I visited my daughter’s home today. Many thanks to the crew for an excellent job. And equally important, I thank the crew for doing such an excellent job leaving the property so clean and neat.

The job was to remove wall paper from the kitchen, dining room and hallway and prime and paint those rooms, and the living room, stairway to the top floor and the upper hallway, including trim and doors. They also painted the railings in the dining room and stairway. Their project manager, Alvis Hermes, provided extensive consultations and advice regarding color and type of paint. He listened carefully to our objectives and patiently worked with us, offering continual advice throughout the project. He also referred us to Janeen Braddock, an experienced color consultant at Benjamin Moore Paints who provided invaluable advice and samples that helped us to make the final paint choices, with which we are so pleased.

We can\'t begin to say how pleased we are with the beautiful job that the painters, Jose, Omar and Ricardo, did. They were very professional, punctual and responsive to all our questions. We were surprised to find two layers of wall paper in the kitchen. They did a remarkable job of removing them, despite the considerable difficulty this job entailed. Our painters worked steadily and systematically until the surface was beautifully prepared for the new paint. Throughout the whole painting process, our painters remained cheerful, accommodating, respectful of our needs and were very neat as they worked and during cleanup.
We are so happy and excited with the results, as the rooms look exactly as we want them to be. We get so much pleasure each time we come downstairs to see our beautiful, bright rooms. After seeing the great results, we definitely intend to use Williams Professional Painting to complete the process for our upstairs level and lower level family room. We also intend to recommend this company to our neighbors and to our townhouse development\'s corporate office, with the greatest confidence. Williams Professional Painting came out last fall to freshen the stain on my deck.The job was completed in a thorough and professional manner and I was happy to promptly pay them.Unfortunately for both of us, an unexpected cold front with snow moved in that same evening.The new stain curdled on streaked something awful and I was horrified when I saw it the next day after the snow melted!There is a happy ending, though.Les, from Williams Painting came back this spring (free of any extra charges) and spent three days striping, sanding and re-staining all of the deck.It all looks fresh and clean..just the way it did before the storm.Williams Professional Painting was both honorable and professional.They could have taken my money and not come back, but they didn't!I am very pleased with their work and their work ethic.

Great job by Williams Professional Painting on some recent repair to our front portico (carpentry, roofing, and painting). Outstanding work by Juan Maldonado, who was the foreman and craftsman who completed the work.

Arturo and Daniel both are quite professional and pleasant. I also want to compliment Williams' customer service staff. I always try to compare three vender quotes, and one of the key aspects is the excellent customer service by all that I come I contact. Ricardo Salas painted our outdoor spiral staircase. He did an outstanding job. Ricardo always showed up before scheduled time ready and eager to start work. Williams Professional Painting soundproofed a room in my condo by installing a layer of Quietrock over existing drywall. My goal was to soundproof against surrounding sounds coming from any of the neighbors. With the soundproofing work done by Williams Professional Painting, this goal has been attained. Abel, Rene, and Nestor were the team that installed the walls, and Rick (the business owner) and Jose oversaw the project. The team were consummate professionals. They have a lot of experience with installing Quietrock EZ-Snap and Green Glue. This type of drywall install is intensive work that requires specific skill and experience; for example, Green Glue cures fast after application, so walls with Green Glue need to be put up right after glue application. Abel and team knew all the details and did everything perfectly, including not only the Quietrock EZ-Snap and Green Glue install, but also extensively sealing all seams with acoustical caulk (Green Glue Noiseproofing Sealant was used for this), extending the electrical/cable/phone outlets and switches and adding Quietputty around them, putting back floor trim perfectly, and adding door trims (which Abel and team made) around room closet doors to match new wall thickness. At the end, they painted the room and the ceiling. They did a great job, engineering-wise (the soundproofing works great), and aesthetically (the walls, corners, ceiling, outlets, etc. look perfect, you wouldn't guess that a second layer has been added over the original). The painting job was also great. In addition, they finished in the timeframe initially agreed upon, and were attentive and responsive (to my many questions) throughout the project. Their work produced minimal amount of dust (they are pros at cutting & handling drywall). They also left the place very clean. In conclusion, a great experience.

Juan recently did carpentry and painting work for me for the over-hang above my front door. Rain had rotted the top of the over-hang. When Juan started the job, he realized it was rotten to a much greater extent than had been planned.

He had to completely redo the top of the over-hang and take off a facade above it.

He was thorough, courteous, timely, and overall a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend your company to my neighbors because Juan did such a fabulous job.

Bryan spent two days painting and doing repairs in our family room . The door jamb was heavily water damaged and he had to remove the old plaster and rusted metal supports and replace them. He replaced water damaged woodwork and repainted everything. The work was perfect. The jamb looked like new and all the work was neat and clean. In addition, Bryan was friendly and extremely professional. His work easily met the high standards I have come to expect from Willliams. He and the men like him are the reason we always turn to Williams Professional Painting first.
