I would like to thank you and your team for the completion of an excellent painting job. My project consisted having the complete interior of my town home painted, ceiling, walls, trim and closets. The entire process from the initial estimate to the final walk through was painless and very professional. It is really a pleasure doing business with a company that 'gets it' and delivers on what is promised with no hassles.

Dagobarto (D2) and Jose were outstanding. I met with them every morning to 'check-in' and review the progress of the project. They were always on-time and very courteous. D2 and Jose provided excellent service in terms resolving any items I brought to their attention or answering any questions I had about the project. The work area was always cleaned up daily and as each room was completed a final cleaning was done. They both paid special attention to details, especially in repairing the holes in the drywall as well as the metal front door.

Williams Professional Painting team lead by Adalberto each day for 4 days, Santos, and Walter did a tremendous job on our home from 2 - 5 FEB 2015. They were prompt arriving early and coming in right at 7:30 each morning. They worked quickly and efficiently. They were all skilled painters and very professional. All had many years of painting experience and it showed. They worked well as a team. They repaired nail pops and even some places where the drywall showed a seam between two sheets. They kept picture hooks on wall, painted over but replaced the hook so we could easily replace the pictures where we had them hanging. They fixed anything we mentioned. They did an outstanding job and we will hire your team back in the future and recommend your services to our friends and neighbors.

PS. Milton was our estimator and he came by to check on the progress and helped explain some areas that needed to be reworked. He did a very good job of clearly laying out what would be done, for what price, and how long it should take his team of two painters. The office scheduled it smoothly with one call and the billing was quick and efficient with an invoice sent. Overall, job well done! I can't think of something to recommend to improve. On March 12 and 13, 2014, two of your employees, Juan Maldonado and Jose O, came to our house in McLean, VA and did our interior painting. They painted and refurbished out master bedroom and the family room/eating area/kitchen. We are 100% pleased with the job they did. The difference in before and after is noticed by everyone who steps into our family area and certainly by us when we are in the bedroom.

We want to let your company know that Juan and Jose were efficient and did an excellent job. Additionally, they were polite and anxious to do whatever we asked of them. We will recommend your company to anyone who needs interior or exterior painting because of the positive experience that we had with Juan and Jose.

From the estimator, to the painters, to the owner - a top quality crew. Estimator was prompt, courteous and professional. This was a 5-day project. The painters were superior with excellent skills (including all dry wall patching and nail pop repair). They were professional, arrived on time, and cleaned up every day. The work looks so good that we don't want to re-hang our pictures and paintings. We have used Williams Professional Painting for 15 years and will not use another company. (Although we do get quotes from other companies to see the competition.)

This is just a short note for now to let you know how happy we are with the painting of our family room. Juan was fantastic and did
a superb job. The room looks fantastic and we are very satisfied.

I just wanted to say Thank You to Dagoberto Machado for doing such a great job painting my master bathroom. Dagoberto took great care to ensure that everything was covered and protected prior to painting. He worked all day and the results are just lovely. I have requested him specifically in the past for another inside paint job, and will not hesitate to call on him again. Great Job!!!

Williams did a fantastic job painting my house. I hired them to paint pretty much my entire house before I moved in.

Milton (their estimator) came out to the house initially to give me an estimate. He was very professional and gave me information about the company, their licenses and warranties, and the paints that they use. I was able to schedule the work to start very soon after the estimate (which was fantastic, considering I had a pretty tight schedule).

Cristian (the painting team's foreman) was wonderful. When we first met, we spent some time organizing all of the paints into which rooms they would apply to. He followed all of my instructions. He and his team did a wonderful job and were on time - the rooms look fantastic and the team left my house pretty darn clean. I really could not believe how early they all started!

Williams is a little pricey, but I think it is totally worth it for their professionalism and quality. I would highly recommend them.

I was very happy with the work Ricardo did on my home. I have an older home and the walls are plaster. Over the years as I have hung different pictures on the walls I have created many holes, some quite messy. Ricardo did a spectacular job at filling them in. You can't even tell where the holes were. The painting was just as good. Ricardo was very friendly and wanted to make sure I was pleased with his work throughout the day.
I won the Williams Painter For a Day at an event and I am so pleased that I got it! I will spread the word on the great work done by Williams Professional Painting!

I think we've finally put everything back together and it all looks just great. JB was so thorough before he left, I haven't found anything that needs attention. This past Friday, March 29, 2013, Williams Professional Painting concluded their work on the interior of our building and the final check has been issued under the contract into which we entered back in February 2012. For purposes of your records and knowing what paint was used, please be advised we used Benjamin Moore “Pale Oak” on the first floor and a custom blend we titled “Nimbus 50%” for floors 2-roof vestibule, also manufactured by Benjamin Moore. Due in part to circumstances beyond our control, the project took longer than expected, but was well worth the wait considering the following five factors that help demonstrate the extra value we received under this contract:

• the paint class was upgraded to “Aura,” the highest quality available, and wallpaper areas addressed twice, at no extra cost to the Association;
• the painters worked quietly and on weekends, and Dave Williams even placed himself in harm’s way by photographing an intruder and likely criminal;
• Dave Williams and his painting staff were professional at all times and exhibited extraordinary amounts of patience in addressing our every concern;
• Dave Williams acted as a consultant during the paint selection phase and accommodated our many requests to test a multitude of paint samples; and
• Williams Professional Painting made an inordinate amount of extra trips to our property, which costs the firm time and money, in order to accommodate our preferences, coordinate with our redesign schedule, and paint, repaint and caulk several areas outside the contract scope at no charge to the Association because he was not satisfied.

Given the high level of commitment Williams Professional Painting made to our property, it was considerably important – and fair – that this extra information be imparted to you. The Board anticipates budgeting for “upkeep” painting to keep the common elements as pristine as they look now. While the Board cannot offer an endorsement of a particular contractor to you, I have personally been impressed enough by the perfectionist efforts of Williams Professional Painting to retain them in the near future to paint my private residence and therefore have copied Dave Williams on this message in case you wish to consider him for the same. Although Williams Professional Painting will not be able to offer us a viable solution to paint the exterior elevator doors and entryway cladding on floors 2 – roof vestibule, the Board is engaged in discussions with an elevator specialist who purportedly has the technology to make those surfaces more receptive to paint engineered just to adhere to those challenging types of entryways.

We were very happy with the work done by the crew. They were very careful and thorough. I appreciated that they made sure all the windows opened and locked after they finished. Bryan and Daniel (and Edwin earlier) were great! I've already recommended your company to two families - and will continue to do that if anyone's looking for this type of service.
