Exterior Painting

I didn't actually get any work done by Williams because my timeline would not work with the schedule but they actually sent me an email to let me know that they would have to decline the opportunity to work on my project. This is the first time I've ever received such a courtesy from contractors in the home improvement business, and I cannot express how wonderfully professional this is. I have had far too many experiences of contractors coming out to estimate, only to never contact me again, or to go through the trouble of sending me a quote and then never actually schedule the work.

While I did find someone who was able to do the work I requested in my short time frame, in the future, I will definitely contact Williams again for a bid. Just this email was enough to tell me about the company culture here, and I have great confidence in their professionalism.

They didn't get a spot of paint on anything other than the walls and they were very polite and as I said they were very careful to cover everything they moved furniture to help me decide on a couple of things and they were very professional and very good. Great job. Courteous and professional crew. Rick oversees the project on a daily basis. My house was painted about 18 months ago. I recently noticed a small peeling spot. Rick sent someone out at their first convenience. In addition to that repair, the painter found a few other minor repairs as he is specked i in addition to that repair, the painter found a few other minor repairs as he inspected the entire exterior of my house. He did a great job and I was very pleased. Will definitely have them back when I need painting again.

I'm writing to provide a review for Ricardo Salas and Edison for their work at Cameron Mills Rd.

We had a great experience with both Williams Professional Painting and Ricardo and Edison. First off, the estimate process was so much easier and straight forward than I expected. It was easy to schedule a time on the weekend to get an estimate and Dave showed up ready to answer any of my questions and was more than willing to provide information. He also responded to my emails etc. promptly, making it painless to schedule and move forward with the project. This is a very different experience than with other contractors we have attempted to work with. We also had the pleasure of using the company's free design services at their office location. It made picking a color far more enjoyable than going to a crowded Home Depot and the advice was very valuable.

Second, Ricardo and Edison's work was fantastic. They showed up right on time, covered all the walkways, protected the furniture, and worked efficiently. Ricardo ended up doing 2 out of the 3 days of work by himself, and we had the same experience. He showed up right on time, making it easy for me to ask any questions I had before I had to head off to work, and was very respectful of our home. The paint job is beautiful and my house was left clean and undamaged. I would be happy to work with Ricardo again in the future and would certainly recommend Williams Professional Painting to others.

Painted exterior included repairing rotten boards, refinished deck. Excellent work, very professional, they were helpful in working with my schedule.

Bryan Pinto, one of William's foremen, and his team showed up early the first day and performed their work with efficiency and care. The team finished the job promptly and did excellent work, carefully executing detailed carpentry work on crown trim and painting as high as the peak of our four story town-home. Very impressed with their work and would hire again.

This was a great experience- Rick oversaw the project from the beginning and was responsive, considerate, and honest, while JB, Lucius, and Jamie were here every day and were really excellent. They were courteous, efficient, and kind! I work from home so we saw a lot of each other. Our project consisted of fairly serious construction, as well as painting and finishing, and we are thrilled with the results. Working on the aesthetics with Lisa was a joy too, she was very thoughtful and creative. We are really very pleased with all aspects of this project, and will be using this company again in the future as needed.

I want to thank you for the work done recently on our ipe deck. Ricardo Salas and Pablo power washed the deck, removing several years of tree drippings and grime, and then applied the new stain.They did a good job working around the white painted railings and pergola posts.The result is beautiful and the deck looks brand new. The workmanship was excellent and they clearly knew the proper way to apply the stain.

He went out of his way to research the exact match on paint, and also astutely noted that he probably needed to ensure the paint work he did after refinishing the seams coalesced with the balance of the hallway paint. Williams Prof Painting did a great job on our huge 2-story windows and walls in our family room. When Rick came to do an estimate, he assured me they do this kind of work all the time, and they take great pride in their work. Carlos and Jorge were our painters and were always courteous and professional. Everyone communicated well and we could't be more please. Will use them again. Great job from a well-run company.

This is my second time to call on Williams for painting at my condo. I researched carefully the first time and chose Williams due to the many wonderful personal endorsements and the recommendations by professional publications/institutions.

Just like the first time, the job was very professional from the person who came to do the estimate to the painters who actually did the job---Ricardo Salas and Cristian. They painted my bedroom--walls, trim, ceiling and patched a corner wall in the living room -- everything looks great --a very professional job. And, other than the beautiful new bedroom I have and the smell of new paint I would not even know they had been in my house.
