Exterior Painting

Greetings:

I was very pleased with the work that Dagobarto, Fidel & Les did on the 27^th replacing two rake boards on my house. The three men were friendly and professional. Les’ presence helped a lot because he made sure I knew that I wouldn’t be charged for the time D2 and Fidel spent getting paint, the PVC boards and a taller ladder.

If I were Dave I’d wonder why the crew showed up without those items. If they had they could have fit in another job in the time it took to get what they needed. That’s not a hit on D2, Fidel or Les.

So, as I told Les, Williams Painting remains on my short list when my home needs to be painted again – probably not for a couple of years.

Jose – I just wanted to say how pleased I am with how things are going. I find all the workmen pleasant and hardworking. I have had to leave the house for a few hours most days and I am totally comfortable leaving things in their hands. The newly painted rooms look stunning. I can’t believe it’s my home. The repair of the water damage in the 2nd floor ceiling areas is first rate. The PVC was put up on the most blistered outside trim today. Tomorrow (Wednesday) there will be someone finishing up the interior (mostly in the study) and someone painting outside. The closets off the study have had the wall paper removed and primer applied. That had to be particularly tedious work not to mention demanding physically due to the constricted space involved. The forecast for the next couple of days is for a high in the mid 80’s and dry. That’s a lucky break for us.

Thanks for everything. I think my neighbor has called WPP for an estimate on a job in her family’s home. Word spreads quickly.

Franklin and Edwin just completed a job on our house, and I wanted to let you know how superb their performance was.

Every day they were on time, they worked hard, and they were meticulous in cleaning up. Franklin always went to us with any questions he had; he never just assumed he knew what we would want.

Hi Alvis. I just wanted to thank you for your help. Carlos S. came to my house yesterday to do the work we talked about earlier. I loved him. He was such a nice person and very professional throughout the entire process. I really appreciated the way he explained everything to me and did all the work so carefully. Great job. Courteous and professional crew. Rick oversees the project on a daily basis. My house was painted about 18 months ago. I recently noticed a small peeling spot. Rick sent someone out at their first convenience. In addition to that repair, the painter found a few other minor repairs as he is specked i in addition to that repair, the painter found a few other minor repairs as he inspected the entire exterior of my house. He did a great job and I was very pleased. Will definitely have them back when I need painting again.

Bryan spent two days painting and doing repairs in our family room . The door jamb was heavily water damaged and he had to remove the old plaster and rusted metal supports and replace them. He replaced water damaged woodwork and repainted everything. The work was perfect. The jamb looked like new and all the work was neat and clean. In addition, Bryan was friendly and extremely professional. His work easily met the high standards I have come to expect from Willliams. He and the men like him are the reason we always turn to Williams Professional Painting first.

I have had Dagoberto Machado perform work at my house twice in the recent past. I want to compliment him on his punctuality, professionalism, and quality of work. He holds himself to a very high standard, and it is reflected in his painting. He is thorough and takes the time to explain the work to me. I look forward to using him again for my next Williams painting job!

I am writing to let you know how very pleased I was by the work done by Ricardo Salas and Rodrigo on June 14, 2015. They arrived at the promised time and both worked very hard to do a superb job despite the heat and humidity. The carpentry repairs were at the 3rd floor level, as well as much of the painting and, in my eyes, the results are excellent.

My husband and I would like to tell you how pleased we are with the work that was done by your employers, Juan Maldonado and his co- worker. They were at our house on Wednesday September 23 and Thursday September 24. While here they did carpentry work as well as painting. The end product is truly top of the line. We found Juan and his co- worker to be hard working, pleasant and above all else extremely competent. It will be our pleasure to recommend them to our neighbors, many who saw the Williams truck in front of our house and were curious to know what we were having done, and our many other friends.

This past week on July 23 and 24 Les Eichhorn and Paublo Benavides primed and painted our double wide carport. These two workers were very professional, highly skilled and hard working.

It was obvious from the beginning their intent was to do an excellent job and satisfy the customer in every way. They meticulously covered property to prevent damage from paint spray and gave us an exceptional paint job. When they finished, the only evidence they left behind was a beautiful carport!

We would recommend Williams Professional Painting to all persons who need anything painted.
