Excellent work. These guys do charge a bit more than some others, but they are meticulous, polite and professional .The painter who did the job spent a LOT of time covering everything and taping up sheeting on the walls to ensure that nothing was damaged from the painting. He did a great job and, at the end, when I pointed out a small area that needed a tiny touch up, he happily took care of it (instead of complaining that he'd already packed up most of his stuff.) I also like that the supervisors check in (even on a one-day project) - when the painter had a question, he contacted the supervisor, and he came over very quickly while we discussed our options. In my opinion, they are worth the extra money. Also, look out on their FB page for deals - especially in the winter - ours covered free paint.

Ricardo Salas did a very good job and also carried himself throughout the day in a very professional manner. Ricardo took the time to discuss the job and what the expectations and results would be.

Milton Chavez provided a written estimate (for labor and materials) that was in line with actual costs. This was not the lowest estimate we received, but did seem to be in line with the skill level of the workers who did the repairs. I was impressed by their ability to work together as a team and to communicate closely with us for the three days they were on site. Both master carpenters, Dagoberto Rodriguez and another gentleman whose name I cannot recall, were thoroughly professional in every respect. While they were at work, I felt our house was in good hands. It was a pleasure to work with them. We would definitely hire them again for future work.

I have never had someone work in my home that was so respectful, so honest and so hardworking. Adalberto and his assistants did an excellent job painting the windows and exterior trim, plus interior repairs at my house. They were dependable, arriving each day at the scheduled time and finishing each afternoon at a convenient hour. Adelberto was very amenable to requests for even minor details, did all work in a beautiful manner, and cleaned up completely each day. I have used Williams Painters in the past with great satisfaction, and will certainly use them again.

Just a quick note re: Juan.

I have had occasion to interact with him a total of 5 or 6 times, he has always, and continues to be, the ultimate professional.

Allow me to recap, your email stated he would arrive between 0730 and 0800 and sure enough at 0745 he was at the house. Once at the house he accessed the situation with the doors quickly and quickly implemented a fix, after noticing that the proposed solution would not work, he recommended other solutions but, from my point of view, always balancing the professional outcome with the cost/level of effort that would be required.

I have verbally stated this before, but your crews have NEVER disappointed me, I am very comfortable with Williams Professional Painting in my property, and look forward to a continued business relationship.

Arturo and Daniel both are quite professional and pleasant. I also want to compliment Williams' customer service staff. I always try to compare three vender quotes, and one of the key aspects is the excellent customer service by all that I come I contact. Adalberto & Cristian left about an hour ago, after finishing up the painting. I just wanted you to know that not only did they do a fantastic job, but they worked clean, were professional & were very accommodating. Every evening, before they left, they always checked with me to make sure that everything that I requested was being done, even to the point where I had forgotten to mention to the office , when I told them what paint I needed, that I needed Hi Gloss paint for some of the items. The next day they had the Hi Gloss. Nothing was ever a mess. the room furniture & floors were well protected with tarps, even all the flooring from the front door to whatever room they were working on. Their painting was flawless. I know, because I used to do all our painting, so I know what it takes to do such a fantastic job. Even with me taking my time, I could not do it half as good as Adalberto & Cristian.

In the evening when they were finishing up, they made sure everything was orderly, with their supplies organized & the floors vacuumed. Their was another gentleman here on the first day & his work was flawless as well.

I tried to write a review on some of the sites on the card that Adalberto gave me, but I guess I am not very computer savvy & could not do it. I will see if my husband can help me get to the correct site.

So thank you for your wonderful service. This is our 3rd time using Williams Professional Painting & we have never been disappointed & always extremely pleased.

We recently had our ceiling painted in the front entry hall (February 11th).

Juan Maldonado did an excellent job. He was on time, the work area was spotless and the ceiling looks great.

As always we've enjoyed have Williams take care of our painting needs.

This letter is in response to Job #9355, painting at XXXX XXXXXXXton Road and provide my overall assessment of the job from initial contact to completion.

First, the estimator, Alvis Hermes, showed up on time and conducted a walk around in a very professional manner. We discussed the carpentry work that also needed to be done as well as the poor condition of the paint on some areas of the house. I received the estimate from Alvis on the date promised and responded the next day.

Preparation began, as scheduled, on June 23 and painting was completed on June 30.The entire process was very professional and the painters and carpenter did an outstanding job. They were very courteous and kept me apprised of when they were going to need to enter the house, the time that they planned to show up in the morning and what was scheduled. Every day they completed a thorough cleanup of the areas around the house. Due to a medical problem ,I was unable to remove the storm windows or to assist with the windows, several were very difficult to open/ remove. Dagoberto removed and replaced the windows and I appreciate his efforts in doing this with no damage to the sills of facings. All the painting and carpentry work looks very good and I am very pleased with the overall job.

I would like to commend Alvis, the two painters and the carpenter for their professional work and courteous attitudes. I am enclosing $ 150 for you to give to the two painters.....$100 for Dagoberto and $ 5O for the other painter. Thanks.

Ricardo was excellent. On time, polite, professional and did a great job. He checked the whole exterior and did a couple of other repairs besides the one I had called about.
