It was a pleasure working with WPP -- from the schedulers, the estimator who came to preview the job, and Walter Osegueda and his partner who performed the work. Every step was handled efficiently and as promised. The crew arrived on time and completed the job -- which involved plaster repair in an older home in addition to painting -- earlier than expected. Everything was done exactly as I requested. The cleanup after completion of the job was also impressive. Jose and Tim found a great team to help us finish the job when we determined that we needed a team with experience with durarock instead of drywall. Jose was patient and very attentive to our concerns.JB and Rodrigo replaced part of our walls and repainted the damaged walls and ceiling. Their work is beautiful. I can't even tell there was ever water damage in those areas. They also took great care in making sure our furniture was protected and to minimize dust. Their clean up exceeded expectations. Your estimate was higher than the others, but with a brand new staircase installed and stained, I didn't want to risk taking the lower company's bid.

I thought your estimator, Milton, was excellent-he really sold us on your services. And I appreciate that he came by the first day the job started.

Luis and his crew were super nice and friendly and they worked and worked and worked. I was very impressed with the professionalism and talent of Luis and his crew. They were prompt, they did a great job, they cleaned everything up each evening, and, as a bonus, they were very personable and attentive.

My husband and I would like to tell you how pleased we are with the work that was done by your employers, Juan Maldonado and his co- worker. They were at our house on Wednesday September 23 and Thursday September 24. While here they did carpentry work as well as painting. The end product is truly top of the line. We found Juan and his co- worker to be hard working, pleasant and above all else extremely competent. It will be our pleasure to recommend them to our neighbors, many who saw the Williams truck in front of our house and were curious to know what we were having done, and our many other friends.

Williams did it again! Walter and Andres rescued my house from disaster...not really but it sure felt like it! Our bedroom was painted, deck re-stained, lots of odds and ends type of painting projects that I had collected over time. Two days of work and now a lifetime of beauty! You are the best! I had a third-story gutter that was drip-leaking over my deck. I would like to commend Juan Maldonado and his helper for inspecting, ascertaining the problem, and rectifying it. He reviewed the problem, recommended the fix, and after the go-ahead, proceeded to implement it.

It will take another hard rainfall to determine if the repair eliminated the issue completely, but the measures taken by Mr. Maldonado and his crew were well-thought out from his experience, and executed very professionally.

Rick Williams came to go over the work and give an estimate. I was pleased to find they use only their own workers, no
contractors. Their workers are all either legal US citizens or have a green card. The workers were clean, professional and punctual. And every day before leaving they cleaned up ALL debris. I was very pleased with their work and workers.
Several neighbors have commented on what a good job they did and a neighbor has just come to my door to ask who
I used for the exterior painting - I was pleased recommend this company.

I would like to thank you and your team for the completion of an excellent painting job. My project consisted having the complete interior of my town home painted, ceiling, walls, trim and closets. The entire process from the initial estimate to the final walk through was painless and very professional. It is really a pleasure doing business with a company that 'gets it' and delivers on what is promised with no hassles.

Dagobarto (D2) and Jose were outstanding. I met with them every morning to 'check-in' and review the progress of the project. They were always on-time and very courteous. D2 and Jose provided excellent service in terms resolving any items I brought to their attention or answering any questions I had about the project. The work area was always cleaned up daily and as each room was completed a final cleaning was done. They both paid special attention to details, especially in repairing the holes in the drywall as well as the metal front door.
