Williams Prof Painting did a great job on our huge 2-story windows and walls in our family room. When Rick came to do an estimate, he assured me they do this kind of work all the time, and they take great pride in their work. Carlos and Jorge were our painters and were always courteous and professional. Everyone communicated well and we could't be more please. Will use them again. Great job from a well-run company.

The project was completed today. As you know, this isn't the first time we have used WPP and we had every reason to expect that we would be satisfied with your work. I do want to mention that we were exceptionally impressed by Juan Maldinado as the foreman on the project. This job was executed flawlessly from a quality perspective and also very quickly. Mr. Maldinado kept me apprised of what they would be doing next so that my wife and I could shift from one bedroom/bathroom to another when necessary and took care of all the necessary details of moving furniture or whatever needed to be done. We are accustomed to good work from Williams, but I think that Juan is exceptional even by your high standards. Thank you for a job well done.

Les did outstanding work - looks brand new. He went out of his way to research the exact match on paint, and also astutely noted that he probably needed to ensure the paint work he did after refinishing the seams coalesced with the balance of the hallway paint. Williams Professional Painting team lead by Adalberto each day for 4 days, Santos, and Walter did a tremendous job on our home from 2 - 5 FEB 2015. They were prompt arriving early and coming in right at 7:30 each morning. They worked quickly and efficiently. They were all skilled painters and very professional. All had many years of painting experience and it showed. They worked well as a team. They repaired nail pops and even some places where the drywall showed a seam between two sheets. They kept picture hooks on wall, painted over but replaced the hook so we could easily replace the pictures where we had them hanging. They fixed anything we mentioned. They did an outstanding job and we will hire your team back in the future and recommend your services to our friends and neighbors.

PS. Milton was our estimator and he came by to check on the progress and helped explain some areas that needed to be reworked. He did a very good job of clearly laying out what would be done, for what price, and how long it should take his team of two painters. The office scheduled it smoothly with one call and the billing was quick and efficient with an invoice sent. Overall, job well done! I can't think of something to recommend to improve. Your team takes great pride in their work and we are glad we chose Williams Professional Painting.

I would like to commend JB, he was great. Our job was small but it was important to us and JB made it important to him. He knew we were not satisfied with one particular aspect of the finished job and after talking to us about several options, he came back and proceeded with the decided upon option and it turned out perfect. He was always polite and professional and willing to go that extra bit to make sure we were satisfied.

Ricardo and Pablo painted my master bedroom suite consisting of the bedroom, bathroom, and 2 walk-in closets. Ricardo was the foreman on a job in our house last year and he did a wonderful job; they did the whole basement. Because he did such a good job we requested him by name to do our master suite. Again, he did not disappointment us. The finished work is perfect, he does the best cut-in of any painter I have seen. My wife and I are both Realtors here, we see a lot of houses, and the quality of Ricardo's work is far better than most homes we see. He is courteous, respectful, works hard, takes extreme pride in his work, has a great attitude, is punctual and precise in his work. Clone him!!!

We want to give a big thanks to your crew. Lisa was so helpful in the color selections. She also answered many questions on other ideas and always led us int he right direction. Walter and his guys were amazing. They are true professionals and take pride in the work they do. We really appreciated all the time they spent on prepping our walls. They corrected so many of the builder's mistakes. The crown molding that was added really finishes off each room. Give a special thinks to Walter, Carlos, Edwin, Gustavo, and Daniel. Tell the guys that our dog Maisie misses them and Walter can visit her anytime.

We are planning on contacting you again in the Fall to finish off our painting project. That will be the two upstairs guest bedrooms and bath and the garage.

Its now about one week since your company completed the exterior painting and related at our house. Having been a customer of yours for about 25 years we knew what to expect -- and of course we were not disappointed! For us, this 2.5-3 week project was large and as always we were impressed with the care with which you helped us plan for it -- not least especially Lisa's help with deciding on the color scheme -- and for the attention to detail throughout. The foreman for the job, Walter, was excellent -- he was clearly committed to finishing a high quality job even if it took a little longer than expected -- and kept us well-informed on progress daily. He was also very responsive to any questions or concerns that we had as the job moved forward. His colleagues (Fidel and Jorge I think, and the carpenter whose name I forget) also did all they could to ensure a timely and good quality job -- and were scrupulous about clearing up after themselves at night and were especially thorough at the end of the task. And I should not forget your own key contribution -- answering all our questions quickly and comprehensively, and also showing great patience with us.

As always, overall, an excellent job and we will continue to recommend Williams Professional Painting highly.

The crew did a good job. They were very responsive to my feedback. Overall, good job.

Excellent work. These guys do charge a bit more than some others, but they are meticulous, polite and professional .The painter who did the job spent a LOT of time covering everything and taping up sheeting on the walls to ensure that nothing was damaged from the painting. He did a great job and, at the end, when I pointed out a small area that needed a tiny touch up, he happily took care of it (instead of complaining that he'd already packed up most of his stuff.) I also like that the supervisors check in (even on a one-day project) - when the painter had a question, he contacted the supervisor, and he came over very quickly while we discussed our options. In my opinion, they are worth the extra money. Also, look out on their FB page for deals - especially in the winter - ours covered free paint.

On January 14th, 2015 Mr. Juan Maldonado arrived early to paint my apartment ceiling from an earlier roof leak. He was early, but was very patient and waited for my family to get off for the day before starting his work. When he did so he was very professional, quiet and neat. He finished the painting in a very timely manner and worked around our cluttered apartment. He also helped paint over a small damage spot in our stairwell which I can not thank him enough for as the little repair job would have taken much longer if left to my own devices. So again I want to say thank you for the outstanding work he did today and should I need further painting services in the future I will be turning to Williams Professional Painting.

I want to thank you and your team (Juan and Johnnie) again for the fantastic job they did painting our new townhome. They finished the job within our predetermined schedule and were reliable and trustworthy. The paint job is crisp and flawless. I didn't actually get any work done by Williams because my timeline would not work with the schedule but they actually sent me an email to let me know that they would have to decline the opportunity to work on my project. This is the first time I've ever received such a courtesy from contractors in the home improvement business, and I cannot express how wonderfully professional this is. I have had far too many experiences of contractors coming out to estimate, only to never contact me again, or to go through the trouble of sending me a quote and then never actually schedule the work.

While I did find someone who was able to do the work I requested in my short time frame, in the future, I will definitely contact Williams again for a bid. Just this email was enough to tell me about the company culture here, and I have great confidence in their professionalism.
