This week Juan completed several painting projects around our house and did a wonderful job.He was prompt, neat, and very detailed.The front stoop and trim that were repaired and painted look new (as new as a 180 year old house looks).Most impressive was the back gate.He took perfect measurements of the old rotten gate, built a new one, installed it using our historic hardware and painted it.All in an efficient and precise manner.We have always been pleased with Williams Painting and will continue to use them going forward.

He was such a nice person and very professional throughout the entire process. I really appreciated the way he explained everything to me and did all the work so carefully. I cold called Williams Professional Painting while searching for painters for my new condo in DC to obtain a quote. I was able to promptly talk to Rick Williams on the phone and he was extremely responsive and reasonable. I told him I recently purchased a condo and wanted to repaint everything prior to moving in. He sent an estimator out to my condo. The estimator, Jose, showed up on time and was extremely courteous, even removed his shoes prior to entering my condo. He took measurements of the rooms and recommended different types of paints for the rooms. I discussed with Rick that I needed the job done in two days and he said it wouldn't be a problem. His crew led by foreman Bryan arrived on time and was also extremely courteous and professional. Their #1 priority seems to be getting the job done correctly. Some of my paint colors were rather dark for accent walls and although my contract said 2 coats of paint, Bryan used 3 coats to ensure that the accent walls were painted properly.

Rick's team kept their word and finished my project in 2 days, even though it required bringing in a few extra painters, they still did not lapse their deadline. In the end, I am glad I hired Williams Professional Painting and did not take on this task myself or hire hourly help to assist me to paint. I'll be sure to recommend this company and the services of Rick and Bryan to all of my friends.

This is a long overdue comment regarding the services Williams Professional Painting provided in painting our home in Fairfax.

First of all it was a pleasure to work with you, Rick, on the estimate, and we felt the price you quoted us was very reasonable for the scope of the job.

I lost the card your painters gave me in the chaos of packing the house – so unfortunately I don’t remember their names, but they were great and I would be happy to have

them in our home again!

The painters were here each day well before the time to start. They were extremely courteous, and usually they left things cleaner than they found them.

We were in chaos trying to prepare for moving, but they were very accommodating; letting me know I got to choose which room they would work on on any given day

so I could stay one room ahead of them clearing out clutter.

As for the quality of the painting it was very good!

I have recommended Williams to our Realtor and if we were staying in the area and needed painting again I would not hesitate to use Williams.

Carlos was the lead painter. He's painted for us before, and you couldn't ask for a nicer guy to work in your home.
He was willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied. He took such pride in his work and made our windows look great.

This was a great experience- Rick oversaw the project from the beginning and was responsive, considerate, and honest, while JB, Lucius, and Jamie were here every day and were really excellent. They were courteous, efficient, and kind! I work from home so we saw a lot of each other. Our project consisted of fairly serious construction, as well as painting and finishing, and we are thrilled with the results. Working on the aesthetics with Lisa was a joy too, she was very thoughtful and creative. We are really very pleased with all aspects of this project, and will be using this company again in the future as needed.

We were very happy with the work done by Williams Professional Painting and the crew who worked at our house. They were very careful and thorough. I appreciated that they made sure all the windows opened and locked after they finished. Bryan and Daniel (and Edwin earlier) were great! They kept us well-informed about their progress and discussed options at various decision points. I've already recommended your company to two families - and will continue to do that if anyone's looking for this type of service. I also appreciated the way the office kept us informed as we went through all the delays due to rain, and the fact that Milton came by to check on progress and consult on an issue that arose.

We are happy to say that Ernesto and his team did a beautiful and professional paint job on our house. His work was superior to any we've had done in prior years or we could have done ourselves. I had a third-story gutter that was drip-leaking over my deck. I would like to commend Juan Maldonado and his helper for inspecting, ascertaining the problem, and rectifying it. He reviewed the problem, recommended the fix, and after the go-ahead, proceeded to implement it.

It will take another hard rainfall to determine if the repair eliminated the issue completely, but the measures taken by Mr. Maldonado and his crew were well-thought out from his experience, and executed very professionally.

Arturo and Daniel both are quite professional and pleasant. I also want to compliment Williams' customer service staff.
