I hadn't gotten a chance to send a review of our experience with the WPP team for the house painting we recently had done. Lisa made great color recommendations for us, was patient as we tried to figure out what would compliment our space the best, and we were very happy with her service. The paint crew that we had, Dagoberto and Edison, worked quickly and efficiently. A week later, I still have not seen a stray drop of paint. They were punctual, professional and extremely courteous. I was very pleased with the work that Dagobarto, Fidel & Les did on the 27^th replacing two rake boards on my house. The three men were friendly and professional. Les’ presence helped a lot because he made sure I knew that I wouldn’t be charged for the time D2 and Fidel spent getting paint, the PVC boards and a taller ladder.

If I were Dave I’d wonder why the crew showed up without those items. If they had they could have fit in another job in the time it took to get what they needed. That’s not a hit on D2, Fidel or Les.

So, as I told Les, Williams Painting remains on my short list when my home needs to be painted again – probably not for a couple of years.

Jose – I just wanted to say how pleased I am with how things are going. I find all the workmen pleasant and hardworking. I have had to leave the house for a few hours most days and I am totally comfortable leaving things in their hands. The newly painted rooms look stunning. I can’t believe it’s my home. The repair of the water damage in the 2nd floor ceiling areas is first rate. The PVC was put up on the most blistered outside trim today. Tomorrow (Wednesday) there will be someone finishing up the interior (mostly in the study) and someone painting outside. The closets off the study have had the wall paper removed and primer applied. That had to be particularly tedious work not to mention demanding physically due to the constricted space involved. The forecast for the next couple of days is for a high in the mid 80’s and dry. That’s a lucky break for us.

Thanks for everything. I think my neighbor has called WPP for an estimate on a job in her family’s home. Word spreads quickly.

We recently had our ceiling painted in the front entry hall (February 11th).

Juan Maldonado did an excellent job. He was on time, the work area was spotless and the ceiling looks great.

Ricardo Salas was the foreman on the two man crew that repaired extensive damage and painted my house this week. He arrived to the minute on time, and worked with discipline and skill all day every day. He went above and beyond to make the work perfect..even painting the tiny ceiling space above the huge window near the ceiling. He was polite and courteous.He is one of the finest workers I have ever seen at my home. The final result is beautiful. Thank you.

This is just to give my foreman, Ricardo Salas, and his team high marks for the painting project they are completing today at my home. Ricardo and his crew were punctual, respectful of my furnishings, and eager to please. Their work is top notch and they clean up after themselves very thoroughly. I just wanted to let you know that my husband and I could not be more pleased with our experience with Williams Professional Painting. First, despite a small mix-up in the scheduling, Yanize was very kind, professional and understanding, and she immediately put me at ease and was able to very quickly resolve the issue (and I was so relieved that Williams was able to work within my scheduling needs). The interior painting work itself was beautifully done, and the painting team, Dagoberto and Carlos (along with Franklin on the first day) were professional, skilled, courteous and considerate. They arrived right on time each day and worked very hard, producing beautifully painted rooms. I felt very much at ease with them in our house and appreciated the attention to detail of their work. They really went above and beyond in their painting work, even patching up an extra small area that had some scratches. This was very generous and really stands out in my mind. They also worked hard cleaning up all of the painting materials and dust afterwards. In short, our experience with Williams was a wholly positive one, and I would not hesitate to use Williams again and will be recommending you to others. Thank you for making our home beautiful, and for making the process as easy and painless as possible.

(I should also mention that we enjoyed working with Jose, our estimator, who was also very professional and responsive, and I appreciated his advice on painting needs for our home.)
