Dear Rick,

This is a long overdue comment regarding the services Williams Professional Painting provided in painting our home in Fairfax.

First of all it was a pleasure to work with you, Rick, on the estimate, and we felt the price you quoted us was very reasonable for the scope of the job.

I lost the card your painters gave me in the chaos of packing the house – so unfortunately I don’t remember their names, but they were great and I would be happy to have

them in our home again!

The painters were here each day well before the time to start. They were extremely courteous, and usually they left things cleaner than they found them.

We were in chaos trying to prepare for moving, but they were very accommodating; letting me know I got to choose which room they would work on on any given day

so I could stay one room ahead of them clearing out clutter.

As for the quality of the painting it was very good!

I have recommended Williams to our Realtor and if we were staying in the area and needed painting again I would not hesitate to use Williams.

We use Williams several times a year to keep up with our home. Inside or outside they do a great job. This week was a tough job of wallpaper removal and then prime and paint the master bathroom. Dagoberto and Edwin did a great job and were a pleasure to have around all week.

Your team supplied wonderful service to us in painting seven rooms, foyer, and two level central hallway --- two coats and stripping a wall of four decade old wallpaper, all in record time. They were inevitably cheerful, helpful in moving some heavy furniture, and always punctual. What a pleasure to work with them, a real credit to Williams Professional Painting. Williams did a fantastic job painting my house. I hired them to paint pretty much my entire house before I moved in.

Milton (their estimator) came out to the house initially to give me an estimate. He was very professional and gave me information about the company, their licenses and warranties, and the paints that they use. I was able to schedule the work to start very soon after the estimate (which was fantastic, considering I had a pretty tight schedule).

Cristian (the painting team's foreman) was wonderful. When we first met, we spent some time organizing all of the paints into which rooms they would apply to. He followed all of my instructions. He and his team did a wonderful job and were on time - the rooms look fantastic and the team left my house pretty darn clean. I really could not believe how early they all started!

Williams is a little pricey, but I think it is totally worth it for their professionalism and quality. I would highly recommend them.

Ricardo Salas did a very good job and also carried himself throughout the day in a very professional manner. Ricardo took the time to discuss the job and what the expectations and results would be.

I hadn't gotten a chance to send a review of our experience with the WPP team for the house painting we recently had done. Lisa made great color recommendations for us, was patient as we tried to figure out what would compliment our space the best, and we were very happy with her service. Les did outstanding work - looks brand new. He went out of his way to research the exact match on paint, and also astutely noted that he probably needed to ensure the paint work he did after refinishing the seams coalesced with the balance of the hallway paint. I am very pleased, and you would be too. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

The team was professional and did a very good job,

Ricardo and Pablo painted my master bedroom suite consisting of the bedroom, bathroom, and 2 walk-in closets. Ricardo was the foreman on a job in our house last year and he did a wonderful job; they did the whole basement. Because he did such a good job we requested him by name to do our master suite. Again, he did not disappointment us. The finished work is perfect, he does the best cut-in of any painter I have seen. My wife and I are both Realtors here, we see a lot of houses, and the quality of Ricardo's work is far better than most homes we see. He is courteous, respectful, works hard, takes extreme pride in his work, has a great attitude, is punctual and precise in his work. Clone him!!!

We have used Williams Professional Painting for years and been very happy. Juan has come to our house at least twice and always displays a professional but friendly attitude. Our house has always been left clean and orderly. Yesterday, his helper included Noel who corrected many of the stains and problems with our ceiling. They arrived exactly on time too which is hard to do in this area's busy traffic. Thank you both for doing a great job and making it an easy experience once again.

What a great idea- painter for a day. I want to write a quick note to let you know how pleased I am with the paint job that Dagoberto Machado did for me on Friday the 18th. He arrived promptly at 7:30am and went right to work. He was very careful with the furniture that I could not get out of the room. Everything was covered up and when he was finished, everything was cleaned up. The color looks lovely and I wanted to let you know that Dagoberto did a fantastic job. Williams Professional Painting has done a lot of painting at our house (inside and out) over the years. I will continue to use your services in the future.

They were able to come in and paint the bedroom with less than one weeks notice. It was a bit pricey, but I chalk that up to the short turn on the job. The painter came about 8:30 a.m. and finished up about 3 p.m. A helper joined him to move the furniture, but it was one painter on the job for the bedroom. They completely cleaned up behind them and did a wonderful job. We'll definitely be looking to hire them for the ceilings when we're ready to finish our painting.
