Your employees just left my house a few minutes ago after completing the second phase of our project. We had two full bathrooms renovated and needed to have the rooms painted. Williams came highly recommended on Angie's List which I religiously rely on before I engage a business. The company had a estimator scheduled the day I called during the following work week based on our availability. Alvis was well versed in the latest options for painting our spaces. He recommended a Matte finish and we both agreed on a Sherwin Williams paint. We needed one of the bathroom ceilings painted and Alvis recommended that the second bathroom ceiling was in good shape and did not need to be painted. We also got a quote for a stairwell and hallway. Finally, the kitchen ceiling needed both repair and painting. Alvis recommended painting the adjoining hall ceiling since there was no separation but suggested that we wait on painting the ceiling of our living and dining rooms that were separated but on same floor with the kitchen since, once again, the ceiling was in good shape so no need to spend the money. The crew showed up on time and focused on the two bathrooms on the first day. By the time I got home that evening, they had prepped the walls and one ceiling and had painted two coats of paint on one bathroom and one coat of paint on the second bathroom. While the paint work was excellent, the prep work in a number of spots in both bathrooms was not acceptable. I informed Alvis who promised me that the crew would resolve any concern we had. We proceeded to mark each spot that needed to be sanded and/or skim coated for the next morning. Alvis showed up the next day to ensure that the crew resolved all of our concerns. Once again, by the time I got home from work, the walls looked great, there were multiple coats of paint on both bathrooms, both ceilings had been prepped and painted to our satisfaction. The matte finish minimized accentuating any imperfections and the paint work was excellent - the crew also did an excellent job of keeping paint off of the trim and cleaning up after each day. I would employ their services again and will have them paint the stairwell and hallway in the near future.

This is just to give my foreman, Ricardo Salas, and his team high marks for the painting project they are completing today at my home. Ricardo and his crew were punctual, respectful of my furnishings, and eager to please. Their work is top notch and they clean up after themselves very thoroughly. Ricardo helped me re-hang heaving pictures, which was very helpful. He is a great asset to the Williams Painting Company. Many thanks.

Your estimate was higher than the others, but with a brand new staircase installed and stained, I didn't want to risk taking the lower company's bid.

I cannot say enough good things about Williams Professional Painting. The painters were punctual, polite, and they are excellent painters. They did extensive preparation, they cleaned as they went, they did a super job, and then left every place they painted spotless. I will be having them back in a few weeks to paint bathrooms. I will always use Williams Professional Painting when I have painting to do.

Carlos did an excellent job. Robert (?) too. The colors, in real life look real nice. The sassy green is very cool...it helps to add a little extra "look" to this area....reminds me of being in Miami!

I'm glad Carlos did the painting by hand instead of spraying (except for porch rafters). His judgement is appreciated.

Now I have my own work to do to finish the porch old cedar planks. I like how that part will look when all done.

I see several cans of paint left over - Thanks. Some red and some green..deck sealer too. I can just take the color codes for the porch floor (Bungalow) and the white (Alabaster) to the paint store for more right? I will use more in some places as I finish my remaining projects.

Christian and Daniel were terrific, very professional, courteous and did an outstanding job. I would like take this opportunity to express my gratitude for a job well done by you and your staff. I would like to thank Milton for selling me on your company and setting a price within our budget for the scope that I specified. I also want to thank him for his follow up during the course of the project.

Next I would like to thank Lisa. Her renderings of the finished product were great and convinced me that I had made the correct choices in color and where to apply them. I was really up in the air about some of my thoughts and she was able to put everything on paper to assist me in selling the idea to my General Manager.

Last but not least I want to thank JB your foreman and the crew. These men where awesome. I never received one complaint about them, the quality of their work, or that they ever caused an issue by blocking traffic in our very busy entry. They always managed to have the lifts out of the way of automobile and foot traffic and I never had one complaint about them getting one drop of paint where it should not have been. They work was very nicely done and the work site was always clean and neat even after quitting time.

Rick, employees are either assets or liabilities to employers. Believe me when I tell you all the folks mentioned in this review are assets to Williams Professional Painting.

Ricardo was excellent. On time, polite, professional and did a great job. He checked the whole exterior and did a couple of other repairs besides the one I had called about.
