Interior Painting in Mt. Vernon, Virginia

Bryan spent two days painting and doing repairs in our family room . The door jamb was heavily water damaged and he had to remove the old plaster and rusted metal supports and replace them. He replaced water damaged woodwork and repainted everything. The work was perfect. The jamb looked like new and all the work was neat and clean. In addition, Bryan was friendly and extremely professional. His work easily met the high standards I have come to expect from Willliams. He and the men like him are the reason we always turn to Williams Professional Painting first.

Dear Mr. Williams,

In December 2014, I arranged for a sizable interior painting project with your company. This was the fourth time that Williams Professional Painting would undertake a job in my home. This recent experience has been completed and was truly an outstanding display of workmanship with the total job a resounding success.

Mr. Rick Williams provided the initial project assessment and estimate which included 3 bedrooms, an office/study, entry foyer, hallway and staircase. As colors were planned to change, Rick suggested we hire Lisa Reyes, your professional interior designer. Lisa came to visualize the planned project and listened to our color ideas and preferences for each room and then brought out her myriad color palates to narrow the selections. Lisa was a sure help! She offered great ideas and suggestions for colors and applications, so that all parties were confident that the right colors were chosen for each location. To assure these selections, Lisa created a 12 by 12 inch sample of each color at her Williams paint studio and then returned for viewing on each wall. Colors were spot on and the project was a go! Shortly thereafter, Lisa called and provided the official start date, time and project manager’s name.

On start date, Bryan and Dagoberto “D2” arrived, introduced themselves and set to work. These two workmen arrived each day on time, even during an icy weather morning, reviewed their plan for the day and set to accomplishing the task. In addition to routine company policy of removing and patching picture hooks, covering all the floors and moving and covering all the furniture, Bryan and D2 showed thorough attention to small details (as removing all switch plates, socket plates, and door knobs prior to painting and then reinstalling); saving all the old picture hangars, and safeguarding some small items. One ceiling area near a skylight required drywall repair. Again D2 showed his craftsmanship with amazing results. You would never realize a repair was there.

Seeing the daily fantastic results and how fresh everything looked resulted in adding another area for painting. While Lisa was on site to see the progress, we asked if a second staircase could be added to this project. She immediately contacted Bryan and D2 to determine if there was sufficient paint and then contacted Rick for a price estimate. All was a go again, and are we ever glad that this added area was able to be painted. What a finishing touch!

Overall, Williams Professional Painting remains one of metro D.C.’s true treasures. Each day allowed us to experience painting expertise; daily work team communication and plan for the next day was appreciated and left no guesswork. Finally, it was such fun to see the painter’s satisfaction in our positive reactions. As repeat customers, the entire Williams’ enterprise is professional, reliable, personable, and thorough and will continue to be my ‘painter of choice’ and the only one I will recommend. Hi - I wanted to just let you know how impressed we were with Ricardo Salas and Cesar last week. They were here several days prepping and painting our pretty messed-up dining room and our kitchen. The kitchen color is a pretty intense red, and they did an awesome job getting a nice, consistent color. The prep in the dining room allowed them to get a really nice finish in there on the walls, ceiling and trim. They also power washed and stained our backyard fence which pretty much looks like new now.

They guys could not have been more timely, polite and professional. Ricardo made sure we were completely happy with the job, which we were. They arrived each morning before 7:30 so they would be ready to start right at 7:30 and they left our house very clean and put back together.

I would also like to say thank you to Lisa Reyes for her help to us on choosing colors. She was very patient and came out to our house twice on Saturday mornings to go over samples, including some that she had made to give us a better sense of the color on a larger chip. She also came out during the work to make sure everything was being done as we had discussed.

Friends have already commented on what a great job they did and I have recommended Williams Professional Painting for any painting needs they may have. As our needs arise for additional painting in the future, we will definitely call on you again! Thanks for the great job!

I had a third-story gutter that was drip-leaking over my deck. I would like to commend Juan Maldonado and his helper for inspecting, ascertaining the problem, and rectifying it. He reviewed the problem, recommended the fix, and after the go-ahead, proceeded to implement it.

It will take another hard rainfall to determine if the repair eliminated the issue completely, but the measures taken by Mr. Maldonado and his crew were well-thought out from his experience, and executed very professionally.

"Both of the men that you sent were excellent and I've very seldom had painters that did such a good job and were so careful. They didn't get a spot of paint on anything other than the walls and they were very polite and as I said they were very careful to cover everything they moved furniture to help me decide on a couple of things and they were very professional and very good. Franklin and his crew (Carlos, Jorge, JB, and Daniel) did an outstanding job painting the exterior trim on our house.With it raining almost every day this month, they managed to get the work finished by staying until after 7pm on clear days and working all day one Saturday.The work quality was excellent, they respected the interior of our house and always wore foot protection, and they kept us informed about when they were coming and when they couldn't due to the weather.They were very professional and committed to getting the work done and done right.Our thanks to the entire crew!We definitely will recommend Williams for any painting job and will use them again on our next (hopefully interior) painting project.

I think we've finally put everything back together and it all looks just great. JB was so thorough before he left, I haven't found anything that needs attention. The crown moulding and moulding boxes really make a huge difference - much appreciated. Will most likely put a review on Angie's List. Stay warm this weekend.

We recently had our ceiling painted in the front entry hall (February 11th).

Juan Maldonado did an excellent job. He was on time, the work area was spotless and the ceiling looks great.

As always we've enjoyed have Williams take care of our painting needs.

This is just a note to let you know how very pleased we are with the work that your foreman, Mr. Les Eichhorn, did in refinishing our front entrance. We were truly amazed with the way he patiently hand-sanded every exterior detail of the entire door and the side-light frames. He gave us an opportunity to select the shade of stain, then, respectfully, recommended a slightly different shade that turned out to exactly match the interior. He never rushed through the process and gave each application plenty of time to dry before applying the next one. Subsequently, several visitors, to our home, commented on our exceptionally beautiful front entrance. In addition to the superior quality of his work, Les was very pleasant and cooperative in accommodating our schedule. The job was intended to be a 60th anniversary gift to my dear wife. We both feel that it was well worth it!

The painting job your staff did on my unit 7/31 was outstanding! They were in and out in one day. They came will all the proper supplies and departed with all their equipment and cleaned up else where.

I am so impressed. I have a few more jobs that need work. I will call your company again.

It had been a long time since the interior of my house had been painted. In addition, the house is old and there have been many coats of paint over the years.

When I decided to have a large part of the interior painted, I wanted someone who would to a \"smashing\" job. I chose your company because you have a good reputation and I was impressed with the advertising, estimate process, and prospects for a good outcome.

The initial team did a great job and when they were finished, Jose G. was the \"icing on the cake.\" He took care of some of the remaining details I especially wanted done. He did a super job, was easy to work with, and I am very pleased with the results.

Dagoberto, Fidel, and “D2” performed extensive work on the exterior of my house from May 25 through May 27. They power washed the exterior, replaced wood trim with PVC, and painted the exterior. They also repaired drywall in my den, and painted that wall.
