It was such a pleasure to have Franklin and Jorge back for another painting chapter chez Sugiyama/Ritts. They are terrific painters, impressive dry wall experts, remarkably efficient, and all-around wonderful people. Franklin was especially kind helping me pick another great color for a room. And they always leave the house in better condition than it was when they got here.

Dear Mr. Williams,

In December 2014, I arranged for a sizable interior painting project with your company. This was the fourth time that Williams Professional Painting would undertake a job in my home. This recent experience has been completed and was truly an outstanding display of workmanship with the total job a resounding success.

Mr. Rick Williams provided the initial project assessment and estimate which included 3 bedrooms, an office/study, entry foyer, hallway and staircase. As colors were planned to change, Rick suggested we hire Lisa Reyes, your professional interior designer. Lisa came to visualize the planned project and listened to our color ideas and preferences for each room and then brought out her myriad color palates to narrow the selections. Lisa was a sure help! She offered great ideas and suggestions for colors and applications, so that all parties were confident that the right colors were chosen for each location. To assure these selections, Lisa created a 12 by 12 inch sample of each color at her Williams paint studio and then returned for viewing on each wall. Colors were spot on and the project was a go! Shortly thereafter, Lisa called and provided the official start date, time and project manager’s name.

On start date, Bryan and Dagoberto “D2” arrived, introduced themselves and set to work. These two workmen arrived each day on time, even during an icy weather morning, reviewed their plan for the day and set to accomplishing the task. In addition to routine company policy of removing and patching picture hooks, covering all the floors and moving and covering all the furniture, Bryan and D2 showed thorough attention to small details (as removing all switch plates, socket plates, and door knobs prior to painting and then reinstalling); saving all the old picture hangars, and safeguarding some small items. One ceiling area near a skylight required drywall repair. Again D2 showed his craftsmanship with amazing results. You would never realize a repair was there.

Seeing the daily fantastic results and how fresh everything looked resulted in adding another area for painting. While Lisa was on site to see the progress, we asked if a second staircase could be added to this project. She immediately contacted Bryan and D2 to determine if there was sufficient paint and then contacted Rick for a price estimate. All was a go again, and are we ever glad that this added area was able to be painted. What a finishing touch!

Overall, Williams Professional Painting remains one of metro D.C.’s true treasures. Each day allowed us to experience painting expertise; daily work team communication and plan for the next day was appreciated and left no guesswork. Finally, it was such fun to see the painter’s satisfaction in our positive reactions. As repeat customers, the entire Williams’ enterprise is professional, reliable, personable, and thorough and will continue to be my ‘painter of choice’ and the only one I will recommend. Continued success to Williams Professional Painting!

Williams Professional Painting painted the exterior of our home, including wrought iron railings, and they did an excellent job! The foreman, Adalbarlt Ferrafino was VERY nice. The crew was on time, efficient and clean.

The job was to remove wall paper from the kitchen, dining room and hallway and prime and paint those rooms, and the living room, stairway to the top floor and the upper hallway, including trim and doors. They also painted the railings in the dining room and stairway. Their project manager, Alvis Hermes, provided extensive consultations and advice regarding color and type of paint. He listened carefully to our objectives and patiently worked with us, offering continual advice throughout the project. He also referred us to Janeen Braddock, an experienced color consultant at Benjamin Moore Paints who provided invaluable advice and samples that helped us to make the final paint choices, with which we are so pleased.

When we decided to paint the rooms on the main floor of our town house and contacted several painting companies, it became immediately clear to us, after meeting with Alvis Hermes, that we would choose Williams Professional Painting. We can\'t begin to say how pleased we are with the beautiful job that the painters, Jose, Omar and Ricardo, did. They were very professional, punctual and responsive to all our questions. We were surprised to find two layers of wall paper in the kitchen. They did a remarkable job of removing them, despite the considerable difficulty this job entailed. Our painters worked steadily and systematically until the surface was beautifully prepared for the new paint. Throughout the whole painting process, our painters remained cheerful, accommodating, respectful of our needs and were very neat as they worked and during cleanup.
We are so happy and excited with the results, as the rooms look exactly as we want them to be. We get so much pleasure each time we come downstairs to see our beautiful, bright rooms. After seeing the great results, we definitely intend to use Williams Professional Painting to complete the process for our upstairs level and lower level family room. We also intend to recommend this company to our neighbors and to our townhouse development\'s corporate office, with the greatest confidence. I wanted to drop you a note to inform you that Jose G. and Ricardo did an excellent job painting the exterior of our townhouse. Both were very prompt being on time, if not a little early. They made our house look very well manicured. I was pleased that after every detail, they wanted our satisfaction. Very thorough in all aspects of the job, from the prep work to painting. We use Williams several times a year to keep up with our home. Inside or outside they do a great job. This week was a tough job of wallpaper removal and then prime and paint the master bathroom. Dagoberto and Edwin did a great job and were a pleasure to have around all week.

Dagoberto Madrado (sp?) and Pablo tackled repainting the interior of my home. I was impressed by the way they scoped out the job and the way they chose to tackle it. And, tackle it they did with professionalism and skill, all the while touching base even on such minor details such as whether I wanted to rehang pictures where they were. It I was especially impressed with the care they took in prep work, which, no doubt, made the final result excellent. After each day, Dagoberto would ask me to take a careful look at their work and give him feedback. They were especially careful about making sure furniture was appropriately moved and put back. Both Dagoberto and Pablo are truly an asset to Williams Brothers. This was the second time I’ve engaged Williams Brothers, and on both occasions the result was outstanding. The attention to detail Dagoberto and Pablo gave to my home was outstanding. They should be proud of the result as I am pleased by it.

Milton Chavez provided a written estimate (for labor and materials) that was in line with actual costs. This was not the lowest estimate we received, but did seem to be in line with the skill level of the workers who did the repairs. I was impressed by their ability to work together as a team and to communicate closely with us for the three days they were on site. Both master carpenters, Dagoberto Rodriguez and another gentleman whose name I cannot recall, were thoroughly professional in every respect. While they were at work, I felt our house was in good hands. It was a pleasure to work with them. We would definitely hire them again for future work.

Christian and Daniel were terrific, very professional, courteous and did an outstanding job.
