Joe and I would like to express our appreciation for the excellent service we received from Williams Professional Painting for the paint job at our residence that started last Monday and it was completed today.

Your employees are absolutely superb!! We certainly appreciated their knowledge, dedication, and hard work. Their efforts to finish the job today went beyond the call of duty. Despite the fact that they started very late today due to my medical appointment, they were determined to finish today and they did, even though they had to work until 7 pm in the evening.

We were highly impressed by their expertise, deep sense of responsibility, and dedication to their work. Despite having to work during one of the coldest week of the season and having to go back and forth to their truck to get stuff, they portrayed at all times a very gracious and pleasant disposition, professional demeanor, and willingness to do a job well done. How very lucky Williams Professional Painting is to count Dagoberto and Eliazar as members of the staff. Employees of their caliber are very difficult to find. My husband and I bought a house last summer and were in need of help with some minor painting projects. We used the "painter for a day" promotion offered through Williams Professional Painting and had a fantastic experience!

To start, Gabriela was so helpful and communicative in providing us with initial information and pricing options. She was always very responsive and quick to follow up, which we really appreciated! She got us scheduled at a convenient time for us and promptly sent email receipt of our deposit for our records.

Franklin came to paint our master bedroom and accent wall in the living room on Thursday, May 19th and my husband and I were so impressed with him! He arrived exactly on time (even a few minutes early!) and was incredibly professional and personable. I never saw him without a smile on his face. His kind demeanor and helpful attitude made the entire process so easy and pleasant. Our master bedroom was carefully and evenly painted and looks great - what a difference! Franklin also patched and repainted our accent wall in our living room as well, as a few various spots that needed touch ups and we are so pleased with the finished product! He even helped me to look through old paint left behind by our home's previous owners and removed the extra cans we no longer needed to properly dispose of it for us, which was so appreciated! Overall, Franklin did a wonderful job and was so friendly too - an added bonus!

We will be sure to use Williams Professional Painting in the future and would most definitely recommend their services to our friends and family!

Franklin and his crew (Carlos, Jorge, JB, and Daniel) did an outstanding job painting the exterior trim on our house.With it raining almost every day this month, they managed to get the work finished by staying until after 7pm on clear days and working all day one Saturday.The work quality was excellent, they respected the interior of our house and always wore foot protection, and they kept us informed about when they were coming and when they couldn't due to the weather.They were very professional and committed to getting the work done and done right.Our thanks to the entire crew!We definitely will recommend Williams for any painting job and will use them again on our next (hopefully interior) painting project.

On January 14th, 2015 Mr. Juan Maldonado arrived early to paint my apartment ceiling from an earlier roof leak. He was early, but was very patient and waited for my family to get off for the day before starting his work. When he did so he was very professional, quiet and neat. He finished the painting in a very timely manner and worked around our cluttered apartment. He also helped paint over a small damage spot in our stairwell which I can not thank him enough for as the little repair job would have taken much longer if left to my own devices. So again I want to say thank you for the outstanding work he did today and should I need further painting services in the future I will be turning to Williams Professional Painting.

I'd like to tell you that Luis and his crew did a wonderful job painting our unfinished basement.

It was a crummy job because the place was dusty and dark. The worst thing was that the water department turned off the water at the street for maintenance the day they started. (It still has not been restored.) they also had to deal with some old cabinets that hadn\'t been removed before the painting was half finished.

With all the adverse conditions, they worked quickly, were thorough, and did a lovely job. My only problem is that I am disappointed with my color choice. Which has nothing to do with their workmanship.

Thanks for a truly professional team. I\'ve been happy with Williams painters for years. Alvis Hermes is always excellent to work with.

Great job by Williams Professional Painting on some recent repair to our front portico (carpentry, roofing, and painting). Outstanding work by Juan Maldonado, who was the foreman and craftsman who completed the work.

