Dear Williams family,

We needed an experienced company to paint the interior of our 2200 sq. ft. 1948 brick rambler. The walls and ceilings in the original part of the house are plaster on wood lathe. During its 65+ years, the walls and ceilings were showing cracks suffered from settling, earthquake, and a mediocre paint job done by someone else 10 years ago requiring more prep time than the 1990-91 addition (drywall and wallpaper to be removed).

Once we decided that we were ready to have the house painted, we began interviewing painting companies and chose Williams Professional Painting for reasons both tangible and intangible.

A work colleague had recommended them based on their results on the exterior painting of their home.

We attended a complimentary paint consultation seminar hosted at Williams’ plant. Attendees included real estate agents, previous clients, and potential new business opportunities like us. The class was conducted by an experienced painting and color design consultant.

The plant was clean, well-stocked, and well-organized with paints and paint samples, ladders, and drop clothes for pending jobs. It was there that we met the Williams family. We knew that we could trust this family to do the job right.

Rick, the owner’s son, inspected our home twice to gauge the amount and type of work required. He then decided which of his crews had the mix of skills required to perform the job. Our crew foreman was Jose G., and the team included Ricardo, Jaime, Jhoiner, Marvin, and Dagoberto.

They did all the big and little things right, such as the following:

The crew was punctual starting every day at 7:30 AM. They worked the entire day of the mid-January snow storm and appeared the day after that storm at the same 7:30 AM starting time. They worked the entire day breaking only for a brief lunch, which they ate on the premises. They concentrated on their tasks throughout the days. They took extra care protecting our belongings including babysitting the 2 dogs if they got out. They were conscientious when it came to keeping the outside gates closed so there would be no runaway dogs. They asked us clarifying questions if there ever was the possibility of doubt. There was never any sense that any of the valuables in the house were in any jeopardy. At the end of every day, they cleaned their tools and carefully vacuumed our rugs and floors. They left the house spotless. They organized, consolidated, and covered with a tarp all of their materials and equipment in a central area that was the least intrusive to our family and pets. They offered a touch-up visit if needed before we put the house up for sale in 2015.
The crew from Williams Professional Painting made the paint project as painless for us as possible. As we told the crew, they made the house beautiful. The repair s and preparation work were superb. They know their profession and are craftsmen. We thanked them very much, and told them that they made our home beautiful. No one could have done a better job than they did.

I'm writing to provide a review for Ricardo Salas and Edison for their work at Cameron Mills Rd.

We had a great experience with both Williams Professional Painting and Ricardo and Edison. First off, the estimate process was so much easier and straight forward than I expected. It was easy to schedule a time on the weekend to get an estimate and Dave showed up ready to answer any of my questions and was more than willing to provide information. He also responded to my emails etc. promptly, making it painless to schedule and move forward with the project. This is a very different experience than with other contractors we have attempted to work with. We also had the pleasure of using the company's free design services at their office location. It made picking a color far more enjoyable than going to a crowded Home Depot and the advice was very valuable.

Second, Ricardo and Edison's work was fantastic. They showed up right on time, covered all the walkways, protected the furniture, and worked efficiently. Ricardo ended up doing 2 out of the 3 days of work by himself, and we had the same experience. He showed up right on time, making it easy for me to ask any questions I had before I had to head off to work, and was very respectful of our home. The paint job is beautiful and my house was left clean and undamaged. I would be happy to work with Ricardo again in the future and would certainly recommend Williams Professional Painting to others.

We had previously used Williams Professional Painting; so we knew we would get quality work. Bryan and Carlos were very professional. They arrived on time both days, worked quickly and produced outstanding results. The upper floor of the townhouse was especially difficult due to the shape of the ceiling and accessibility to some of the walls. Again, I was very pleased with how they accomplished the task and the speed with which they moved. I would not hesitate to call on Williams Professional Painting again. They are a little expensive; but well worth the expense. Bryan and Carlos are excellent painters...ask for them if you use their service.

The project was completed today. As you know, this isn't the first time we have used WPP and we had every reason to expect that we would be satisfied with your work. I do want to mention that we were exceptionally impressed by Juan Maldinado as the foreman on the project. This job was executed flawlessly from a quality perspective and also very quickly. Mr. Maldinado kept me apprised of what they would be doing next so that my wife and I could shift from one bedroom/bathroom to another when necessary and took care of all the necessary details of moving furniture or whatever needed to be done. We are accustomed to good work from Williams, but I think that Juan is exceptional even by your high standards. Thank you for a job well done.

We are very happy with the work as we have been in the past.I would like to commend Franklin who supervised the job. He is very much up to the standards that we have come to expect from Williams.

We just had our beautiful historic townhouse painted by Dave with Juan Maldonado as our foreman. The house is absolutely beautiful. The quality of the workmanship, customer service, and professionalism was exceptional. Thank you Dave, Juan and your crew for restoring this beautiful building to its glory. You are truly the best.

"Both of the men that you sent were excellent and I've very seldom had painters that did such a good job and were so careful. They didn't get a spot of paint on anything other than the walls and they were very polite and as I said they were very careful to cover everything they moved furniture to help me decide on a couple of things and they were very professional and very good. I didn't catch their names but I just wanted you to know that they were good and I do appreciate them. Thank you so much. "

Alvis (the estimator) was prompt and responsive. We purchased the house in July, and requested costs for the above work, as well as potentially additional work (painting the living room, and painting the in-law suite in the basement). He broke down the costs for each section, allowing us to pick which work we wanted done. They also were very helpful in coming out to paint the window trim in one room that we needed painted before installing new blinds.

The onsite crew looked at the areas to be painted with us before proceeding. They were prompt in arrival times, and completed the work within the estimated time frame. There were a few drips onto the radiators that I found months after the painting (so obviously not reported to the company as it took me so long to find them!). But other than that, they did a really great job, and it\'s held up nicely so far.

Excellent work by the entire staff, from the owner who provided the overall estimate, to the workers and office staff. Professional, polite and punctual in all aspects. Work entailed carpentry, wallpaper removal, wall prep, crown moulding/boxes, chair rails and painting. We met with the company designer for color consult and some additional suggestions. Overall project took about a week. JB is a master carpenter and painter. He and his partner were punctual, worked diligently, and did a compete clean-up every day. JB did a walk-thru upon completion of the work to ensure we were completely satisfied. We have used Williams Professional Painting before for both interior and exterior painting and have been extremely pleased each time.

This review is for the work that Franklin did at our home. He is not just an amazing painter, but he is an amazing man. I have never had someone work in my home that was so respectful, so honest and so hardworking. He brought everything to our attention so that we could make decisions and therefore we NEVER had a problem. His attention to detail and customer satisfaction was phenomenal! I own two companies and Franklin is the type of man that I would want working for me in a top level position. We are beyond pleased with his work. Juan Maldonado worked as a carpenter on a project for us during May of 2014. His work and attention to detail is exceptional and we are very happy with the outcomes. If available, request the Mr. Omar and Mr. Carlos painting team. They have an Incredible work ethic with quality results. I have used Williams Professional over several years, for my rental properties and private residence...never disappointed. On a scale of 1-10, with 5 being average...and 10 being the highest possible score...they have always hit 10 on every job.

Wanted to send a note of appreciation re my recent painting project. The whole process was seamlessly handled. Mr Williams offered suggestions and promptly provided an estimate. Amy, the receptionist, courteously handled the scheduling of the project, arrival times, and billing questions. Adolberto Ferrafino and Rodrigo arrived as scheduled, and with a minimum of household disruption and mess performed a "face-lift" on my living room. The plaster repair and new paint gave the room a whole new look.
