The team we had to do the painting were Adalbarto and Enrrique. They did and excellent job. They were on time each morning. They carefully protected the floor and furniture. They acted in a very professional matter. The paint job was well done and we are very satisfied. We will call you again if we need additional painting done.

This week Juan completed several painting projects around our house and did a wonderful job.He was prompt, neat, and very detailed.The front stoop and trim that were repaired and painted look new (as new as a 180 year old house looks).Most impressive was the back gate.He took perfect measurements of the old rotten gate, built a new one, installed it using our historic hardware and painted it.All in an efficient and precise manner.We have always been pleased with Williams Painting and will continue to use them going forward.

Just wanted to drop you a word regarding the progress of the Hallway Renovation Project. I’ve overseen a lot of renovation projects during my years as a Property Manager, and this has been by far the smoothest one to date. I would like to commend JB, he was great. Our job was small but it was important to us and JB made it important to him. He knew we were not satisfied with one particular aspect of the finished job and after talking to us about several options, he came back and proceeded with the decided upon option and it turned out perfect. He was always polite and professional and willing to go that extra bit to make sure we were satisfied.

We had two full bathrooms renovated and needed to have the rooms painted. Williams came highly recommended on Angie's List which I religiously rely on before I engage a business. The company had a estimator scheduled the day I called during the following work week based on our availability. Alvis was well versed in the latest options for painting our spaces. He recommended a Matte finish and we both agreed on a Sherwin Williams paint. We needed one of the bathroom ceilings painted and Alvis recommended that the second bathroom ceiling was in good shape and did not need to be painted. We also got a quote for a stairwell and hallway. Finally, the kitchen ceiling needed both repair and painting. Alvis recommended painting the adjoining hall ceiling since there was no separation but suggested that we wait on painting the ceiling of our living and dining rooms that were separated but on same floor with the kitchen since, once again, the ceiling was in good shape so no need to spend the money. The crew showed up on time and focused on the two bathrooms on the first day. By the time I got home that evening, they had prepped the walls and one ceiling and had painted two coats of paint on one bathroom and one coat of paint on the second bathroom. While the paint work was excellent, the prep work in a number of spots in both bathrooms was not acceptable. I informed Alvis who promised me that the crew would resolve any concern we had. We proceeded to mark each spot that needed to be sanded and/or skim coated for the next morning. Alvis showed up the next day to ensure that the crew resolved all of our concerns. Once again, by the time I got home from work, the walls looked great, there were multiple coats of paint on both bathrooms, both ceilings had been prepped and painted to our satisfaction. The matte finish minimized accentuating any imperfections and the paint work was excellent - the crew also did an excellent job of keeping paint off of the trim and cleaning up after each day. I would employ their services again and will have them paint the stairwell and hallway in the near future.

We can\'t begin to say how pleased we are with the beautiful job that your painters, Jose and Omar, are doing! They are very professional, punctual and responsive to all our questions. They did a remarkable job of removing very stubborn wallpaper, working consistently and systematically until the surface was beautifully prepared for the new paint. The process of getting the estimate all the way through completion of the job could not have been more seamless or easy. We just purchased a new construction condo and initially thought we could do the painting ourselves but decided to at least get an estimate from a professional. The owner of the company actually did our estimate and was kind enough to point out serious mistakes in the builders painting job (such as the builder did not sand the walls before applying paint so the paint was rough in several spots). The estimate to paint our entire first level, the stairwell and the upper level hallway was incredibly reasonable and quite surprising. So we hired Williams right away. We were able to schedule the job quickly and the painting was completed in two days. They did a perfect job. There is no better way to qualify the quality of the work. We are so happy that we decided to hire Williams Professional Painting and they will definitely have our business in the future.

I just got home this morning from being out of town, and everything looks fantastic! I noticed they even painted the address plate on the front of the house, which I wasn't expecting. Thank you and your folks so much for the great work.

Arturo and Daniel both are quite professional and pleasant. I also want to compliment Williams' customer service staff. I always try to compare three vender quotes, and one of the key aspects is the excellent customer service by all that I come I contact. Williams Painting has always been a pleasure to work our projects.

Bryan spent two days painting and doing repairs in our family room . The door jamb was heavily water damaged and he had to remove the old plaster and rusted metal supports and replace them. He replaced water damaged woodwork and repainted everything. The work was perfect. The jamb looked like new and all the work was neat and clean. In addition, Bryan was friendly and extremely professional. His work easily met the high standards I have come to expect from Willliams. He and the men like him are the reason we always turn to Williams Professional Painting first.

This letter is in response to Job #9355, painting at XXXX XXXXXXXton Road and provide my overall assessment of the job from initial contact to completion.

First, the estimator, Alvis Hermes, showed up on time and conducted a walk around in a very professional manner. We discussed the carpentry work that also needed to be done as well as the poor condition of the paint on some areas of the house. I received the estimate from Alvis on the date promised and responded the next day.

Preparation began, as scheduled, on June 23 and painting was completed on June 30.The entire process was very professional and the painters and carpenter did an outstanding job. They were very courteous and kept me apprised of when they were going to need to enter the house, the time that they planned to show up in the morning and what was scheduled. Every day they completed a thorough cleanup of the areas around the house. Due to a medical problem ,I was unable to remove the storm windows or to assist with the windows, several were very difficult to open/ remove. Dagoberto removed and replaced the windows and I appreciate his efforts in doing this with no damage to the sills of facings. All the painting and carpentry work looks very good and I am very pleased with the overall job.

I would like to commend Alvis, the two painters and the carpenter for their professional work and courteous attitudes. I am enclosing $ 150 for you to give to the two painters.....$100 for Dagoberto and $ 5O for the other painter. Thanks.

This is my second time to call on Williams for painting at my condo. I researched carefully the first time and chose Williams due to the many wonderful personal endorsements and the recommendations by professional publications/institutions.

Just like the first time, the job was very professional from the person who came to do the estimate to the painters who actually did the job---Ricardo Salas and Cristian. They painted my bedroom--walls, trim, ceiling and patched a corner wall in the living room -- everything looks great --a very professional job. And, other than the beautiful new bedroom I have and the smell of new paint I would not even know they had been in my house.
