Gabriela mentioned that I should send a note to you when I called to let her know how happy we were with the services that Jose, JB, and Rodrigo provided. Jose and Tim found a great team to help us finish the job when we determined that we needed a team with experience with durarock instead of drywall. Jose was patient and very attentive to our concerns.JB and Rodrigo replaced part of our walls and repainted the damaged walls and ceiling. Their work is beautiful. I can't even tell there was ever water damage in those areas. They also took great care in making sure our furniture was protected and to minimize dust. Their clean up exceeded expectations. Carlos did an excellent job. Robert (?) too. The colors, in real life look real nice. The sassy green is very cool...it helps to add a little extra "look" to this area....reminds me of being in Miami!

I'm glad Carlos did the painting by hand instead of spraying (except for porch rafters). His judgement is appreciated.

Now I have my own work to do to finish the porch old cedar planks. I like how that part will look when all done.

I see several cans of paint left over - Thanks. Some red and some green..deck sealer too. I can just take the color codes for the porch floor (Bungalow) and the white (Alabaster) to the paint store for more right? I will use more in some places as I finish my remaining projects.

This past week on July 23 and 24 Les Eichhorn and Paublo Benavides primed and painted our double wide carport. These two workers were very professional, highly skilled and hard working.

It was obvious from the beginning their intent was to do an excellent job and satisfy the customer in every way. They meticulously covered property to prevent damage from paint spray and gave us an exceptional paint job. When they finished, the only evidence they left behind was a beautiful carport!

Bryan Pinto, one of William's foremen, and his team showed up early the first day and performed their work with efficiency and care. The team finished the job promptly and did excellent work, carefully executing detailed carpentry work on crown trim and painting as high as the peak of our four story town-home. This week Juan completed several painting projects around our house and did a wonderful job.He was prompt, neat, and very detailed.The front stoop and trim that were repaired and painted look new (as new as a 180 year old house looks).Most impressive was the back gate.He took perfect measurements of the old rotten gate, built a new one, installed it using our historic hardware and painted it.All in an efficient and precise manner.We have always been pleased with Williams Painting and will continue to use them going forward.

These guys are simply the best. They did work all over the house, recaulking a tub, dealing with water damage, rebuilding a ceiling over two attached rooms - i.e. not a terribly simple or quick job. They took their time, worried about the details, and ended up doing a flawless Job. Cristian, the Foreman, was lovely, touching base at the beginning and end of each day, staying on top of everything. I would use these guys again and again.

Ricardo Salas and Cristian just finished work at our house. Dave Williams and his staff has been painting our house for well over twenty years. Consequently, I expected a first rate job, and I was not disappointed. Ricardo and Cristain's preparation and painting were excellent. It was a complicated job involving two different colors, and they brought it off perfectly. They were neat and clean and completely protected other surfaces. Last week, Williams painted the main floor of my townhome. The crew (Walter and Jose) arrived on time, worked continually all day, and cleaned up their work area before leaving. They did a great job! We would use them again

The process of getting the estimate all the way through completion of the job could not have been more seamless or easy. We just purchased a new construction condo and initially thought we could do the painting ourselves but decided to at least get an estimate from a professional. The owner of the company actually did our estimate and was kind enough to point out serious mistakes in the builders painting job (such as the builder did not sand the walls before applying paint so the paint was rough in several spots). The estimate to paint our entire first level, the stairwell and the upper level hallway was incredibly reasonable and quite surprising. So we hired Williams right away. We were able to schedule the job quickly and the painting was completed in two days. They did a perfect job. There is no better way to qualify the quality of the work. We are so happy that we decided to hire Williams Professional Painting and they will definitely have our business in the future.

Cristian and Walter were prompt, did a great job painting a very tall wall that I would be too scared to scale myself, and left everything clean.
