I just wanted to let you know that my husband and I could not be more pleased with our experience with Williams Professional Painting. First, despite a small mix-up in the scheduling, Yanize was very kind, professional and understanding, and she immediately put me at ease and was able to very quickly resolve the issue (and I was so relieved that Williams was able to work within my scheduling needs). The interior painting work itself was beautifully done, and the painting team, Dagoberto and Carlos (along with Franklin on the first day) were professional, skilled, courteous and considerate. They arrived right on time each day and worked very hard, producing beautifully painted rooms. I felt very much at ease with them in our house and appreciated the attention to detail of their work. They really went above and beyond in their painting work, even patching up an extra small area that had some scratches. This was very generous and really stands out in my mind. They also worked hard cleaning up all of the painting materials and dust afterwards. In short, our experience with Williams was a wholly positive one, and I would not hesitate to use Williams again and will be recommending you to others. Thank you for making our home beautiful, and for making the process as easy and painless as possible.

(I should also mention that we enjoyed working with Jose, our estimator, who was also very professional and responsive, and I appreciated his advice on painting needs for our home.)

What a great idea- painter for a day. I want to write a quick note to let you know how pleased I am with the paint job that Dagoberto Machado did for me on Friday the 18th. He arrived promptly at 7:30am and went right to work. He was very careful with the furniture that I could not get out of the room. Everything was covered up and when he was finished, everything was cleaned up. The color looks lovely and I wanted to let you know that Dagoberto did a fantastic job. Williams Professional Painting has done a lot of painting at our house (inside and out) over the years. I will continue to use your services in the future.

As the name of your company implies, Luis and Edwin did a very professional job. A I previously mentioned, their wall preparation, painting skills, cleanup, and furniture/wall hangings replacement were very impressive. Luis' knowledge of complicated electronic wiring for audio and video equipment allowed him to perfectly restore all of my entertainment stuff. Equally important is that Luis and Edwin are genuinely great guys.

We had two full bathrooms renovated and needed to have the rooms painted. Williams came highly recommended on Angie's List which I religiously rely on before I engage a business. The company had a estimator scheduled the day I called during the following work week based on our availability. Alvis was well versed in the latest options for painting our spaces. He recommended a Matte finish and we both agreed on a Sherwin Williams paint. We needed one of the bathroom ceilings painted and Alvis recommended that the second bathroom ceiling was in good shape and did not need to be painted. We also got a quote for a stairwell and hallway. Finally, the kitchen ceiling needed both repair and painting. Alvis recommended painting the adjoining hall ceiling since there was no separation but suggested that we wait on painting the ceiling of our living and dining rooms that were separated but on same floor with the kitchen since, once again, the ceiling was in good shape so no need to spend the money. The crew showed up on time and focused on the two bathrooms on the first day. By the time I got home that evening, they had prepped the walls and one ceiling and had painted two coats of paint on one bathroom and one coat of paint on the second bathroom. While the paint work was excellent, the prep work in a number of spots in both bathrooms was not acceptable. I informed Alvis who promised me that the crew would resolve any concern we had. We proceeded to mark each spot that needed to be sanded and/or skim coated for the next morning. Alvis showed up the next day to ensure that the crew resolved all of our concerns. Once again, by the time I got home from work, the walls looked great, there were multiple coats of paint on both bathrooms, both ceilings had been prepped and painted to our satisfaction. The matte finish minimized accentuating any imperfections and the paint work was excellent - the crew also did an excellent job of keeping paint off of the trim and cleaning up after each day. I would employ their services again and will have them paint the stairwell and hallway in the near future.

It just occurred to us that we're quite sure you will enjoy seeing our Christmas Card for 2014 -- our "year of the house" illustrated by these before/after views.

Just yesterday, our neighbor's son, an artistic fellow visiting for the holidays, arrived home at the same time as Dave T. and just raved for some time about our "new house"! We have also received many fine "reviews" in response to sending this card to our friends and family this year. We are enjoying it every single day ourselves, too.

Interior painting of rooms, walls, ceilings, etc. over a three week period. I had a lot of work to be done. They repaired ceilings, installed doors, removed all existing paneling and molding, installed drywall to walls, installed new molding and trim. They did an excellent job! They had a "can do" attitude and made sure everything was perfect. They were punctual, friendly, professional, accommodating, courteous, very respectful of our home and of us. The team, employer and staff were a pleasure to do business with. I will be using them for another project next month. I am thrilled to have found them and will recommend them to all of my friends and colleagues without hesitation.

Just a quick note re: Juan.

I have had occasion to interact with him a total of 5 or 6 times, he has always, and continues to be, the ultimate professional.

Allow me to recap, your email stated he would arrive between 0730 and 0800 and sure enough at 0745 he was at the house. Once at the house he accessed the situation with the doors quickly and quickly implemented a fix, after noticing that the proposed solution would not work, he recommended other solutions but, from my point of view, always balancing the professional outcome with the cost/level of effort that would be required.

I have verbally stated this before, but your crews have NEVER disappointed me, I am very comfortable with Williams Professional Painting in my property, and look forward to a continued business relationship.

Dave, yes things worked out great. Thanks for organizing everything, and seeing the work through to the end.

I'll keep you in mind for my electrical needs as well. At this time I was able to figure out another solution for adding power to the coat closet, but there may be other projects.

Juan and his assistant were great; punctual and communicative. He was able to work independently while still answering questions I had; the perfect mix. He was responsive to my concerns and would attempt to assuage them. He could have been a tad more assertive and/or elaborate more on his opinions when facing a decision (repair OR replace drywall), since I was looking for more input off of which I'd base my decision, as he obviously has more experience.

They were able to come in and paint the bedroom with less than one weeks notice. It was a bit pricey, but I chalk that up to the short turn on the job. The painter came about 8:30 a.m. and finished up about 3 p.m. A helper joined him to move the furniture, but it was one painter on the job for the bedroom. They completely cleaned up behind them and did a wonderful job. We'll definitely be looking to hire them for the ceilings when we're ready to finish our painting.

Williams Professional Painting came out last fall to freshen the stain on my deck.The job was completed in a thorough and professional manner and I was happy to promptly pay them.Unfortunately for both of us, an unexpected cold front with snow moved in that same evening.The new stain curdled on streaked something awful and I was horrified when I saw it the next day after the snow melted!There is a happy ending, though.Les, from Williams Painting came back this spring (free of any extra charges) and spent three days striping, sanding and re-staining all of the deck.It all looks fresh and clean..just the way it did before the storm.Williams Professional Painting was both honorable and professional.They could have taken my money and not come back, but they didn't!I am very pleased with their work and their work ethic.

The guys who came to the house were just great. Walking through the door of my newly painted house makes me very happy. It feels like a new house!

On May 26 & 27, Santos Benitez & Edison painted the exterior trim on my townhouse, as well as making a few other repairs on the exterior. They were prompt, efficient, careful, & skilled. They did an excellent job--as has always been my experience with Williams Professional Painting.

Thanks so much....and can I say what a pleasure it is to work with Williams and especially this crew. Jose is a keeper!!!!!! I have had major issues with our flooring contractor this week in another part of the building. It was such a dramatic comparison between their work ethic and quality as compared to what was going on in the Vestry. Your team is amazing!!!!!!!! (I actually just sent the other sub packing and insisted that another crew be provided for next week.)
