I wanted to drop you a note to inform you that Jose G. and Ricardo did an excellent job painting the exterior of our townhouse. Both were very prompt being on time, if not a little early. They made our house look very well manicured. I was pleased that after every detail, they wanted our satisfaction. Very thorough in all aspects of the job, from the prep work to painting. Dagoberto Madrado (sp?) and Pablo tackled repainting the interior of my home. I was impressed by the way they scoped out the job and the way they chose to tackle it. And, tackle it they did with professionalism and skill, all the while touching base even on such minor details such as whether I wanted to rehang pictures where they were. It I was especially impressed with the care they took in prep work, which, no doubt, made the final result excellent. After each day, Dagoberto would ask me to take a careful look at their work and give him feedback. They were especially careful about making sure furniture was appropriately moved and put back. Both Dagoberto and Pablo are truly an asset to Williams Brothers. This was the second time I’ve engaged Williams Brothers, and on both occasions the result was outstanding. The attention to detail Dagoberto and Pablo gave to my home was outstanding. They should be proud of the result as I am pleased by it.

Alvis, the estimator I worked with, was very conscientious. He was very responsive and had great follow up. I had originally chosen another painting company to do the work but they backed out on short notice. When I contacted Alvis at Williams Painting he had a crew out right away. They did some of the work after hours and on the weekend but did not mark up the price. I have nothing but good things to say about Williams Painting.

Your team supplied wonderful service to us in painting seven rooms, foyer, and two level central hallway --- two coats and stripping a wall of four decade old wallpaper, all in record time. Williams Professional Painting team lead by Adalberto each day for 4 days, Santos, and Walter did a tremendous job on our home from 2 - 5 FEB 2015. They were prompt arriving early and coming in right at 7:30 each morning. They worked quickly and efficiently. They were all skilled painters and very professional. All had many years of painting experience and it showed. They worked well as a team. They repaired nail pops and even some places where the drywall showed a seam between two sheets. They kept picture hooks on wall, painted over but replaced the hook so we could easily replace the pictures where we had them hanging. They fixed anything we mentioned. They did an outstanding job and we will hire your team back in the future and recommend your services to our friends and neighbors.

PS. Milton was our estimator and he came by to check on the progress and helped explain some areas that needed to be reworked. He did a very good job of clearly laying out what would be done, for what price, and how long it should take his team of two painters. The office scheduled it smoothly with one call and the billing was quick and efficient with an invoice sent. Overall, job well done! I can't think of something to recommend to improve. Your team takes great pride in their work and we are glad we chose Williams Professional Painting.

I wanted to commend Williams Professional Painting (WPP) for the excellent performance on my recent painting job. WPP lived up to its high recommendations. It was a pleasure working with WPP -- from the schedulers, the estimator who came to preview the job, and Walter Osegueda and his partner who performed the work. Every step was handled efficiently and as promised. The crew arrived on time and completed the job -- which involved plaster repair in an older home in addition to painting -- earlier than expected. Everything was done exactly as I requested. The cleanup after completion of the job was also impressive. I am very pleased with my newly painted rooms, and would definitely call WPP for another painting job.

Carlos did an excellent job. Robert (?) too. The colors, in real life look real nice. The sassy green is very cool...it helps to add a little extra "look" to this area....reminds me of being in Miami!

I'm glad Carlos did the painting by hand instead of spraying (except for porch rafters). His judgement is appreciated.

Now I have my own work to do to finish the porch old cedar planks. I like how that part will look when all done.

I see several cans of paint left over - Thanks. Some red and some green..deck sealer too. I can just take the color codes for the porch floor (Bungalow) and the white (Alabaster) to the paint store for more right? I will use more in some places as I finish my remaining projects.

I am very pleased with the quality of workmanship and the courteousness of your painting crew. Adalberto and Enrique are true professionals and they worked together as a team. They covered all our cabinets, countertops, and appliances before they began to paint. They were careful with our drapes, valences, and furniture as they put them in the living room before painting. Each afternoon they returned our chairs, end tables, and lights to the family room so we could be comfortable for the evening. Lisa will confirm that the rooms look great.
Speaking of Lisa, she is a wonderful addition to your team. I do not have a color eye and she was patient and respectful as she explained to me the best color choices and why she chose them. When I was unsure of my final selection, she brought additional shades in the same color family and painted samples on both the kitchen wall and the family room wall. I am very pleased with my final selection under her skilled direction. I would highly recommend William’s Professional Painting to anyone who is looking for a reputable painting company. Thank you. Christian and Santos did a terrific job. It was messy work to take down the damaged plaster and they did it carefully and professionally. The new walls and baseboard look great. I will be writing it up for Angies List.

Carlos was the crew leader when I had my newly purchased condo painted in July. I know Edison worked several days but I do not know the name of any of the other workers. I had the walls, ceiling, trim & doors, and kitchen & bathroom cabinets painted as well as new hinges and hardware installed on all the cabinets. Plus Williams Prof Painting removed a big ugly mirror, repaired the drywall and installed crown molding in the living room, dining room and hall way. All this was going on at the same time I had hardwood floors installed. I was on a very tight time frame and Carlos did yeoman’s duty keeping the job moving along and keeping me informed every step of the way. There were a few really minor, minor hiccups…to be expected when you have this much activity going on in a small space. Carlos worked until after 7 PM the night before I moved in. Did I mention it was the hottest week of the year and the A/C stopped working? All of this was done with no sacrifice in quality.

I was so pleased with the work of Carlos and Edison that I requested either of them when I hired Williams Prof Painting to do some minor ceiling drywall repair and painting touch-up after I changed out a kitchen ceiling light fixture in September.

The prices for the whole condo job and the small kitchen ceiling repair job were exactly what was quoted. The crown molding was time and material and the final price for the crown molding was within $100 of the verbal ballpark range the estimator gave me. No additions and no surprises.

William Professional Painting is not the low price contractor but the price is very competitive for the quality of work performed. I will ask for Carlos or Edison at Williams Professional Painting any time I need painting or professional carpentry/drywall repairs.

I just wanted to let you know how pleased I am with Ricardo\'s professionalism and easy to work with manner. He is just now finishing the new stain on my back porch and I am very happy with the color match and detailed application.

The crew (D2, Henry, and Les) were great. They were professional, clean, polite -- in a word -- gentlemen. I felt very comfortable with them working in my home. All of the work was carried out to my satisfaction, including the exterior painting and power-washing, the interior repair/caulking prep work, trim, wall, and stairwell painting.
