Interior Painting

I had Ricardo, Salas and Cesar plus a couple of other guys work on my son's house. They did an excellent job and worked very hard throughout the project. The foreman(Ricardo, I think) kept me abreast of the progress throughout while I was at the house. The paint job is excellent.

Jose and I did not communicate well during the estimation process. The estimate that I received was not the total amount (excluding additional carpentry work needed) I expected it to be. I was shocked when I saw the final bill. The terms of agreement also showed that I would receive two coats and I did not. I was told that was only true for the pvc boards and door, that the paint was so good in covering that I did not need two coats. When I asked the foreman(Ricardo, I think) about painting the mullions he said they normally do not do those. I told him to call Jose and Jose confirmed that they would be done. So, the job was excellent but the estimation process did not go well. I'm sorry about this because Jose is a very nice guy and I enjoyed working with him, and he was concerned and respectful. I was told that Williams would replace two facial boards that go on the roof area free of cost. Thank you very much.

Overall, what is most important is that you did a great job and treated me respectfully and the job diligently. I hope the same can be said for me.

Please take special note that all the painters on my job worked hard and diligently throughout.

We were very happy with the work done by Williams Professional Painting and the crew who worked at our house. They were very careful and thorough. I appreciated that they made sure all the windows opened and locked after they finished. Bryan and Daniel (and Edwin earlier) were great! They kept us well-informed about their progress and discussed options at various decision points. Carlos did an excellent job. Robert (?) too. The colors, in real life look real nice. The sassy green is very cool...it helps to add a little extra "look" to this area....reminds me of being in Miami!

I'm glad Carlos did the painting by hand instead of spraying (except for porch rafters). His judgement is appreciated.

Now I have my own work to do to finish the porch old cedar planks. I like how that part will look when all done.

I see several cans of paint left over - Thanks. Some red and some green..deck sealer too. I can just take the color codes for the porch floor (Bungalow) and the white (Alabaster) to the paint store for more right? I will use more in some places as I finish my remaining projects.

Dagoberto took great care to ensure that everything was covered and protected prior to painting. He worked all day and the results are just lovely. We had previously used Williams Professional Painting; so we knew we would get quality work. Bryan and Carlos were very professional. They arrived on time both days, worked quickly and produced outstanding results. The upper floor of the townhouse was especially difficult due to the shape of the ceiling and accessibility to some of the walls. Again, I was very pleased with how they accomplished the task and the speed with which they moved. I would not hesitate to call on Williams Professional Painting again. They are a little expensive; but well worth the expense. Bryan and Carlos are excellent painters...ask for them if you use their service.

The Foreman was Walter. They showed up on time, did a fantastic job.

We wish again to bring to your attention the excellent work done by Juan Maldonado with the painting of one of our bedroom, walk-in closets and exterior carpentry work.Although both jobs were small in scope, Juan completed them with the same attention to detail and technical proficiency as he demonstrated when he painted our Family Room.

He effectively and rapidly adjusted to all unplanned occurrences and without complaint.He consistently exhibited the traits associated with a true professional in his field and a sincere commitment to achieving customer satisfaction.

Bryan spent two days painting and doing repairs in our family room . The door jamb was heavily water damaged and he had to remove the old plaster and rusted metal supports and replace them. He replaced water damaged woodwork and repainted everything. The work was perfect. The jamb looked like new and all the work was neat and clean. In addition, Bryan was friendly and extremely professional. His work easily met the high standards I have come to expect from Willliams. This past week on July 23 and 24 Les Eichhorn and Paublo Benavides primed and painted our double wide carport. These two workers were very professional, highly skilled and hard working.

It was obvious from the beginning their intent was to do an excellent job and satisfy the customer in every way. They meticulously covered property to prevent damage from paint spray and gave us an exceptional paint job. When they finished, the only evidence they left behind was a beautiful carport!
