Another quality job by the Williams crew. Ricardo and Fidel made

sure everything was covered prior to prepping the surfaces to be patched

and painted. They worked neatly and efficiently. Alvis had accurately

prescribed the job and Ricardo and Fidel executed it to the letter.

Of course, I will continue to use or recommend Williams as my "go to"

painters in the future. The office staff acknowledged the order, gave me

a scheduling window, notified me of the time and day, and made sure

the scheduled appointment was met.

If available, request the Mr. Omar and Mr. Carlos painting team. They have an Incredible work ethic with quality results. I have used Williams Professional over several years, for my rental properties and private residence...never disappointed. On May 26 & 27, Santos Benitez & Edison painted the exterior trim on my townhouse, as well as making a few other repairs on the exterior. They were prompt, efficient, careful, & skilled. They did an excellent job--as has always been my experience with Williams Professional Painting.

Your painters have just completed painting our house and it looks beautiful!

We feel fortunate that we selected you to do our painting. From the beginning all went well. Milton Chavez, your estimator, listened to our concerns and developed a contract that met our needs. During contract development, Milton was always readily available and even after painting began Milton would quickly respond to our questions.

Special thanks go to Ricardo Salas, the onsite foreman, and the crew that worked with him. We do want to recognize the good and careful painting that Noe performed and the pride of a job well done evidenced by both Noe and Ricardo. Great job by Williams Professional Painting on some recent repair to our front portico (carpentry, roofing, and painting). Outstanding work by Juan Maldonado, who was the foreman and craftsman who completed the work.

Carlos was the crew leader when I had my newly purchased condo painted in July. I know Edison worked several days but I do not know the name of any of the other workers. I had the walls, ceiling, trim & doors, and kitchen & bathroom cabinets painted as well as new hinges and hardware installed on all the cabinets. Plus Williams Prof Painting removed a big ugly mirror, repaired the drywall and installed crown molding in the living room, dining room and hall way. All this was going on at the same time I had hardwood floors installed. I was on a very tight time frame and Carlos did yeoman’s duty keeping the job moving along and keeping me informed every step of the way. There were a few really minor, minor hiccups…to be expected when you have this much activity going on in a small space. Carlos worked until after 7 PM the night before I moved in. Did I mention it was the hottest week of the year and the A/C stopped working? All of this was done with no sacrifice in quality.

I was so pleased with the work of Carlos and Edison that I requested either of them when I hired Williams Prof Painting to do some minor ceiling drywall repair and painting touch-up after I changed out a kitchen ceiling light fixture in September.

The prices for the whole condo job and the small kitchen ceiling repair job were exactly what was quoted. The crown molding was time and material and the final price for the crown molding was within $100 of the verbal ballpark range the estimator gave me. No additions and no surprises.

William Professional Painting is not the low price contractor but the price is very competitive for the quality of work performed. I will ask for Carlos or Edison at Williams Professional Painting any time I need painting or professional carpentry/drywall repairs.

Everything looks great. They did a fantastic job and were very professional.

Interior painting of rooms, walls, ceilings, etc. over a three week period. I had a lot of work to be done. They repaired ceilings, installed doors, removed all existing paneling and molding, installed drywall to walls, installed new molding and trim. They did an excellent job! They had a "can do" attitude and made sure everything was perfect. They were punctual, friendly, professional, accommodating, courteous, very respectful of our home and of us. The team, employer and staff were a pleasure to do business with. I will be using them for another project next month. I am thrilled to have found them and will recommend them to all of my friends and colleagues without hesitation.

Last week your company sent Franklin and Rigo to power wash, sand, and paint the deck and railings at my home. They did an excellent job and were very pleasant and considerate. Franklin explained every step they were doing and made sure I was happy with the color chosen for the deck. I would definitely use your company again and have already passed your card on to a new neighbor.

Adalberto & Cristian left about an hour ago, after finishing up the painting. I just wanted you to know that not only did they do a fantastic job, but they worked clean, were professional & were very accommodating. Every evening, before they left, they always checked with me to make sure that everything that I requested was being done, even to the point where I had forgotten to mention to the office , when I told them what paint I needed, that I needed Hi Gloss paint for some of the items. The next day they had the Hi Gloss. Nothing was ever a mess. the room furniture & floors were well protected with tarps, even all the flooring from the front door to whatever room they were working on. Their painting was flawless. I know, because I used to do all our painting, so I know what it takes to do such a fantastic job. Even with me taking my time, I could not do it half as good as Adalberto & Cristian.

In the evening when they were finishing up, they made sure everything was orderly, with their supplies organized & the floors vacuumed. Their was another gentleman here on the first day & his work was flawless as well.

I tried to write a review on some of the sites on the card that Adalberto gave me, but I guess I am not very computer savvy & could not do it. I will see if my husband can help me get to the correct site.

So thank you for your wonderful service. This is our 3rd time using Williams Professional Painting & we have never been disappointed & always extremely pleased.

Just want to let you know that my husband and I are very pleased with the carpentry repairs done by Juan Maldonado and the painting done by Adalberto and Erik. As usual, all work was done in a professional manner. At the conclusion of the job, our outdoor furniture was moved back into place and the remaining paint was labeled, boxed, and placed in our garage – all we had to do was enjoy!

We just had our beautiful historic townhouse painted by Dave with Juan Maldonado as our foreman. The house is absolutely beautiful. We were very pleased with the painting job you recently did for us. Your painters were prompt everyday and I was very impressed with the job of the painter who returned on Saturday, October 25th who returned to open the windows that were stuck with the paint. He came in and took his time to take care of each window and made sure I could move them. I will be calling you to paint the interior of the house in the future. It is good to know that we have found some professional and reliable painters who complete the job as agreed upon.
