Interior Painting

I wanted to let you know how pleased I am with the recent exterior paint job at my condo in the Bull Run, Winstead Place, Manassas, VA. I purchased my bi-level unit last July. While I loved the interior of my place, the exterior left a lot to be desired. The railing was essentially chipped cream and rust and the floor outside our doors paint was pretty much worn off. Much like deck. The top rail was cream but the rest of it was worn unstained wood. I was basically embarrassed to have friends come over due to the outside.

I spoke to “JB” several times during the process. He is extremely pleasant and professional, but moreover his work was excellent! Actually my neighbor texted me to let me know how great the decks looked. It is so nice to come home and not see chipped, rusted or worn looking exterior. I’m going to have my kitchen remodeled, but they don’t handle the painting, so you may be hearing from me soon.

They provided an accurate estimate, purchased paint and other supplies, painted about 3/4 of the rooms in our house, moved all furniture and replaced everything as they found it, cleaned up and were very responsive in their communication with us.

Ricardo Salas and Cristian just finished work at our house. Dave Williams and his staff has been painting our house for well over twenty years. Consequently, I expected a first rate job, and I was not disappointed. Ricardo and Cristain's preparation and painting were excellent. I cold called Williams Professional Painting while searching for painters for my new condo in DC to obtain a quote. I was able to promptly talk to Rick Williams on the phone and he was extremely responsive and reasonable. I told him I recently purchased a condo and wanted to repaint everything prior to moving in. He sent an estimator out to my condo. The estimator, Jose, showed up on time and was extremely courteous, even removed his shoes prior to entering my condo. He took measurements of the rooms and recommended different types of paints for the rooms. I discussed with Rick that I needed the job done in two days and he said it wouldn't be a problem. His crew led by foreman Bryan arrived on time and was also extremely courteous and professional. Their #1 priority seems to be getting the job done correctly. Some of my paint colors were rather dark for accent walls and although my contract said 2 coats of paint, Bryan used 3 coats to ensure that the accent walls were painted properly.

Rick's team kept their word and finished my project in 2 days, even though it required bringing in a few extra painters, they still did not lapse their deadline. In the end, I am glad I hired Williams Professional Painting and did not take on this task myself or hire hourly help to assist me to paint. I'll be sure to recommend this company and the services of Rick and Bryan to all of my friends.

Just want to let you know that my husband and I are very pleased with the carpentry repairs done by Juan Maldonado and the painting done by Adalberto and Erik. As usual, all work was done in a professional manner. At the conclusion of the job, our outdoor furniture was moved back into place and the remaining paint was labeled, boxed, and placed in our garage – all we had to do was enjoy!

We want to give a big thanks to your crew. Lisa was so helpful in the color selections. She also answered many questions on other ideas and always led us int he right direction. Walter and his guys were amazing. They are true professionals and take pride in the work they do. We really appreciated all the time they spent on prepping our walls. They corrected so many of the builder's mistakes. The crown molding that was added really finishes off each room. Give a special thinks to Walter, Carlos, Edwin, Gustavo, and Daniel. Tell the guys that our dog Maisie misses them and Walter can visit her anytime.

We are planning on contacting you again in the Fall to finish off our painting project. That will be the two upstairs guest bedrooms and bath and the garage.

I have had Dagoberto Machado perform work at my house twice in the recent past. I want to compliment him on his punctuality, professionalism, and quality of work. He holds himself to a very high standard, and it is reflected in his painting. He is thorough and takes the time to explain the work to me. I had a third-story gutter that was drip-leaking over my deck. I would like to commend Juan Maldonado and his helper for inspecting, ascertaining the problem, and rectifying it. He reviewed the problem, recommended the fix, and after the go-ahead, proceeded to implement it.

It will take another hard rainfall to determine if the repair eliminated the issue completely, but the measures taken by Mr. Maldonado and his crew were well-thought out from his experience, and executed very professionally.
