I have had Dagoberto Machado perform work at my house twice in the recent past. I want to compliment him on his punctuality, professionalism, and quality of work. He holds himself to a very high standard, and it is reflected in his painting. He is thorough and takes the time to explain the work to me. I cold called Williams Professional Painting while searching for painters for my new condo in DC to obtain a quote. I was able to promptly talk to Rick Williams on the phone and he was extremely responsive and reasonable. I told him I recently purchased a condo and wanted to repaint everything prior to moving in. He sent an estimator out to my condo. The estimator, Jose, showed up on time and was extremely courteous, even removed his shoes prior to entering my condo. He took measurements of the rooms and recommended different types of paints for the rooms. I discussed with Rick that I needed the job done in two days and he said it wouldn't be a problem. His crew led by foreman Bryan arrived on time and was also extremely courteous and professional. Their #1 priority seems to be getting the job done correctly. Some of my paint colors were rather dark for accent walls and although my contract said 2 coats of paint, Bryan used 3 coats to ensure that the accent walls were painted properly.

Rick's team kept their word and finished my project in 2 days, even though it required bringing in a few extra painters, they still did not lapse their deadline. In the end, I am glad I hired Williams Professional Painting and did not take on this task myself or hire hourly help to assist me to paint. I'll be sure to recommend this company and the services of Rick and Bryan to all of my friends.

I'm writing to provide a review for Ricardo Salas and Edison for their work at Cameron Mills Rd.

We had a great experience with both Williams Professional Painting and Ricardo and Edison. First off, the estimate process was so much easier and straight forward than I expected. It was easy to schedule a time on the weekend to get an estimate and Dave showed up ready to answer any of my questions and was more than willing to provide information. He also responded to my emails etc. promptly, making it painless to schedule and move forward with the project. This is a very different experience than with other contractors we have attempted to work with. We also had the pleasure of using the company's free design services at their office location. It made picking a color far more enjoyable than going to a crowded Home Depot and the advice was very valuable.

Second, Ricardo and Edison's work was fantastic. They showed up right on time, covered all the walkways, protected the furniture, and worked efficiently. Ricardo ended up doing 2 out of the 3 days of work by himself, and we had the same experience. He showed up right on time, making it easy for me to ask any questions I had before I had to head off to work, and was very respectful of our home. The paint job is beautiful and my house was left clean and undamaged. I would be happy to work with Ricardo again in the future and would certainly recommend Williams Professional Painting to others.

Your company recently repaired the ceiling and painted a bedroom in my mother's house in Arlington. Dagoberto was the foreman and I want to commend him highly for his work. He is a careful and hard worker, paying attention to every detail, including cleanliness. We are very pleased with the quality of his work; you are fortunate to have such an excellent and dedicated worker.

We had a great experience using Williams Professional Painting. We live in an older home where the drywall frequently experiences seasonal cracks. We hired the company to repair the drywall. The quote process was very quick and professional. We were able to schedule the work in accordance with our schedule. Mr. Ricardo Salas performed the work. He arrived promptly at the appointed time, provided an overview of what he would be doing, and got right to work. We were very pleased with the end product – smooth walls where you couldn’t tell that any repairs had been done! We will certainly keep Williams Painting in mind for any future work.

I'll keep you in mind for my electrical needs as well. At this time I was able to figure out another solution for adding power to the coat closet, but there may be other projects.

Juan and his assistant were great; punctual and communicative. He was able to work independently while still answering questions I had; the perfect mix. He was responsive to my concerns and would attempt to assuage them. He could have been a tad more assertive and/or elaborate more on his opinions when facing a decision (repair OR replace drywall), since I was looking for more input off of which I'd base my decision, as he obviously has more experience.

It just occurred to us that we're quite sure you will enjoy seeing our Christmas Card for 2014 -- our "year of the house" illustrated by these before/after views.

Just yesterday, our neighbor's son, an artistic fellow visiting for the holidays, arrived home at the same time as Dave T. and just raved for some time about our "new house"! We have also received many fine "reviews" in response to sending this card to our friends and family this year. We are enjoying it every single day ourselves, too.

This letter is in response to Job #9355, painting at XXXX XXXXXXXton Road and provide my overall assessment of the job from initial contact to completion.

First, the estimator, Alvis Hermes, showed up on time and conducted a walk around in a very professional manner. We discussed the carpentry work that also needed to be done as well as the poor condition of the paint on some areas of the house. I received the estimate from Alvis on the date promised and responded the next day.

Preparation began, as scheduled, on June 23 and painting was completed on June 30.The entire process was very professional and the painters and carpenter did an outstanding job. They were very courteous and kept me apprised of when they were going to need to enter the house, the time that they planned to show up in the morning and what was scheduled. Every day they completed a thorough cleanup of the areas around the house. Due to a medical problem ,I was unable to remove the storm windows or to assist with the windows, several were very difficult to open/ remove. Dagoberto removed and replaced the windows and I appreciate his efforts in doing this with no damage to the sills of facings. All the painting and carpentry work looks very good and I am very pleased with the overall job.

I would like to commend Alvis, the two painters and the carpenter for their professional work and courteous attitudes. I am enclosing $ 150 for you to give to the two painters.....$100 for Dagoberto and $ 5O for the other painter. Thanks.

Just a quick note re: Juan.

I have had occasion to interact with him a total of 5 or 6 times, he has always, and continues to be, the ultimate professional.

Allow me to recap, your email stated he would arrive between 0730 and 0800 and sure enough at 0745 he was at the house. Once at the house he accessed the situation with the doors quickly and quickly implemented a fix, after noticing that the proposed solution would not work, he recommended other solutions but, from my point of view, always balancing the professional outcome with the cost/level of effort that would be required.

I have verbally stated this before, but your crews have NEVER disappointed me, I am very comfortable with Williams Professional Painting in my property, and look forward to a continued business relationship.

They were at our house on Wednesday September 23 and Thursday September 24. While here they did carpentry work as well as painting. The end product is truly top of the line. We found Juan and his co- worker to be hard working, pleasant and above all else extremely competent. It will be our pleasure to recommend them to our neighbors, many who saw the Williams truck in front of our house and were curious to know what we were having done, and our many other friends.

I wanted to commend Williams Professional Painting (WPP) for the excellent performance on my recent painting job. WPP lived up to its high recommendations. It was a pleasure working with WPP -- from the schedulers, the estimator who came to preview the job, and Walter Osegueda and his partner who performed the work. Every step was handled efficiently and as promised. The crew arrived on time and completed the job -- which involved plaster repair in an older home in addition to painting -- earlier than expected. Everything was done exactly as I requested. The cleanup after completion of the job was also impressive.