Just want to let you know that my husband and I are very pleased with the carpentry repairs done by Juan Maldonado and the painting done by Adalberto and Erik. As usual, all work was done in a professional manner. At the conclusion of the job, our outdoor furniture was moved back into place and the remaining paint was labeled, boxed, and placed in our garage – all we had to do was enjoy!

We are very pleased with the recent paint work completed by Ricardo Salas and his partner. Both gentlemen did an outstanding job. They were professional, efficient and timely. I will not hesitate to call your company the next time we need a painter.

Last week your company sent Franklin and Rigo to power wash, sand, and paint the deck and railings at my home. They did an excellent job and were very pleasant and considerate. Franklin explained every step they were doing and made sure I was happy with the color chosen for the deck. Williams Professional Painting is just that-professional and superior in every aspect. Dave Williams visited our house and provided the proposal for exterior painting. They started exactly when they said they would-fortunately the weather cooperated. The crew, Cristian and Santos, were experienced, excellent painters and very neat cleaning up at the end of each day. I highly recommend Williams Professional Painting.

I could not live with out Williams Professional Painting! I am a real estate agent and I sell houses and rely on them heavily to come in to paint to get them ready. I would not use anyone else unless it was absolutely necessary. I have used them for years and their professionalism is superb and they pay great attention to detail. Also they will come back and fix anything that might happen at no additional charge.

We had Williams paint the entire inside of the house back in 2010. That job was excellent. We were very apprehensive about having to move everything and the disruption, but the Williams crew made it as painless as possible. They even painted AFTER we had white carpet installed and not a drop touched the carpet!

So when it was time to get some outside work done, we naturally turned to Williams. This painting involved foundation, soffits, windows, porch, and staining the porch floor.

The crew (Jorge and Rodrigo, with Joyner the second day) were great. They were professional and courteous, showed up when expected, took great care when coming inside for the window work (white carpets!), worked efficiently, got the work done on the low side of the time estimate.

Williams is very good about scheduling work and keeping their schedule commitments. They are not "cheap painters" and you really get value for what you pay. Dave Williams and the office staff are easy to work with.

The quality of the painting looks great and we would definitely use Williams again.

In fact, our next door neighbor just talked to me about the company, having watched the crew at work, and will likely be in touch for some work next spring.

I'll keep you in mind for my electrical needs as well. At this time I was able to figure out another solution for adding power to the coat closet, but there may be other projects.

Juan and his assistant were great; punctual and communicative. He was able to work independently while still answering questions I had; the perfect mix. He was responsive to my concerns and would attempt to assuage them. He could have been a tad more assertive and/or elaborate more on his opinions when facing a decision (repair OR replace drywall), since I was looking for more input off of which I'd base my decision, as he obviously has more experience.

Carlos was the crew leader when I had my newly purchased condo painted in July. I know Edison worked several days but I do not know the name of any of the other workers. I had the walls, ceiling, trim & doors, and kitchen & bathroom cabinets painted as well as new hinges and hardware installed on all the cabinets. Plus Williams Prof Painting removed a big ugly mirror, repaired the drywall and installed crown molding in the living room, dining room and hall way. All this was going on at the same time I had hardwood floors installed. I was on a very tight time frame and Carlos did yeoman’s duty keeping the job moving along and keeping me informed every step of the way. There were a few really minor, minor hiccups…to be expected when you have this much activity going on in a small space. Carlos worked until after 7 PM the night before I moved in. Did I mention it was the hottest week of the year and the A/C stopped working? All of this was done with no sacrifice in quality.

I was so pleased with the work of Carlos and Edison that I requested either of them when I hired Williams Prof Painting to do some minor ceiling drywall repair and painting touch-up after I changed out a kitchen ceiling light fixture in September.

The prices for the whole condo job and the small kitchen ceiling repair job were exactly what was quoted. The crown molding was time and material and the final price for the crown molding was within $100 of the verbal ballpark range the estimator gave me. No additions and no surprises.

William Professional Painting is not the low price contractor but the price is very competitive for the quality of work performed. I will ask for Carlos or Edison at Williams Professional Painting any time I need painting or professional carpentry/drywall repairs.
