I would like to commend JB, he was great. Our job was small but it was important to us and JB made it important to him. He knew we were not satisfied with one particular aspect of the finished job and after talking to us about several options, he came back and proceeded with the decided upon option and it turned out perfect. He was always polite and professional and willing to go that extra bit to make sure we were satisfied.

We could not have asked for a more accommodating group of people to deal with and they went out of their way to minimize the impact on the services that we provide to our families. Bryan Pinto, one of William's foremen, and his team showed up early the first day and performed their work with efficiency and care. The team finished the job promptly and did excellent work, carefully executing detailed carpentry work on crown trim and painting as high as the peak of our four story town-home. Very impressed with their work and would hire again.

Jorge and Jaime did an excellent job. They were professional, polite, clean, organized, efficient, arrived on time, kept me informed on what they were doing, were considerate of my husband and me, and were extremely careful with our furniture, paintings, and decorative items. They obviously love their work, love working for Williams Professional Painting, and take great pride in a job well done. Because the previous painters had painted onto the baseboard in some areas, Jorge asked if I had the paint for the woodwork so he could correct that. The line where the wall meets the baseboard is now perfectly straight. They vacuumed and cleaned up two different times and I think my house was cleaner when they left than before. I am thrilled with the result!

I am very pleased with the quality of workmanship and the courteousness of your painting crew. Adalberto and Enrique are true professionals and they worked together as a team. They covered all our cabinets, countertops, and appliances before they began to paint. They were careful with our drapes, valences, and furniture as they put them in the living room before painting. Each afternoon they returned our chairs, end tables, and lights to the family room so we could be comfortable for the evening. Lisa will confirm that the rooms look great.
Speaking of Lisa, she is a wonderful addition to your team. I do not have a color eye and she was patient and respectful as she explained to me the best color choices and why she chose them. When I was unsure of my final selection, she brought additional shades in the same color family and painted samples on both the kitchen wall and the family room wall. I am very pleased with my final selection under her skilled direction. I would highly recommend William’s Professional Painting to anyone who is looking for a reputable painting company. I would like to thank you and your team for the completion of an excellent painting job. My project consisted having the complete interior of my town home painted, ceiling, walls, trim and closets. The entire process from the initial estimate to the final walk through was painless and very professional. It is really a pleasure doing business with a company that 'gets it' and delivers on what is promised with no hassles.

Dagobarto (D2) and Jose were outstanding. I met with them every morning to 'check-in' and review the progress of the project. They were always on-time and very courteous. D2 and Jose provided excellent service in terms resolving any items I brought to their attention or answering any questions I had about the project. The work area was always cleaned up daily and as each room was completed a final cleaning was done. They both paid special attention to details, especially in repairing the holes in the drywall as well as the metal front door.

On May 26 & 27, Santos Benitez & Edison painted the exterior trim on my townhouse, as well as making a few other repairs on the exterior. They were prompt, efficient, careful, & skilled. They did an excellent job--as has always been my experience with Williams Professional Painting.

I wanted to let you know how happy we were with the exterior paint job that was done at our house the week of March 14, 2016. Unfortunately I cannot recall the foreman's name - I think it was Santo. On March 12 and 13, 2014, two of your employees, Juan Maldonado and Jose O, came to our house in McLean, VA and did our interior painting. They painted and refurbished out master bedroom and the family room/eating area/kitchen. We are 100% pleased with the job they did. I just wanted to take a minute to tell you how happy we were with the two guys that did the painting the last 2 days, Jose and Jaime. They did and amazing job and went above and beyond what I expected. While the walls look amazing I have to say what looks 1 million times better is the trim around both sets of our steps. Jose took the time to caulk and clean up the cracks in that trim and then paint it to boot!! They also did an amazing job patching the ceiling in the entry way and they even put a coat of paint on the ceiling when they really didn\'t need to, nor was it in the contract. I can\'t say enough about the job they did and the quality of their work.
