I hadn't gotten a chance to send a review of our experience with the WPP team for the house painting we recently had done. Lisa made great color recommendations for us, was patient as we tried to figure out what would compliment our space the best, and we were very happy with her service. The paint crew that we had, Dagoberto and Edison, worked quickly and efficiently. A week later, I still have not seen a stray drop of paint. They were punctual, professional and extremely courteous. Jose – I just wanted to say how pleased I am with how things are going. I find all the workmen pleasant and hardworking. I have had to leave the house for a few hours most days and I am totally comfortable leaving things in their hands. The newly painted rooms look stunning. I can’t believe it’s my home. The repair of the water damage in the 2nd floor ceiling areas is first rate. The PVC was put up on the most blistered outside trim today. Tomorrow (Wednesday) there will be someone finishing up the interior (mostly in the study) and someone painting outside. The closets off the study have had the wall paper removed and primer applied. That had to be particularly tedious work not to mention demanding physically due to the constricted space involved. The forecast for the next couple of days is for a high in the mid 80’s and dry. That’s a lucky break for us.

Thanks for everything. I think my neighbor has called WPP for an estimate on a job in her family’s home. Word spreads quickly.

They provided an accurate estimate, purchased paint and other supplies, painted about 3/4 of the rooms in our house, moved all furniture and replaced everything as they found it, cleaned up and were very responsive in their communication with us.

Carlos was the crew leader when I had my newly purchased condo painted in July. I know Edison worked several days but I do not know the name of any of the other workers. I had the walls, ceiling, trim & doors, and kitchen & bathroom cabinets painted as well as new hinges and hardware installed on all the cabinets. Plus Williams Prof Painting removed a big ugly mirror, repaired the drywall and installed crown molding in the living room, dining room and hall way. All this was going on at the same time I had hardwood floors installed. I was on a very tight time frame and Carlos did yeoman’s duty keeping the job moving along and keeping me informed every step of the way. There were a few really minor, minor hiccups…to be expected when you have this much activity going on in a small space. Carlos worked until after 7 PM the night before I moved in. Did I mention it was the hottest week of the year and the A/C stopped working? All of this was done with no sacrifice in quality.

I was so pleased with the work of Carlos and Edison that I requested either of them when I hired Williams Prof Painting to do some minor ceiling drywall repair and painting touch-up after I changed out a kitchen ceiling light fixture in September.

The prices for the whole condo job and the small kitchen ceiling repair job were exactly what was quoted. The crown molding was time and material and the final price for the crown molding was within $100 of the verbal ballpark range the estimator gave me. No additions and no surprises.

William Professional Painting is not the low price contractor but the price is very competitive for the quality of work performed. I will ask for Carlos or Edison at Williams Professional Painting any time I need painting or professional carpentry/drywall repairs.

I have had Dagoberto Machado perform work at my house twice in the recent past. I want to compliment him on his punctuality, professionalism, and quality of work. He holds himself to a very high standard, and it is reflected in his painting. He is thorough and takes the time to explain the work to me. Dagoberto and Ernesto just left our house where they repaired and painted a kitchen ceiling and master bathroom ceiling, both jobs were exceptional! We are impressed by their skills and attention to the finest detail. They left both rooms spotless and perfectly replaced all furniture. The process of getting the estimate all the way through completion of the job could not have been more seamless or easy. We just purchased a new construction condo and initially thought we could do the painting ourselves but decided to at least get an estimate from a professional. The owner of the company actually did our estimate and was kind enough to point out serious mistakes in the builders painting job (such as the builder did not sand the walls before applying paint so the paint was rough in several spots). The estimate to paint our entire first level, the stairwell and the upper level hallway was incredibly reasonable and quite surprising. So we hired Williams right away. We were able to schedule the job quickly and the painting was completed in two days. They did a perfect job. There is no better way to qualify the quality of the work. We are so happy that we decided to hire Williams Professional Painting and they will definitely have our business in the future.

Wanted to send a note of appreciation re my recent painting project. The whole process was seamlessly handled. Mr Williams offered suggestions and promptly provided an estimate. Amy, the receptionist, courteously handled the scheduling of the project, arrival times, and billing questions. Adolberto Ferrafino and Rodrigo arrived as scheduled, and with a minimum of household disruption and mess performed a "face-lift" on my living room. The plaster repair and new paint gave the room a whole new look. I am very pleased, and plan to use Williams for painting projects I may have in the future-perhaps an exterior paint project in the spring. Thanks much.

Ricardo Salas was the foreman on the two man crew that repaired extensive damage and painted my house this week. He arrived to the minute on time, and worked with discipline and skill all day every day. He went above and beyond to make the work perfect..even painting the tiny ceiling space above the huge window near the ceiling. He was polite and courteous.He is one of the finest workers I have ever seen at my home. The final result is beautiful. Thank you.

Williams Professional Painting soundproofed a room in my condo by installing a layer of Quietrock over existing drywall. My goal was to soundproof against surrounding sounds coming from any of the neighbors. With the soundproofing work done by Williams Professional Painting, this goal has been attained. Abel, Rene, and Nestor were the team that installed the walls, and Rick (the business owner) and Jose oversaw the project. The team were consummate professionals. They have a lot of experience with installing Quietrock EZ-Snap and Green Glue. This type of drywall install is intensive work that requires specific skill and experience; for example, Green Glue cures fast after application, so walls with Green Glue need to be put up right after glue application. Abel and team knew all the details and did everything perfectly, including not only the Quietrock EZ-Snap and Green Glue install, but also extensively sealing all seams with acoustical caulk (Green Glue Noiseproofing Sealant was used for this), extending the electrical/cable/phone outlets and switches and adding Quietputty around them, putting back floor trim perfectly, and adding door trims (which Abel and team made) around room closet doors to match new wall thickness. At the end, they painted the room and the ceiling. They did a great job, engineering-wise (the soundproofing works great), and aesthetically (the walls, corners, ceiling, outlets, etc. look perfect, you wouldn't guess that a second layer has been added over the original). The painting job was also great. In addition, they finished in the timeframe initially agreed upon, and were attentive and responsive (to my many questions) throughout the project. Their work produced minimal amount of dust (they are pros at cutting & handling drywall). They also left the place very clean. In conclusion, a great experience.

Santos performed the work at our residence and Mother was quite pleased with his professionalism and quality of work. She is not easy to please, so a compliment from her is especially meaningful.
