I wanted to let you know that Walter and Caesar were awesome when they came by to paint our 4^th Floor space. They were friendly and knew exactly what they were doing. Their attention to detail in both painting and keeping the area clean and tidy did not go unnoticed. Thanks for sending us such a great pair of guys.

This review is for the work that Franklin did at our home. He is not just an amazing painter, but he is an amazing man. I have never had someone work in my home that was so respectful, so honest and so hardworking. He brought everything to our attention so that we could make decisions and therefore we NEVER had a problem. His attention to detail and customer satisfaction was phenomenal! I own two companies and Franklin is the type of man that I would want working for me in a top level position. We are beyond pleased with his work. You are lucky to have a man like him with your company. He is priceless!! Franklin is the reason we hired Williams Professional Painting this second time. Adalberto & Cristian left about an hour ago, after finishing up the painting. I just wanted you to know that not only did they do a fantastic job, but they worked clean, were professional & were very accommodating. Every evening, before they left, they always checked with me to make sure that everything that I requested was being done, even to the point where I had forgotten to mention to the office , when I told them what paint I needed, that I needed Hi Gloss paint for some of the items. The next day they had the Hi Gloss. Nothing was ever a mess. the room furniture & floors were well protected with tarps, even all the flooring from the front door to whatever room they were working on. Their painting was flawless. I know, because I used to do all our painting, so I know what it takes to do such a fantastic job. Even with me taking my time, I could not do it half as good as Adalberto & Cristian.

In the evening when they were finishing up, they made sure everything was orderly, with their supplies organized & the floors vacuumed. Their was another gentleman here on the first day & his work was flawless as well.

I tried to write a review on some of the sites on the card that Adalberto gave me, but I guess I am not very computer savvy & could not do it. I will see if my husband can help me get to the correct site.

So thank you for your wonderful service. This is our 3rd time using Williams Professional Painting & we have never been disappointed & always extremely pleased.

The project was completed today. As you know, this isn't the first time we have used WPP and we had every reason to expect that we would be satisfied with your work. I do want to mention that we were exceptionally impressed by Juan Maldinado as the foreman on the project. This job was executed flawlessly from a quality perspective and also very quickly. Mr. Maldinado kept me apprised of what they would be doing next so that my wife and I could shift from one bedroom/bathroom to another when necessary and took care of all the necessary details of moving furniture or whatever needed to be done. We are accustomed to good work from Williams, but I think that Juan is exceptional even by your high standards. Thank you for a job well done.

I was very happy with the work Ricardo did on my home. I have an older home and the walls are plaster. Over the years as I have hung different pictures on the walls I have created many holes, some quite messy. Ricardo did a spectacular job at filling them in. You can't even tell where the holes were. The painting was just as good. Ricardo was very friendly and wanted to make sure I was pleased with his work throughout the day.
I won the Williams Painter For a Day at an event and I am so pleased that I got it! I will spread the word on the great work done by Williams Professional Painting!

As the name of your company implies, Luis and Edwin did a very professional job. A I previously mentioned, their wall preparation, painting skills, cleanup, and furniture/wall hangings replacement were very impressive. Luis' knowledge of complicated electronic wiring for audio and video equipment allowed him to perfectly restore all of my entertainment stuff. Equally important is that Luis and Edwin are genuinely great guys.

This past Friday, March 29, 2013, Williams Professional Painting concluded their work on the interior of our building and the final check has been issued under the contract into which we entered back in February 2012. For purposes of your records and knowing what paint was used, please be advised we used Benjamin Moore “Pale Oak” on the first floor and a custom blend we titled “Nimbus 50%” for floors 2-roof vestibule, also manufactured by Benjamin Moore. Due in part to circumstances beyond our control, the project took longer than expected, but was well worth the wait considering the following five factors that help demonstrate the extra value we received under this contract:

• the paint class was upgraded to “Aura,” the highest quality available, and wallpaper areas addressed twice, at no extra cost to the Association;
• the painters worked quietly and on weekends, and Dave Williams even placed himself in harm’s way by photographing an intruder and likely criminal;
• Dave Williams and his painting staff were professional at all times and exhibited extraordinary amounts of patience in addressing our every concern;
• Dave Williams acted as a consultant during the paint selection phase and accommodated our many requests to test a multitude of paint samples; and
• Williams Professional Painting made an inordinate amount of extra trips to our property, which costs the firm time and money, in order to accommodate our preferences, coordinate with our redesign schedule, and paint, repaint and caulk several areas outside the contract scope at no charge to the Association because he was not satisfied.

Given the high level of commitment Williams Professional Painting made to our property, it was considerably important – and fair – that this extra information be imparted to you. The Board anticipates budgeting for “upkeep” painting to keep the common elements as pristine as they look now. While the Board cannot offer an endorsement of a particular contractor to you, I have personally been impressed enough by the perfectionist efforts of Williams Professional Painting to retain them in the near future to paint my private residence and therefore have copied Dave Williams on this message in case you wish to consider him for the same. Although Williams Professional Painting will not be able to offer us a viable solution to paint the exterior elevator doors and entryway cladding on floors 2 – roof vestibule, the Board is engaged in discussions with an elevator specialist who purportedly has the technology to make those surfaces more receptive to paint engineered just to adhere to those challenging types of entryways.

Ricardo did an excellent job on the repair/touch-up job last Thursday. He did not rush the job, he was careful to match the paint and the finish, and he cleaned up afterward thoroughly.

Ricardo Salas and Cristian just finished work at our house. Dave Williams and his staff has been painting our house for well over twenty years. Consequently, I expected a first rate job, and I was not disappointed. Ricardo and Cristain's preparation and painting were excellent. It was a complicated job involving two different colors, and they brought it off perfectly. They were neat and clean and completely protected other surfaces. I just wanted to let you know that my husband and I could not be more pleased with our experience with Williams Professional Painting. First, despite a small mix-up in the scheduling, Yanize was very kind, professional and understanding, and she immediately put me at ease and was able to very quickly resolve the issue (and I was so relieved that Williams was able to work within my scheduling needs). The interior painting work itself was beautifully done, and the painting team, Dagoberto and Carlos (along with Franklin on the first day) were professional, skilled, courteous and considerate. They arrived right on time each day and worked very hard, producing beautifully painted rooms. I felt very much at ease with them in our house and appreciated the attention to detail of their work. They really went above and beyond in their painting work, even patching up an extra small area that had some scratches. This was very generous and really stands out in my mind. They also worked hard cleaning up all of the painting materials and dust afterwards. In short, our experience with Williams was a wholly positive one, and I would not hesitate to use Williams again and will be recommending you to others. Thank you for making our home beautiful, and for making the process as easy and painless as possible.

(I should also mention that we enjoyed working with Jose, our estimator, who was also very professional and responsive, and I appreciated his advice on painting needs for our home.)

On January 14th, 2015 Mr. Juan Maldonado arrived early to paint my apartment ceiling from an earlier roof leak. He was early, but was very patient and waited for my family to get off for the day before starting his work. When he did so he was very professional, quiet and neat. He finished the painting in a very timely manner and worked around our cluttered apartment. He also helped paint over a small damage spot in our stairwell which I can not thank him enough for as the little repair job would have taken much longer if left to my own devices. So again I want to say thank you for the outstanding work he did today and should I need further painting services in the future I will be turning to Williams Professional Painting.

Williams Professional Painting just completed painting our home-interior and exterior. They have the utmost professionalism and go beyond the job. One painter took out our trash! So kind, so thorough, and very easy to work with.
