Exterior Painting in Manassas, Virginia

Last week, Williams painted the main floor of my townhome. The crew (Walter and Jose) arrived on time, worked continually all day, and cleaned up their work area before leaving. They did a great job! We would use them again

They provided an accurate estimate, purchased paint and other supplies, painted about 3/4 of the rooms in our house, moved all furniture and replaced everything as they found it, cleaned up and were very responsive in their communication with us.

Your company recently repaired the ceiling and painted a bedroom in my mother's house in Arlington. Dagoberto was the foreman and I want to commend him highly for his work. He is a careful and hard worker, paying attention to every detail, including cleanliness. We are very pleased with the quality of his work; you are fortunate to have such an excellent and dedicated worker.

I think all went well with the recent painting of the exterior of my house. The house looks great, Arturo and Harry were polite, happy to answer questions or provide information on the job, and respectful to our property. They neatly stored their tools every night, and worked consistently throughout the job until it was done. The carpentry was well executed and within the estimated hours.

I had a third-story gutter that was drip-leaking over my deck. I would like to commend Juan Maldonado and his helper for inspecting, ascertaining the problem, and rectifying it. He reviewed the problem, recommended the fix, and after the go-ahead, proceeded to implement it.

It will take another hard rainfall to determine if the repair eliminated the issue completely, but the measures taken by Mr. Maldonado and his crew were well-thought out from his experience, and executed very professionally.

Jorge and Jaime did an excellent job. They were professional, polite, clean, organized, efficient, arrived on time, kept me informed on what they were doing, were considerate of my husband and me, and were extremely careful with our furniture, paintings, and decorative items. They obviously love their work, love working for Williams Professional Painting, and take great pride in a job well done. Because the previous painters had painted onto the baseboard in some areas, Jorge asked if I had the paint for the woodwork so he could correct that. The line where the wall meets the baseboard is now perfectly straight. They vacuumed and cleaned up two different times and I think my house was cleaner when they left than before. I am thrilled with the result!

This week Juan completed several painting projects around our house and did a wonderful job.He was prompt, neat, and very detailed.The front stoop and trim that were repaired and painted look new (as new as a 180 year old house looks).Most impressive was the back gate.He took perfect measurements of the old rotten gate, built a new one, installed it using our historic hardware and painted it.All in an efficient and precise manner.We have always been pleased with Williams Painting and will continue to use them going forward.

We had a great experience using Williams Professional Painting. We live in an older home where the drywall frequently experiences seasonal cracks. We hired the company to repair the drywall. The quote process was very quick and professional. We were able to schedule the work in accordance with our schedule. Mr. Ricardo Salas performed the work. He arrived promptly at the appointed time, provided an overview of what he would be doing, and got right to work. The exterior painting of the house is progressing well—it is a “big” old house and we appreciate the care and time everyone is taking to prepare and paint it in the best way possible. Ricardo and the crew always arrive by 7:30 am (most times earlier) to begin the job and they work steadily throughout the day until quitting time. Everyone is very courteous and professional.

The bedroom painting job is now completed. Again Ricardo and his crew did a very good job. Noe made sure that the cut-in line between the ceiling and wall colors was straight because he wanted everything to be done right.
