Hi,

This week Juan completed several painting projects around our house and did a wonderful job.He was prompt, neat, and very detailed.The front stoop and trim that were repaired and painted look new (as new as a 180 year old house looks).Most impressive was the back gate.He took perfect measurements of the old rotten gate, built a new one, installed it using our historic hardware and painted it.All in an efficient and precise manner.We have always been pleased with Williams Painting and will continue to use them going forward.

Dave Williams and foreman Franklin are both fantastic to work with. We have used Williams Professional Painting 3-4 times before (painting different parts of our home each time) and each time they showed the same exceptional service. Dave is always responsive to phone calls and emails and Franklin is so nice and professional. Franklin moved all of the furniture away from the two walls and then went straight to work. The work was probably completed in a little over an hour and the walls looked great.
Finding a plumber or electrician that you trust and is reasonable on price may be difficult, but finding a fantastic painting company was easy for me. We plan on using Williams Professional Painting in the future.

Juan recently did carpentry and painting work for me for the over-hang above my front door. Rain had rotted the top of the over-hang. When Juan started the job, he realized it was rotten to a much greater extent than had been planned.

He had to completely redo the top of the over-hang and take off a facade above it.

He was thorough, courteous, timely, and overall a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend your company to my neighbors because Juan did such a fabulous job.

Dear Williams family,

We needed an experienced company to paint the interior of our 2200 sq. ft. 1948 brick rambler. The walls and ceilings in the original part of the house are plaster on wood lathe. During its 65+ years, the walls and ceilings were showing cracks suffered from settling, earthquake, and a mediocre paint job done by someone else 10 years ago requiring more prep time than the 1990-91 addition (drywall and wallpaper to be removed).

Once we decided that we were ready to have the house painted, we began interviewing painting companies and chose Williams Professional Painting for reasons both tangible and intangible.

A work colleague had recommended them based on their results on the exterior painting of their home.

We attended a complimentary paint consultation seminar hosted at Williams’ plant. Attendees included real estate agents, previous clients, and potential new business opportunities like us. The class was conducted by an experienced painting and color design consultant.

The plant was clean, well-stocked, and well-organized with paints and paint samples, ladders, and drop clothes for pending jobs. It was there that we met the Williams family. We knew that we could trust this family to do the job right.

Rick, the owner’s son, inspected our home twice to gauge the amount and type of work required. He then decided which of his crews had the mix of skills required to perform the job. Our crew foreman was Jose G., and the team included Ricardo, Jaime, Jhoiner, Marvin, and Dagoberto.

They did all the big and little things right, such as the following:

The crew was punctual starting every day at 7:30 AM. They worked the entire day of the mid-January snow storm and appeared the day after that storm at the same 7:30 AM starting time. They worked the entire day breaking only for a brief lunch, which they ate on the premises. They concentrated on their tasks throughout the days. They took extra care protecting our belongings including babysitting the 2 dogs if they got out. They were conscientious when it came to keeping the outside gates closed so there would be no runaway dogs. They asked us clarifying questions if there ever was the possibility of doubt. There was never any sense that any of the valuables in the house were in any jeopardy. At the end of every day, they cleaned their tools and carefully vacuumed our rugs and floors. They left the house spotless. They organized, consolidated, and covered with a tarp all of their materials and equipment in a central area that was the least intrusive to our family and pets. They offered a touch-up visit if needed before we put the house up for sale in 2015.
The crew from Williams Professional Painting made the paint project as painless for us as possible. As we told the crew, they made the house beautiful. The repair s and preparation work were superb. They know their profession and are craftsmen. We thanked them very much, and told them that they made our home beautiful. No one could have done a better job than they did.

Excellent work by the entire staff, from the owner who provided the overall estimate, to the workers and office staff. Professional, polite and punctual in all aspects. Work entailed carpentry, wallpaper removal, wall prep, crown moulding/boxes, chair rails and painting. We met with the company designer for color consult and some additional suggestions. Overall project took about a week. JB is a master carpenter and painter. He and his partner were punctual, worked diligently, and did a compete clean-up every day. JB did a walk-thru upon completion of the work to ensure we were completely satisfied. We have used Williams Professional Painting before for both interior and exterior painting and have been extremely pleased each time.

We have used Williams Professional Painting for years and been very happy. Juan has come to our house at least twice and always displays a professional but friendly attitude. Our house has always been left clean and orderly. Yesterday, his helper included Noel who corrected many of the stains and problems with our ceiling. They arrived exactly on time too which is hard to do in this area's busy traffic. Thank you both for doing a great job and making it an easy experience once again.

I cannot say enough good things about Williams Professional Painting. The painters were punctual, polite, and they are excellent painters. They did extensive preparation, they cleaned as they went, they did a super job, and then left every place they painted spotless. I will be having them back in a few weeks to paint bathrooms. I will always use Williams Professional Painting when I have painting to do.

Just to let you know that Alberto and Omar did a wonderful job painting my kitchen. It looks really beautiful. They were totally professional and extremely pleasant and I appreciate the fact that you sent Omar to help after the mix-up regarding scheduling this job. It just occurred to us that we're quite sure you will enjoy seeing our Christmas Card for 2014 -- our "year of the house" illustrated by these before/after views.

Just yesterday, our neighbor's son, an artistic fellow visiting for the holidays, arrived home at the same time as Dave T. and just raved for some time about our "new house"! We have also received many fine "reviews" in response to sending this card to our friends and family this year. We are enjoying it every single day ourselves, too.

I just got home this morning from being out of town, and everything looks fantastic! I noticed they even painted the address plate on the front of the house, which I wasn't expecting. Thank you and your folks so much for the great work.

Bryan Pinto, one of William's foremen, and his team showed up early the first day and performed their work with efficiency and care. The team finished the job promptly and did excellent work, carefully executing detailed carpentry work on crown trim and painting as high as the peak of our four story town-home. Very impressed with their work and would hire again.

I would like take this opportunity to express my gratitude for a job well done by you and your staff. Next I would like to thank Lisa. Her renderings of the finished product were great and convinced me that I had made the correct choices in color and where to apply them. I was really up in the air about some of my thoughts and she was able to put everything on paper to assist me in selling the idea to my General Manager.

Last but not least I want to thank JB your foreman and the crew. These men where awesome. I never received one complaint about them, the quality of their work, or that they ever caused an issue by blocking traffic in our very busy entry. They always managed to have the lifts out of the way of automobile and foot traffic and I never had one complaint about them getting one drop of paint where it should not have been. They work was very nicely done and the work site was always clean and neat even after quitting time.

Rick, employees are either assets or liabilities to employers. Believe me when I tell you all the folks mentioned in this review are assets to Williams Professional Painting.

Hello Dave,

I am very pleased with the quality of workmanship and the courteousness of your painting crew. Adalberto and Enrique are true professionals and they worked together as a team. They covered all our cabinets, countertops, and appliances before they began to paint. They were careful with our drapes, valences, and furniture as they put them in the living room before painting. Each afternoon they returned our chairs, end tables, and lights to the family room so we could be comfortable for the evening. Lisa will confirm that the rooms look great.
Speaking of Lisa, she is a wonderful addition to your team. I do not have a color eye and she was patient and respectful as she explained to me the best color choices and why she chose them. When I was unsure of my final selection, she brought additional shades in the same color family and painted samples on both the kitchen wall and the family room wall.
