floors installed. I was on a very tight time frame and Carlos did yeoman’s duty keeping the job moving along and keeping me informed every step of the way. There were a few really minor, minor hiccups…to be expected when you have this much activity going on in a small space. Carlos worked until after 7 PM the night before I moved in. Did I mention it was the hottest week of the year and the A/C stopped working? All of this was done with no sacrifice in quality.

I was so pleased with the work of Carlos and Edison that I requested either of them when I hired Williams Prof Painting to do some minor ceiling drywall repair and painting touch-up after I changed out a kitchen ceiling light fixture in September.

The prices for the whole condo job and the small kitchen ceiling repair job were exactly what was quoted. The crown molding was time and material and the final price for the crown molding was within $100 of the verbal ballpark range the estimator gave me. No additions and no surprises.

William Professional Painting is not the low price contractor but the price is very competitive for the quality of work performed. I will ask for Carlos or Edison at Williams Professional Painting any time I need painting or professional carpentry/drywall repairs.

Williams did it again! Walter and Andres rescued my house from disaster...not really but it sure felt like it! Our bedroom was painted, deck re-stained, lots of odds and ends type of painting projects that I had collected over time. Two days of work and now a lifetime of beauty! You are the best! Williams Professional Painting soundproofed a room in my condo by installing a layer of Quietrock over existing drywall. My goal was to soundproof against surrounding sounds coming from any of the neighbors. With the soundproofing work done by Williams Professional Painting, this goal has been attained. Abel, Rene, and Nestor were the team that installed the walls, and Rick (the business owner) and Jose oversaw the project. The team were consummate professionals. They have a lot of experience with installing Quietrock EZ-Snap and Green Glue. This type of drywall install is intensive work that requires specific skill and experience; for example, Green Glue cures fast after application, so walls with Green Glue need to be put up right after glue application. Abel and team knew all the details and did everything perfectly, including not only the Quietrock EZ-Snap and Green Glue install, but also extensively sealing all seams with acoustical caulk (Green Glue Noiseproofing Sealant was used for this), extending the electrical/cable/phone outlets and switches and adding Quietputty around them, putting back floor trim perfectly, and adding door trims (which Abel and team made) around room closet doors to match new wall thickness. At the end, they painted the room and the ceiling. They did a great job, engineering-wise (the soundproofing works great), and aesthetically (the walls, corners, ceiling, outlets, etc. look perfect, you wouldn't guess that a second layer has been added over the original). The painting job was also great. In addition, they finished in the timeframe initially agreed upon, and were attentive and responsive (to my many questions) throughout the project. Their work produced minimal amount of dust (they are pros at cutting & handling drywall). They also left the place very clean. In conclusion, a great experience.

We were extremely pleased with the quality of the work done in our condo and with the professionalism of the team that worked on our project.
