I would like take this opportunity to express my gratitude for a job well done by you and your staff. I would like to thank Milton for selling me on your company and setting a price within our budget for the scope that I specified. I also want to thank him for his follow up during the course of the project.

Next I would like to thank Lisa. Her renderings of the finished product were great and convinced me that I had made the correct choices in color and where to apply them. I was really up in the air about some of my thoughts and she was able to put everything on paper to assist me in selling the idea to my General Manager.

Last but not least I want to thank JB your foreman and the crew. These men where awesome. I never received one complaint about them, the quality of their work, or that they ever caused an issue by blocking traffic in our very busy entry. They always managed to have the lifts out of the way of automobile and foot traffic and I never had one complaint about them getting one drop of paint where it should not have been. They work was very nicely done and the work site was always clean and neat even after quitting time.

Rick, employees are either assets or liabilities to employers. Believe me when I tell you all the folks mentioned in this review are assets to Williams Professional Painting.

I wanted to let you know that Walter and Caesar were awesome when they came by to paint our 4^th Floor space. They were friendly and knew exactly what they were doing. I think all went well with the recent painting of the exterior of my house. The house looks great, Arturo and Harry were polite, happy to answer questions or provide information on the job, and respectful to our property. They neatly stored their tools every night, and worked consistently throughout the job until it was done. The carpentry was well executed and within the estimated hours.

Overall, I am quite satisfied and would like to proceed with the inside work that I received an estimate on from your company. Please contact me to get us on the schedule.

D2 did an excellent job. The bedroom never looked so good..He was polite, efficient and skilled. He spotted and repaired nail holes and surface imperfections that were not particularly noticeable. And the result was beautiful. I would definitely recommend him.

This review is for the work that Franklin did at our home. He is not just an amazing painter, but he is an amazing man. I have never had someone work in my home that was so respectful, so honest and so hardworking. He brought everything to our attention so that we could make decisions and therefore we NEVER had a problem. His attention to detail and customer satisfaction was phenomenal! I own two companies and Franklin is the type of man that I would want working for me in a top level position. We are beyond pleased with his work. You are lucky to have a man like him with your company. He is priceless!! Franklin is the reason we hired Williams Professional Painting this second time. I would like to commend JB, he was great. Our job was small but it was important to us and JB made it important to him. He knew we were not satisfied with one particular aspect of the finished job and after talking to us about several options, he came back and proceeded with the decided upon option and it turned out perfect. He was always polite and professional and willing to go that extra bit to make sure we were satisfied.

Williams Professional Painting painted the exterior of our home, including wrought iron railings, and they did an excellent job! The foreman, Adalbarlt Ferrafino was VERY nice. The crew was on time, efficient and clean.

Alvis, the estimator I worked with, was very conscientious. He was very responsive and had great follow up. I had originally chosen another painting company to do the work but they backed out on short notice. When I contacted Alvis at Williams Painting he had a crew out right away. They did some of the work after hours and on the weekend but did not mark up the price. I have nothing but good things to say about Williams Painting.

I wanted to let you know how our community is very happy to have JB and Franklin working for us. Both of them show outstanding customer services and impressive attention to details. They really do the impossible job of trying to keep our homeowners happy. They are patient and polite to everyone even with frustrated homeowners.

Dear Mr Williams

Its now about one week since your company completed the exterior painting and related at our house. Having been a customer of yours for about 25 years we knew what to expect -- and of course we were not disappointed! For us, this 2.5-3 week project was large and as always we were impressed with the care with which you helped us plan for it -- not least especially Lisa's help with deciding on the color scheme -- and for the attention to detail throughout. The foreman for the job, Walter, was excellent -- he was clearly committed to finishing a high quality job even if it took a little longer than expected -- and kept us well-informed on progress daily. He was also very responsive to any questions or concerns that we had as the job moved forward. His colleagues (Fidel and Jorge I think, and the carpenter whose name I forget) also did all they could to ensure a timely and good quality job -- and were scrupulous about clearing up after themselves at night and were especially thorough at the end of the task. And I should not forget your own key contribution -- answering all our questions quickly and comprehensively, and also showing great patience with us.

As always, overall, an excellent job and we will continue to recommend Williams Professional Painting highly.
