I want to thank you for the work done recently on our ipe deck. Ricardo Salas and Pablo power washed the deck, removing several years of tree drippings and grime, and then applied the new stain.They did a good job working around the white painted railings and pergola posts.The result is beautiful and the deck looks brand new. The workmanship was excellent and they clearly knew the proper way to apply the stain.

I can’t say enough about the care and attention to detail that Ricardo Salas and Enriquez provided in repainting a dozen old, peeling 6 over 6 wooden window frames on my home that were down to bare wood in places. I am confident that my 1941 windows are in good shape for many years to come. Williams’ painters kept the workplace immaculate and as a bonus they were great dog-watchers! I was able to let my dogs out the backyard while I was at work, because they were careful to close gates as they went back and forth so no escapes occurred. They treated my property as if it were their own.

I wanted to let you know how happy we were with the exterior paint job that was done at our house the week of March 14, 2016. Unfortunately I cannot recall the foreman's name - I think it was Santo. He and the other painter did a wonderful job. They were very courteous and professional and we are very pleased with the work they did. I would definitely hire them again.

We've lived in the Mount Vernon area for many years but this is the first time we've contracted with Williams Professional Painting. We are happy to say that Ernesto and his team did a beautiful and professional paint job on our house. His work was superior to any we've had done in prior years or we could have done ourselves. I would like to thank your staff, Milton Chavez, Lisa Reyes,Juan Maldonado and Eric Quinteros for their exemplary professionalism and outstanding work on my newly remodeled basement. Milton was totally up front with me every step of the way. He explained all additional charges which would be needed to remedy the newly discovered mold and to add crown molding which were not included in original contract. Lisa did a wonderful job helping me select paint colors. Juan and Eric arrived promptly every day, worked almost non-stop even when the temperature was an unbearable 106 degrees. I want you to know I will be putting my comments on Yelp and will be sending you a copy.

The process of getting the estimate all the way through completion of the job could not have been more seamless or easy. We just purchased a new construction condo and initially thought we could do the painting ourselves but decided to at least get an estimate from a professional. The owner of the company actually did our estimate and was kind enough to point out serious mistakes in the builders painting job (such as the builder did not sand the walls before applying paint so the paint was rough in several spots). The estimate to paint our entire first level, the stairwell and the upper level hallway was incredibly reasonable and quite surprising. So we hired Williams right away. We were able to schedule the job quickly and the painting was completed in two days. They did a perfect job. There is no better way to qualify the quality of the work. We are so happy that we decided to hire Williams Professional Painting and they will definitely have our business in the future.

Jose – I just wanted to say how pleased I am with how things are going. I find all the workmen pleasant and hardworking. I have had to leave the house for a few hours most days and I am totally comfortable leaving things in their hands. The newly painted rooms look stunning. I can’t believe it’s my home. The repair of the water damage in the 2nd floor ceiling areas is first rate. The PVC was put up on the most blistered outside trim today. Tomorrow (Wednesday) there will be someone finishing up the interior (mostly in the study) and someone painting outside. The closets off the study have had the wall paper removed and primer applied. That had to be particularly tedious work not to mention demanding physically due to the constricted space involved. The forecast for the next couple of days is for a high in the mid 80’s and dry. That’s a lucky break for us.

Thanks for everything. I think my neighbor has called WPP for an estimate on a job in her family’s home. Word spreads quickly.

Ricardo was excellent. On time, polite, professional and did a great job. He checked the whole exterior and did a couple of other repairs besides the one I had called about.

Dagoberto, Fidel, and “D2” performed extensive work on the exterior of my house from May 25 through May 27. They power washed the exterior, replaced wood trim with PVC, and painted the exterior. They also repaired drywall in my den, and painted that wall.
