Description Of Work: Painted living room wall and baseboard, den walls, ceiling, baseboards and fixed stains and cracks, dining room baseboard as well as complete foyer where there were cracks and leak marks.

The person conducting the estimating work ( Alvis) was extremely professional and knowledgable. He was friendly, exactly on time and very responsive in providing the bid. We obtained two bids and while the other was lower we wanted to assure excellent work and since the estimator was able to fully explain why paint that had been put on our front door in the past did not stick (first person to be able to diagnose the problem) we decided that this and their current reputation on Angie's list coupled with their years in service meant that the higher price would likely be worth it - and it was.
The painters arrived on time, were careful to properly move and cover furniture and other items, carefully laid tape to block off areas NOT to be painted and completed the job fully in two days as projected. They were helpful - having a larger crew come the first day to help move some heavy items and the scheduling person readjusted the initial scheduled time as our floor project ran over. The foreman throughout remained in communication on issues and was very responsive to any request I had. Cristian Reyes was the foreman and excellent.
The cost may be higher but I gave it an A as it is worth the money.

I hadn't gotten a chance to send a review of our experience with the WPP team for the house painting we recently had done. Lisa made great color recommendations for us, was patient as we tried to figure out what would compliment our space the best, and we were very happy with her service. The paint crew that we had, Dagoberto and Edison, worked quickly and efficiently. A week later, I still have not seen a stray drop of paint. They were punctual, professional and extremely courteous. I have been thrilled with my entire experience with Williams Professional Painting. The website is easy to negotiate, the phone number and email produce immediate results and they worked with my schedule. Milton Chavez came out for an estimate and he has kind, helpful and efficient. The very next day, Franklin and Carlos showed up. They did a wonderful job. The place looks great and it is so clean. They also put everything back where they found it and even retrieved a couple of "lost" toys that were hiding behind big pieces of furniture. They worked very efficiently, but also thoroughly, and then they walked me through the whole job afterwards. They did a living room that opens to a kitchen and a hallway - all were painted one color - and they also did chair rails, molding and doors. It looks just wonderful. They also took old paint with them that I know longer need. I am so pleased and I will both recommend them to others and use them myself for future jobs.

The job was to remove wall paper from the kitchen, dining room and hallway and prime and paint those rooms, and the living room, stairway to the top floor and the upper hallway, including trim and doors. They also painted the railings in the dining room and stairway. Their project manager, Alvis Hermes, provided extensive consultations and advice regarding color and type of paint. He listened carefully to our objectives and patiently worked with us, offering continual advice throughout the project. He also referred us to Janeen Braddock, an experienced color consultant at Benjamin Moore Paints who provided invaluable advice and samples that helped us to make the final paint choices, with which we are so pleased.

When we decided to paint the rooms on the main floor of our town house and contacted several painting companies, it became immediately clear to us, after meeting with Alvis Hermes, that we would choose Williams Professional Painting. We can\'t begin to say how pleased we are with the beautiful job that the painters, Jose, Omar and Ricardo, did. They were very professional, punctual and responsive to all our questions. We were surprised to find two layers of wall paper in the kitchen. They did a remarkable job of removing them, despite the considerable difficulty this job entailed. Our painters worked steadily and systematically until the surface was beautifully prepared for the new paint. Throughout the whole painting process, our painters remained cheerful, accommodating, respectful of our needs and were very neat as they worked and during cleanup.
We are so happy and excited with the results, as the rooms look exactly as we want them to be. We get so much pleasure each time we come downstairs to see our beautiful, bright rooms. After seeing the great results, we definitely intend to use Williams Professional Painting to complete the process for our upstairs level and lower level family room. Once again terrific company to work with. Got work done sooner than expected and it was a beautiful job. After ceilings and walls got holes cut in them for new lights and a wall mounted tv, Jose came back and patched and painted. On May 26 & 27, Santos Benitez & Edison painted the exterior trim on my townhouse, as well as making a few other repairs on the exterior. They were prompt, efficient, careful, & skilled. They did an excellent job--as has always been my experience with Williams Professional Painting.

I would like to compliment and commend the gentlemen - Juan, Cristian, and Daniel - who performed the work in our garage. They did yeomans’ work.

Excellent work by the entire staff, from the owner who provided the overall estimate, to the workers and office staff. Professional, polite and punctual in all aspects. Work entailed carpentry, wallpaper removal, wall prep, crown moulding/boxes, chair rails and painting. We met with the company designer for color consult and some additional suggestions. Overall project took about a week. JB is a master carpenter and painter. He and his partner were punctual, worked diligently, and did a compete clean-up every day. JB did a walk-thru upon completion of the work to ensure we were completely satisfied. We have used Williams Professional Painting before for both interior and exterior painting and have been extremely pleased each time.

I cannot say enough good things about Williams Professional Painting. The painters were punctual, polite, and they are excellent painters. They did extensive preparation, they cleaned as they went, they did a super job, and then left every place they painted spotless. I will be having them back in a few weeks to paint bathrooms. I will always use Williams Professional Painting when I have painting to do.
