What a great idea- painter for a day. I want to write a quick note to let you know how pleased I am with the paint job that Dagoberto Machado did for me on Friday the 18th. He arrived promptly at 7:30am and went right to work. He was very careful with the furniture that I could not get out of the room. Everything was covered up and when he was finished, everything was cleaned up. The color looks lovely and I wanted to let you know that Dagoberto did a fantastic job. Williams Professional Painting has done a lot of painting at our house (inside and out) over the years. I will continue to use your services in the future.

Good morning, Dave

It just occurred to us that we're quite sure you will enjoy seeing our Christmas Card for 2014 -- our "year of the house" illustrated by these before/after views.

Just yesterday, our neighbor's son, an artistic fellow visiting for the holidays, arrived home at the same time as Dave T. and just raved for some time about our "new house"! We have also received many fine "reviews" in response to sending this card to our friends and family this year. We are enjoying it every single day ourselves, too.

I would like take this opportunity to express my gratitude for a job well done by you and your staff. I would like to thank Milton for selling me on your company and setting a price within our budget for the scope that I specified. I also want to thank him for his follow up during the course of the project.

Next I would like to thank Lisa. Her renderings of the finished product were great and convinced me that I had made the correct choices in color and where to apply them. I was really up in the air about some of my thoughts and she was able to put everything on paper to assist me in selling the idea to my General Manager.

Last but not least I want to thank JB your foreman and the crew. These men where awesome. I never received one complaint about them, the quality of their work, or that they ever caused an issue by blocking traffic in our very busy entry. They always managed to have the lifts out of the way of automobile and foot traffic and I never had one complaint about them getting one drop of paint where it should not have been. They work was very nicely done and the work site was always clean and neat even after quitting time.

Rick, employees are either assets or liabilities to employers. Believe me when I tell you all the folks mentioned in this review are assets to Williams Professional Painting.

HILTON CRYSTAL CITY AT WASHINGTON REAGAN NATIONAL AIRPORT

This past Friday, March 29, 2013, Williams Professional Painting concluded their work on the interior of our building and the final check has been issued under the contract into which we entered back in February 2012. For purposes of your records and knowing what paint was used, please be advised we used Benjamin Moore “Pale Oak” on the first floor and a custom blend we titled “Nimbus 50%” for floors 2-roof vestibule, also manufactured by Benjamin Moore. Due in part to circumstances beyond our control, the project took longer than expected, but was well worth the wait considering the following five factors that help demonstrate the extra value we received under this contract:

• the paint class was upgraded to “Aura,” the highest quality available, and wallpaper areas addressed twice, at no extra cost to the Association;
• the painters worked quietly and on weekends, and Dave Williams even placed himself in harm’s way by photographing an intruder and likely criminal;
• Dave Williams and his painting staff were professional at all times and exhibited extraordinary amounts of patience in addressing our every concern;
• Dave Williams acted as a consultant during the paint selection phase and accommodated our many requests to test a multitude of paint samples; and
• Williams Professional Painting made an inordinate amount of extra trips to our property, which costs the firm time and money, in order to accommodate our preferences, coordinate with our redesign schedule, and paint, repaint and caulk several areas outside the contract scope at no charge to the Association because he was not satisfied.

Given the high level of commitment Williams Professional Painting made to our property, it was considerably important – and fair – that this extra information be imparted to you. The Board anticipates budgeting for “upkeep” painting to keep the common elements as pristine as they look now. While the Board cannot offer an endorsement of a particular contractor to you, I have personally been impressed enough by the perfectionist efforts of Williams Professional Painting to retain them in the near future to paint my private residence and therefore have copied Dave Williams on this message in case you wish to consider him for the same. Although Williams Professional Painting will not be able to offer us a viable solution to paint the exterior elevator doors and entryway cladding on floors 2 – roof vestibule, the Board is engaged in discussions with an elevator specialist who purportedly has the technology to make those surfaces more receptive to paint engineered just to adhere to those challenging types of entryways.

We had WPP come out and redo our bathroom, paint, install vanity etc They were prompt and highly competent. Their work was excellent and prices very competitive. We had Ricardo and Salas-Jaime....we would highly recommend.

Alvis (the estimator) was prompt and responsive. We purchased the house in July, and requested costs for the above work, as well as potentially additional work (painting the living room, and painting the in-law suite in the basement). He broke down the costs for each section, allowing us to pick which work we wanted done. They also were very helpful in coming out to paint the window trim in one room that we needed painted before installing new blinds.

The onsite crew looked at the areas to be painted with us before proceeding. They were prompt in arrival times, and completed the work within the estimated time frame. There were a few drips onto the radiators that I found months after the painting (so obviously not reported to the company as it took me so long to find them!). But other than that, they did a really great job, and it\'s held up nicely so far.

Its now about one week since your company completed the exterior painting and related at our house. Having been a customer of yours for about 25 years we knew what to expect -- and of course we were not disappointed! For us, this 2.5-3 week project was large and as always we were impressed with the care with which you helped us plan for it -- not least especially Lisa's help with deciding on the color scheme -- and for the attention to detail throughout. The foreman for the job, Walter, was excellent -- he was clearly committed to finishing a high quality job even if it took a little longer than expected -- and kept us well-informed on progress daily. He was also very responsive to any questions or concerns that we had as the job moved forward. His colleagues (Fidel and Jorge I think, and the carpenter whose name I forget) also did all they could to ensure a timely and good quality job -- and were scrupulous about clearing up after themselves at night and were especially thorough at the end of the task. And I should not forget your own key contribution -- answering all our questions quickly and comprehensively, and also showing great patience with us.

As always, overall, an excellent job and we will continue to recommend Williams Professional Painting highly.

Williams painted four rooms in our home, the entryway, and stairs. They also repaired plaster ceilings and walls and assisted with paint color selection.

When Sandy reached out for help with creating a new home office, we were excited to lend a hand. She had a fantastic space that just needed to be creatively reconfigured.

We want to commend Juan, Caesar, and Eric for the excellent paint job they did at our residence during the week of 14 November 2016. The crew did outstanding work in the painting of our upstairs hallway and adjacent entranceways and niches. Their attention to detail combined with their skillful application of unique color accents and faux painting techniques has given the area done a grand appearance. Their work is the reason why when it comes to excellence, we select Williams Painting.

I visited my daughter’s home today. Many thanks to the crew for an excellent job. And equally important, I thank the crew for doing such an excellent job leaving the property so clean and neat.
