Dave – I would just like to express my appreciation in writing for the wonderful job Williams did in the recent painting (8/19 –8/28/15) of my home. The painters worked tirelessly from early morning to late afternoon. I was fortunate in having Dagoberta D2 as the team leader. Not only was he an excellent painter but he kept me informed of the progress of the work and what I could expect each day. The work was challenging. It included removing wallpaper from two closets, one partitioned into upper and lower halves. Working in these small spaces would test one’s physical and mental toughness. Suffice it to say that both closets look like works of art now with smoothly painted walls and woodwork. The team of painters also included Erick, D1, Rodrigo, and Enrique. They were all extremely hardworking and pleasant.

While the painting of the interior has made the house look new, the exterior painting has made it look like a show house. Neither would have been possible without the help of Williams’ Designer Lisa Reyes. Lisa steered me in the right direction with color choices. I could easily still be bogged down by decisions if she had not given her stamp of approval to selections we considered early on.

Finally the work might not have gotten off the ground without the help of Jose Guzman. In the period preceding the work, Jose came to my home twice as I struggled to finalize my requests. On the day that the painting began, Jose arrived to orient Dagoberta D2 on the scope of the project, remembering even the smallest details. Throughout Jose kept in touch with me and with the team.

As a homeowner I could not have asked for a better experience with a company. I hope that I have an opportunity to work with Williams again.

Thanks so much....and can I say what a pleasure it is to work with Williams and especially this crew. Jose is a keeper!!!!!! I have had major issues with our flooring contractor this week in another part of the building. It was such a dramatic comparison between their work ethic and quality as compared to what was going on in the Vestry. Your team is amazing!!!!!!!! (I actually just sent the other sub packing and insisted that another crew be provided for next week.)

Williams is a good company to work with. There are only a few service providers that I enjoy working with and Williams is one of them. I have been using them for over 5 years for both big and small projects. They have always been there when I need them and I have nothing negative to say about them.

Its now about one week since your company completed the exterior painting and related at our house. Having been a customer of yours for about 25 years we knew what to expect -- and of course we were not disappointed! For us, this 2.5-3 week project was large and as always we were impressed with the care with which you helped us plan for it -- not least especially Lisa's help with deciding on the color scheme -- and for the attention to detail throughout. The foreman for the job, Walter, was excellent -- he was clearly committed to finishing a high quality job even if it took a little longer than expected -- and kept us well-informed on progress daily. He was also very responsive to any questions or concerns that we had as the job moved forward. His colleagues (Fidel and Jorge I think, and the carpenter whose name I forget) also did all they could to ensure a timely and good quality job -- and were scrupulous about clearing up after themselves at night and were especially thorough at the end of the task. And I should not forget your own key contribution -- answering all our questions quickly and comprehensively, and also showing great patience with us.

As always, overall, an excellent job and we will continue to recommend Williams Professional Painting highly.

During contract development, Milton was always readily available and even after painting began Milton would quickly respond to our questions.

We can\'t begin to say how pleased we are with the beautiful job that your painters, Jose and Omar, are doing! They are very professional, punctual and responsive to all our questions. They did a remarkable job of removing very stubborn wallpaper, working consistently and systematically until the surface was beautifully prepared for the new paint. We are now so anxious to move on with the process and paint our upstairs level and our downstairs family room level. Can you imagine anyone actually looking forward to a home painting project? I'd like to tell you that Luis and his crew did a wonderful job painting our unfinished basement.

It was a crummy job because the place was dusty and dark. The worst thing was that the water department turned off the water at the street for maintenance the day they started. (It still has not been restored.) they also had to deal with some old cabinets that hadn\'t been removed before the painting was half finished.

With all the adverse conditions, they worked quickly, were thorough, and did a lovely job. My only problem is that I am disappointed with my color choice. Which has nothing to do with their workmanship.

Thanks for a truly professional team. I\'ve been happy with Williams painters for years. Alvis Hermes is always excellent to work with.

Ricardo Salas painted our outdoor spiral staircase. He did an outstanding job. Ricardo always showed up before scheduled time ready and eager to start work. He had a “can do” attitude and was extremely thorough making sure that everything was perfectly done. He was very pleasant and professional at all times. We are very happy with the work as we have been in the past.I would like to commend Franklin who supervised the job. He is very much up to the standards that we have come to expect from Williams.

Rick Williams came to go over the work and give an estimate. I was pleased to find they use only their own workers, no
contractors. Their workers are all either legal US citizens or have a green card. The workers were clean, professional and punctual. And every day before leaving they cleaned up ALL debris. I was very pleased with their work and workers.

I used for the exterior painting - I was pleased recommend this company.

Williams did it again! Walter and Andres rescued my house from disaster...not really but it sure felt like it! Our bedroom was painted, deck re-stained, lots of odds and ends type of painting projects that I had collected over time. Two days of work and now a lifetime of beauty! You are the best! I want to thank you and your team (Juan and Johnnie) again for the fantastic job they did painting our new townhome.
