Hi David: Many thanks for the great work done by your workers in painting the narthex of First Presbyterian Church.

The narthex looked so good that it made the connecting areas cry out for attention.

We've lived in the Mount Vernon area for many years but this is the first time we've contracted with Williams Professional Painting. We are happy to say that Ernesto and his team did a beautiful and professional paint job on our house. His work was superior to any we've had done in prior years or we could have done ourselves. I wish to commend your firm for the outstanding painting of our family room. We were impressed with the technical skills and knowledge of all personnel involved in the project and their respect for our home and its belongings. We were also impressed with your firm’s flexibility and cooperation to meet our wishes with regard to the color scheme. The preparation and painting of our family room was no easy task as the room is quite spacious with 22 foot ceiling. Your painters did their tasks in a correct, professional manner. However, it was Juan Maldonado who brought distinction and excellence to the finished product.

Throughout the entire project, Juan was cordial and very responsive to the comments and concerns of the homeowners. He answered all our questions, and kept us well informed of the work\'s progress. He was exceptionally reliable, always starting work when he said he would and following up his verbal commitments with substantive action.

Juan’s constructive advice, technical proficiency, and overall friendly demeanor made him a pleasure to work with and to have in our home. But what impressed us the most was the caliber and quality of his finished product. It was beyond what we had hoped for and we are very proud to have such superb handiwork as the center piece of our home.

We also want to commend Lisa Reyes for her advice on the color scheme and repeated visits to our home to ensure all was going well.

He went out of his way to research the exact match on paint, and also astutely noted that he probably needed to ensure the paint work he did after refinishing the seams coalesced with the balance of the hallway paint. I can’t say enough about the care and attention to detail that Ricardo Salas and Enriquez provided in repainting a dozen old, peeling 6 over 6 wooden window frames on my home that were down to bare wood in places. I am confident that my 1941 windows are in good shape for many years to come. Williams’ painters kept the workplace immaculate and as a bonus they were great dog-watchers! I was able to let my dogs out the backyard while I was at work, because they were careful to close gates as they went back and forth so no escapes occurred. They treated my property as if it were their own.

Carlos was the crew leader when I had my newly purchased condo painted in July. I know Edison worked several days but I do not know the name of any of the other workers. I had the walls, ceiling, trim & doors, and kitchen & bathroom cabinets painted as well as new hinges and hardware installed on all the cabinets. Plus Williams Prof Painting removed a big ugly mirror, repaired the drywall and installed crown molding in the living room, dining room and hall way. All this was going on at the same time I had hardwood floors installed. I was on a very tight time frame and Carlos did yeoman’s duty keeping the job moving along and keeping me informed every step of the way. There were a few really minor, minor hiccups…to be expected when you have this much activity going on in a small space. Carlos worked until after 7 PM the night before I moved in. Did I mention it was the hottest week of the year and the A/C stopped working? All of this was done with no sacrifice in quality.

I was so pleased with the work of Carlos and Edison that I requested either of them when I hired Williams Prof Painting to do some minor ceiling drywall repair and painting touch-up after I changed out a kitchen ceiling light fixture in September.

The prices for the whole condo job and the small kitchen ceiling repair job were exactly what was quoted. The crown molding was time and material and the final price for the crown molding was within $100 of the verbal ballpark range the estimator gave me. No additions and no surprises.

William Professional Painting is not the low price contractor but the price is very competitive for the quality of work performed. I will ask for Carlos or Edison at Williams Professional Painting any time I need painting or professional carpentry/drywall repairs.

Just a quick note re: Juan.

I have had occasion to interact with him a total of 5 or 6 times, he has always, and continues to be, the ultimate professional.

Allow me to recap, your email stated he would arrive between 0730 and 0800 and sure enough at 0745 he was at the house. Once at the house he accessed the situation with the doors quickly and quickly implemented a fix, after noticing that the proposed solution would not work, he recommended other solutions but, from my point of view, always balancing the professional outcome with the cost/level of effort that would be required.

I have verbally stated this before, but your crews have NEVER disappointed me, I am very comfortable with Williams Professional Painting in my property, and look forward to a continued business relationship.
