This is just to give my foreman, Ricardo Salas, and his team high marks for the painting project they are completing today at my home. Ricardo and his crew were punctual, respectful of my furnishings, and eager to please. Their work is top notch and they clean up after themselves very thoroughly. Ricardo helped me re-hang heaving pictures, which was very helpful. He is a great asset to the Williams Painting Company. Many thanks.

Yesterday your crew finished up our project to repaint the exterior of our home, and I just wanted to drop you a note.This is the second painting project we've done through your company, the other was some interior work, and again you crew did an outstanding job.Throughout this project Franklin and Erik were superb in every respect.They fully explained the process, provided expert advice and answers to our questions, did outstanding painting work, and were diligent in cleaning up the area at the end.My wife was home throughout the project, and had nothing but accolades for the work that was done.Franklin and Erik are a great team, and great representatives for your company.We still have more work to do around the house, and we'll be sure to ask for both Franklin and Erik.Again, great job.

D2 did an excellent job. The bedroom never looked so good..He was polite, efficient and skilled. He spotted and repaired nail holes and surface imperfections that were not particularly noticeable. And the result was beautiful. I would definitely recommend him.

My husband and I bought a house last summer and were in need of help with some minor painting projects. We used the "painter for a day" promotion offered through Williams Professional Painting and had a fantastic experience!

To start, Gabriela was so helpful and communicative in providing us with initial information and pricing options. She was always very responsive and quick to follow up, which we really appreciated! She got us scheduled at a convenient time for us and promptly sent email receipt of our deposit for our records.

Franklin came to paint our master bedroom and accent wall in the living room on Thursday, May 19th and my husband and I were so impressed with him! He arrived exactly on time (even a few minutes early!) and was incredibly professional and personable. I never saw him without a smile on his face. His kind demeanor and helpful attitude made the entire process so easy and pleasant. Our master bedroom was carefully and evenly painted and looks great - what a difference! Franklin also patched and repainted our accent wall in our living room as well, as a few various spots that needed touch ups and we are so pleased with the finished product! He even helped me to look through old paint left behind by our home's previous owners and removed the extra cans we no longer needed to properly dispose of it for us, which was so appreciated! Overall, Franklin did a wonderful job and was so friendly too - an added bonus!

We will be sure to use Williams Professional Painting in the future and would most definitely recommend their services to our friends and family!

I cold called Williams Professional Painting while searching for painters for my new condo in DC to obtain a quote. I was able to promptly talk to Rick Williams on the phone and he was extremely responsive and reasonable. I told him I recently purchased a condo and wanted to repaint everything prior to moving in. He sent an estimator out to my condo. The estimator, Jose, showed up on time and was extremely courteous, even removed his shoes prior to entering my condo. He took measurements of the rooms and recommended different types of paints for the rooms. I discussed with Rick that I needed the job done in two days and he said it wouldn't be a problem. His crew led by foreman Bryan arrived on time and was also extremely courteous and professional. Their #1 priority seems to be getting the job done correctly. Some of my paint colors were rather dark for accent walls and although my contract said 2 coats of paint, Bryan used 3 coats to ensure that the accent walls were painted properly.

Rick's team kept their word and finished my project in 2 days, even though it required bringing in a few extra painters, they still did not lapse their deadline. In the end, I am glad I hired Williams Professional Painting and did not take on this task myself or hire hourly help to assist me to paint. I'll be sure to recommend this company and the services of Rick and Bryan to all of my friends.

He did an excellent job! He started the job on time, was very professional in his attitude, and finished the job in one day.

His work was excellent. My garage door and trim look much better.

We are very happy with the work as we have been in the past.I would like to commend Franklin who supervised the job. He is very much up to the standards that we have come to expect from Williams.

I had Ricardo, Salas and Cesar plus a couple of other guys work on my son's house. They did an excellent job and worked very hard throughout the project. The foreman(Ricardo, I think) kept me abreast of the progress throughout while I was at the house. The paint job is excellent.

Jose and I did not communicate well during the estimation process. The estimate that I received was not the total amount (excluding additional carpentry work needed) I expected it to be. I was shocked when I saw the final bill. The terms of agreement also showed that I would receive two coats and I did not. I was told that was only true for the pvc boards and door, that the paint was so good in covering that I did not need two coats. When I asked the foreman(Ricardo, I think) about painting the mullions he said they normally do not do those. I told him to call Jose and Jose confirmed that they would be done. So, the job was excellent but the estimation process did not go well. I'm sorry about this because Jose is a very nice guy and I enjoyed working with him, and he was concerned and respectful. I was told that Williams would replace two facial boards that go on the roof area free of cost. Thank you very much.

Overall, what is most important is that you did a great job and treated me respectfully and the job diligently. I hope the same can be said for me.

Please take special note that all the painters on my job worked hard and diligently throughout.

Bryan spent two days painting and doing repairs in our family room . The door jamb was heavily water damaged and he had to remove the old plaster and rusted metal supports and replace them. He replaced water damaged woodwork and repainted everything. The work was perfect. The jamb looked like new and all the work was neat and clean. In addition, Bryan was friendly and extremely professional. His work easily met the high standards I have come to expect from Willliams. He and the men like him are the reason we always turn to Williams Professional Painting first.

I wanted to send a quick note this evening to let you know how happy I am with the exterior painting work. The guys finished up tonight, working very late in order to complete everything before the heavy rain starts early tomorrow, and the house looks fantastic!

I also want you to know what a terrific team you have, so professional and always gracious. They worked meticulously each day (I don’t even think I saw them eat lunch!), and they were always ready to explain anything they were doing whenever I asked questions. Carlos was the lead painter. He's painted for us before, and you couldn't ask for a nicer guy to work in your home.
He was willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied. He took such pride in his work and made our windows look great.
Williams Professional Painting is a great company. They are extremely professional from first contact to final paint stroke. They stand behind their work. Will use them again and again.

I didn't actually get any work done by Williams because my timeline would not work with the schedule but they actually sent me an email to let me know that they would have to decline the opportunity to work on my project. This is the first time I've ever received such a courtesy from contractors in the home improvement business, and I cannot express how wonderfully professional this is. I have had far too many experiences of contractors coming out to estimate, only to never contact me again, or to go through the trouble of sending me a quote and then never actually schedule the work.

While I did find someone who was able to do the work I requested in my short time frame, in the future, I will definitely contact Williams again for a bid. Just this email was enough to tell me about the company culture here, and I have great confidence in their professionalism.
