Ricardo Salas was the foreman on the two man crew that repaired extensive damage and painted my house this week. He arrived to the minute on time, and worked with discipline and skill all day every day. He went above and beyond to make the work perfect..even painting the tiny ceiling space above the huge window near the ceiling. He was polite and courteous.He is one of the finest workers I have ever seen at my home. The final result is beautiful. Thank you.

Williams painted four rooms in our home, the entryway, and stairs. They also repaired plaster ceilings and walls and assisted with paint color selection.

I believe Brian and Adalberto did an Excellent job. Which will be in the Survey. All "Cudos" to those guys.

We'd like to offer a HUGE thank-you to Debbie Miller at Move or Improve? for taking the time to share her experience. It's a privilege to be part of her trusted network of contractors.

They were able to come in and paint the bedroom with less than one weeks notice. It was a bit pricey, but I chalk that up to the short turn on the job. The painter came about 8:30 a.m. and finished up about 3 p.m. A helper joined him to move the furniture, but it was one painter on the job for the bedroom. They completely cleaned up behind them and did a wonderful job. We'll definitely be looking to hire them for the ceilings when we're ready to finish our painting.

Great job. Courteous and professional crew. Rick oversees the project on a daily basis. My house was painted about 18 months ago. I recently noticed a small peeling spot. Rick sent someone out at their first convenience. In addition to that repair, the painter found a few other minor repairs as he is specked i in addition to that repair, the painter found a few other minor repairs as he inspected the entire exterior of my house. He did a great job and I was very pleased. Will definitely have them back when I need painting again.

I would like to compliment and commend the gentlemen - Juan, Cristian, and Daniel - who performed the work in our garage. They did yeomans’ work.

Carlos and another man whose name I can't recall did a two-tone paint job on our never before painted garage. They carefully taped around all the hooks and shelves in the walls and did a perfect job. They covered everything with tarps and when they were finished the garage was exactly as we wanted it and there was not a stray speck of paint anywhere it shouldn't be.

The work of Carlos and his partner met the high standards I have come to expect from Willliams. Professionals like them are the reason we always turn to Williams Professional Painting first.

Wanted to send a note of appreciation re my recent painting project. The whole process was seamlessly handled. Mr Williams offered suggestions and promptly provided an estimate. Amy, the receptionist, courteously handled the scheduling of the project, arrival times, and billing questions. Adolberto Ferrafino and Rodrigo arrived as scheduled, and with a minimum of household disruption and mess performed a "face-lift" on my living room. The plaster repair and new paint gave the room a whole new look. Its now about one week since your company completed the exterior painting and related at our house. Having been a customer of yours for about 25 years we knew what to expect -- and of course we were not disappointed! For us, this 2.5-3 week project was large and as always we were impressed with the care with which you helped us plan for it -- not least especially Lisa's help with deciding on the color scheme -- and for the attention to detail throughout. The foreman for the job, Walter, was excellent -- he was clearly committed to finishing a high quality job even if it took a little longer than expected -- and kept us well-informed on progress daily. He was also very responsive to any questions or concerns that we had as the job moved forward. His colleagues (Fidel and Jorge I think, and the carpenter whose name I forget) also did all they could to ensure a timely and good quality job -- and were scrupulous about clearing up after themselves at night and were especially thorough at the end of the task. And I should not forget your own key contribution -- answering all our questions quickly and comprehensively, and also showing great patience with us.

As always, overall, an excellent job and we will continue to recommend Williams Professional Painting highly.

Carlos was the crew leader when I had my newly purchased condo painted in July. I know Edison worked several days but I do not know the name of any of the other workers. I had the walls, ceiling, trim & doors, and kitchen & bathroom cabinets painted as well as new hinges and hardware installed on all the cabinets. Plus Williams Prof Painting removed a big ugly mirror, repaired the drywall and installed crown molding in the living room, dining room and hall way. All this was going on at the same time I had hardwood floors installed. I was on a very tight time frame and Carlos did yeoman’s duty keeping the job moving along and keeping me informed every step of the way. There were a few really minor, minor hiccups…to be expected when you have this much activity going on in a small space. Carlos worked until after 7 PM the night before I moved in. Did I mention it was the hottest week of the year and the A/C stopped working? All of this was done with no sacrifice in quality.

I was so pleased with the work of Carlos and Edison that I requested either of them when I hired Williams Prof Painting to do some minor ceiling drywall repair and painting touch-up after I changed out a kitchen ceiling light fixture in September.

The prices for the whole condo job and the small kitchen ceiling repair job were exactly what was quoted. The crown molding was time and material and the final price for the crown molding was within $100 of the verbal ballpark range the estimator gave me. No additions and no surprises.

William Professional Painting is not the low price contractor but the price is very competitive for the quality of work performed. I will ask for Carlos or Edison at Williams Professional Painting any time I need painting or professional carpentry/drywall repairs.

The crew did a good job. They were very responsive to my feedback. Overall, good job.
