If available, request the Mr. Omar and Mr. Carlos painting team. They have an Incredible work ethic with quality results. I have used Williams Professional over several years, for my rental properties and private residence...never disappointed. On a scale of 1-10, with 5 being average...and 10 being the highest possible score...they have always hit 10 on every job.

Alvis (the estimator) was prompt and responsive. We purchased the house in July, and requested costs for the above work, as well as potentially additional work (painting the living room, and painting the in-law suite in the basement). He broke down the costs for each section, allowing us to pick which work we wanted done. They also were very helpful in coming out to paint the window trim in one room that we needed painted before installing new blinds.

The onsite crew looked at the areas to be painted with us before proceeding. They were prompt in arrival times, and completed the work within the estimated time frame. There were a few drips onto the radiators that I found months after the painting (so obviously not reported to the company as it took me so long to find them!). But other than that, they did a really great job, and it\'s held up nicely so far.

This is just a note to let you know how very pleased we are with the work that your foreman, Mr. Les Eichhorn, did in refinishing our front entrance. We were truly amazed with the way he patiently hand-sanded every exterior detail of the entire door and the side-light frames. He gave us an opportunity to select the shade of stain, then, respectfully, recommended a slightly different shade that turned out to exactly match the interior. He never rushed through the process and gave each application plenty of time to dry before applying the next one. Subsequently, several visitors, to our home, commented on our exceptionally beautiful front entrance. In addition to the superior quality of his work, Les was very pleasant and cooperative in accommodating our schedule. The job was intended to be a 60th anniversary gift to my dear wife. We both feel that it was well worth it!

Just a quick note re: Juan.

I have had occasion to interact with him a total of 5 or 6 times, he has always, and continues to be, the ultimate professional.

Allow me to recap, your email stated he would arrive between 0730 and 0800 and sure enough at 0745 he was at the house. Once at the house he accessed the situation with the doors quickly and quickly implemented a fix, after noticing that the proposed solution would not work, he recommended other solutions but, from my point of view, always balancing the professional outcome with the cost/level of effort that would be required.

I have verbally stated this before, but your crews have NEVER disappointed me, I am very comfortable with Williams Professional Painting in my property, and look forward to a continued business relationship.

He went out of his way to research the exact match on paint, and also astutely noted that he probably needed to ensure the paint work he did after refinishing the seams coalesced with the balance of the hallway paint. I am very pleased, and you would be too. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

I would like to commend JB, he was great. Our job was small but it was important to us and JB made it important to him. He knew we were not satisfied with one particular aspect of the finished job and after talking to us about several options, he came back and proceeded with the decided upon option and it turned out perfect. He was always polite and professional and willing to go that extra bit to make sure we were satisfied.

Your estimate was higher than the others, but with a brand new staircase installed and stained, I didn't want to risk taking the lower company's bid.

Last week your company sent Franklin and Rigo to power wash, sand, and paint the deck and railings at my home. They did an excellent job and were very pleasant and considerate. I wanted to send a quick note this evening to let you know how happy I am with the exterior painting work. The guys finished up tonight, working very late in order to complete everything before the heavy rain starts early tomorrow, and the house looks fantastic!

I also want you to know what a terrific team you have, so professional and always gracious. They worked meticulously each day (I don’t even think I saw them eat lunch!), and they were always ready to explain anything they were doing whenever I asked questions. My experience with your company has been wonderful and I look forward to working with you again early in 2017 to complete my interior plaster repair and painting project.

We had two full bathrooms renovated and needed to have the rooms painted. Williams came highly recommended on Angie's List which I religiously rely on before I engage a business. The company had a estimator scheduled the day I called during the following work week based on our availability. Alvis was well versed in the latest options for painting our spaces. He recommended a Matte finish and we both agreed on a Sherwin Williams paint. We needed one of the bathroom ceilings painted and Alvis recommended that the second bathroom ceiling was in good shape and did not need to be painted. We also got a quote for a stairwell and hallway. Finally, the kitchen ceiling needed both repair and painting. Alvis recommended painting the adjoining hall ceiling since there was no separation but suggested that we wait on painting the ceiling of our living and dining rooms that were separated but on same floor with the kitchen since, once again, the ceiling was in good shape so no need to spend the money. The crew showed up on time and focused on the two bathrooms on the first day. By the time I got home that evening, they had prepped the walls and one ceiling and had painted two coats of paint on one bathroom and one coat of paint on the second bathroom. While the paint work was excellent, the prep work in a number of spots in both bathrooms was not acceptable. I informed Alvis who promised me that the crew would resolve any concern we had. We proceeded to mark each spot that needed to be sanded and/or skim coated for the next morning. Alvis showed up the next day to ensure that the crew resolved all of our concerns. Once again, by the time I got home from work, the walls looked great, there were multiple coats of paint on both bathrooms, both ceilings had been prepped and painted to our satisfaction. The matte finish minimized accentuating any imperfections and the paint work was excellent - the crew also did an excellent job of keeping paint off of the trim and cleaning up after each day. I would employ their services again and will have them paint the stairwell and hallway in the near future.

Williams did it again! Walter and Andres rescued my house from disaster...not really but it sure felt like it! Our bedroom was painted, deck re-stained, lots of odds and ends type of painting projects that I had collected over time. Two days of work and now a lifetime of beauty! You are the best! I am president of Walter's fan club! I had to give him a hug I was so glad to see him and Andres! He brought his magic wand with him and worked wonders. Many Many Thanks!

It was such a pleasure to have Franklin and Jorge back for another painting chapter chez Sugiyama/Ritts. They are terrific painters, impressive dry wall experts, remarkably efficient, and all-around wonderful people. Franklin was especially kind helping me pick another great color for a room. And they always leave the house in better condition than it was when they got here.
