Who is the Best Interior House Painting Company in Hyattsville, Maryland?

We've lived in the Mount Vernon area for many years but this is the first time we've contracted with Williams Professional Painting. We are happy to say that Ernesto and his team did a beautiful and professional paint job on our house. His work was superior to any we've had done in prior years or we could have done ourselves. Ernesto was very polite and frequently asked if we had any questions or outstanding issues. We also want to commend your office staff on their professionalism and the pleasant way they handled questions. Congratulations to a top notch company and a job well done.

The crew did outstanding work in the painting of our upstairs hallway and adjacent entranceways and niches. Their attention to detail combined with their skillful application of unique color accents and faux painting techniques has given the area done a grand appearance. Walter and his guys were amazing. They are true professionals and take pride in the work they do. We really appreciated all the time they spent on prepping our walls. They corrected so many of the builder's mistakes. The crown molding that was added really finishes off each room. Give a special thinks to Walter, Carlos, Edwin, Gustavo, and Daniel. Tell the guys that our dog Maisie misses them and Walter can visit her anytime.

We are planning on contacting you again in the Fall to finish off our painting project. That will be the two upstairs guest bedrooms and bath and the garage.

We had previously used Williams Professional Painting; so we knew we would get quality work. Bryan and Carlos were very professional. They arrived on time both days, worked quickly and produced outstanding results. The upper floor of the townhouse was especially difficult due to the shape of the ceiling and accessibility to some of the walls. Again, I was very pleased with how they accomplished the task and the speed with which they moved. I would not hesitate to call on Williams Professional Painting again. They are a little expensive; but well worth the expense. Bryan and Carlos are excellent painters...ask for them if you use their service.

I just wanted to let you know that my husband and I could not be more pleased with our experience with Williams Professional Painting. First, despite a small mix-up in the scheduling, Yanize was very kind, professional and understanding, and she immediately put me at ease and was able to very quickly resolve the issue (and I was so relieved that Williams was able to work within my scheduling needs). The interior painting work itself was beautifully done, and the painting team, Dagoberto and Carlos (along with Franklin on the first day) were professional, skilled, courteous and considerate. They arrived right on time each day and worked very hard, producing beautifully painted rooms. I felt very much at ease with them in our house and appreciated the attention to detail of their work. They really went above and beyond in their painting work, even patching up an extra small area that had some scratches. This was very generous and really stands out in my mind. They also worked hard cleaning up all of the painting materials and dust afterwards. In short, our experience with Williams was a wholly positive one, and I would not hesitate to use Williams again and will be recommending you to others. Thank you for making our home beautiful, and for making the process as easy and painless as possible.

(I should also mention that we enjoyed working with Jose, our estimator, who was also very professional and responsive, and I appreciated his advice on painting needs for our home.)

I'm writing to provide a review for Ricardo Salas and Edison for their work at Cameron Mills Rd.

We had a great experience with both Williams Professional Painting and Ricardo and Edison. First off, the estimate process was so much easier and straight forward than I expected. It was easy to schedule a time on the weekend to get an estimate and Dave showed up ready to answer any of my questions and was more than willing to provide information. He also responded to my emails etc. promptly, making it painless to schedule and move forward with the project. This is a very different experience than with other contractors we have attempted to work with. We also had the pleasure of using the company's free design services at their office location. It made picking a color far more enjoyable than going to a crowded Home Depot and the advice was very valuable.

Second, Ricardo and Edison's work was fantastic. They showed up right on time, covered all the walkways, protected the furniture, and worked efficiently. Ricardo ended up doing 2 out of the 3 days of work by himself, and we had the same experience. He showed up right on time, making it easy for me to ask any questions I had before I had to head off to work, and was very respectful of our home. The paint job is beautiful and my house was left clean and undamaged. I would be happy to work with Ricardo again in the future and would certainly recommend Williams Professional Painting to others.

I had Ricardo, Salas and Cesar plus a couple of other guys work on my son's house. They did an excellent job and worked very hard throughout the project. The foreman(Ricardo, I think) kept me abreast of the progress throughout while I was at the house. The paint job is excellent.

Jose and I did not communicate well during the estimation process. The estimate that I received was not the total amount (excluding additional carpentry work needed) I expected it to be. I was shocked when I saw the final bill. The terms of agreement also showed that I would receive two coats and I did not. I was told that was only true for the pvc boards and door, that the paint was so good in covering that I did not need two coats. When I asked the foreman(Ricardo, I think) about painting the mullions he said they normally do not do those. I told him to call Jose and Jose confirmed that they would be done. So, the job was excellent but the estimation process did not go well. I'm sorry about this because Jose is a very nice guy and I enjoyed working with him, and he was concerned and respectful. I was told that Williams would replace two facial boards that go on the roof area free of cost. Thank you very much.

Overall, what is most important is that you did a great job and treated me respectfully and the job diligently. I hope the same can be said for me.

Please take special note that all the painters on my job worked hard and diligently throughout.

Dave – I would just like to express my appreciation in writing for the wonderful job Williams did in the recent painting (8/19 –8/28/15) of my home. The painters worked tirelessly from early morning to late afternoon. I was fortunate in having Dagoberta D2 as the team leader. Not only was he an excellent painter but he kept me informed of the progress of the work and what I could expect each day. The work was challenging. It included removing wallpaper from two closets, one partitioned into upper and lower halves. Working in these small spaces would test one’s physical and mental toughness. Suffice it to say that both closets look like works of art now with smoothly painted walls and woodwork. The team of painters also included Erick, D1, Rodrigo, and Enrique. They were all extremely hardworking and pleasant.

While the painting of the interior has made the house look new, the exterior painting has made it look like a show house. Neither would have been possible without the help of Williams’ Designer Lisa Reyes. Lisa steered me in the right direction with color choices. I could easily still be bogged down by decisions if she had not given her stamp of approval to selections we considered early on.

Finally the work might not have gotten off the ground without the help of Jose Guzman. In the period preceding the work, Jose came to my home twice as I struggled to finalize my requests. On the day that the painting began, Jose arrived to orient Dagoberta D2 on the scope of the project, remembering even the smallest details. Throughout Jose kept in touch with me and with the team.

As a homeowner I could not have asked for a better experience with a company. I hope that I have an opportunity to work with Williams again.
