Painter and Carpenter for a Day

So pleased to have Dagoberto from Williams Professional Painting paint our family room! There was significant detail to the work and he did an amazing job. I really appreciated his professionalism and care in protecting our surrounding furniture and carpets. Thank you! Look forward to working with you again!

"The workmanship and professionalism were outstanding. They command a premium price; but they are worth it. I would not think of calling another painting company. We have used them twice."

Arturo and Daniel both are quite professional and pleasant. I also want to compliment Williams' customer service staff. I always try to compare three vender quotes, and one of the key aspects is the excellent customer service by all that I come I contact. Williams Painting has always been a pleasure to work our projects.

The Foreman was Walter. They showed up on time, did a fantastic job.

Great job!

I am writing to let you know how very pleased I was by the work done by Ricardo Salas and Rodrigo on June 14, 2015. They arrived at the promised time and both worked very hard to do a superb job despite the heat and humidity. The carpentry repairs were at the 3rd floor level, as well as much of the painting and, in my eyes, the results are excellent.

Thank you for providing such courteous, experienced and skilled tradesmen. I will definitely recommend Williams to friends and call on you again when needed.

Sincerely,
Sharon Burke

Williams Professional Painting soundproofed a room in my condo by installing a layer of Quietrock over existing drywall. My goal was to soundproof against surrounding sounds coming from any of the neighbors. With the soundproofing work done by Williams Professional Painting, this goal has been attained. Abel, Rene, and Nestor were the team that installed the walls, and Rick (the business owner) and Jose oversaw the project. The team were consummate professionals. They have a lot of experience with installing Quietrock EZ-Snap and Green Glue. This type of drywall install is intensive work that requires specific skill and experience; for example, Green Glue cures fast after application, so walls with Green Glue need to be put up right after glue application. Abel and team knew all the details and did everything perfectly, including not only the Quietrock EZ-Snap and Green Glue install, but also extensively sealing all seams with acoustical caulk (Green Glue Noiseproofing Sealant was used for this), extending the electrical/cable/phone outlets and switches and adding Quietputty around them, putting back floor trim perfectly, and adding door trims (which Abel and team made) around room closet doors to match new wall thickness. At the end, they painted the room and the ceiling. They did a great job, engineering-wise (the soundproofing works great), and aesthetically (the walls, corners, ceiling, outlets, etc. look perfect, you wouldn't guess that a second layer has been added over the original). The painting job was also great. In addition, they finished in the timeframe initially agreed upon, and were attentive and responsive (to my many questions) throughout the project. Their work produced minimal amount of dust (they are pros at cutting & handling drywall). They also left the place very clean. In conclusion, a great experience.

Ricardo Salas did a very good job and also carried himself throughout the day in a very professional manner. Ricardo took the time to discuss the job and what the expectations and results would be.

Overall very pleased with Ricardo.

Good Afternoon,

I hadn't gotten a chance to send a review of our experience with the WPP team for the house painting we recently had done. Lisa made great color recommendations for us, was patient as we tried to figure out what would compliment our space the best, and we were very happy with her service. The paint crew that we had, Dagoberto and Edison, worked quickly and efficiently. A week later, I still have not seen a stray drop of paint. They were punctual, professional and extremely courteous. Everyone on the WPP team was helpful and easy to work with and we won't hesitate to use your services again in the future. Thanks so much!

Good morning,

We just wanted to let you know what a wonderful job Carlos and Fidel did on our recent paint job. They were punctual, polite, and very helpful. The outside trim and inside entry look beautiful, and the repairs they made both inside and out are great. Thank you so much to both of them!

Sincerely,

Franklin and his crew (Carlos, Jorge, JB, and Daniel) did an outstanding job painting the exterior trim on our house. With it raining almost every day this month, they managed to get the work finished by staying until after 7pm on clear days and working all day one Saturday. The work quality was excellent, they respected the interior of our house and always wore foot protection, and they kept us informed about when they were coming and when they couldn't due to the weather. They were very professional and committed to getting the work done and done right. Our thanks to the entire crew!We definitely will recommend Williams for any painting job and will use them again on our next (hopefully interior) painting project.

Thanks for the good work - you are truly "professional"!

We use Williams several times a year to keep up with our home. Inside or outside they do a great job. This week was a tough job of wallpaper removal and then prime and paint the master bathroom. Dagoberto and Edwin did a great job and were a pleasure to have around all week.

We had previously used Williams Professional Painting; so we knew we would get quality work. Bryan and Carlos were very professional. They arrived on time both days, worked quickly and produced outstanding results. The upper floor of the townhouse was especially difficult due to the shape of the ceiling and accessibility to some of the walls. Again, I was very pleased with how they accomplished the task and the speed with which they moved. I would not hesitate to call on Williams Professional Painting again. They are a little expensive; but well worth the expense. Bryan and Carlos are excellent painters...ask for them if you use their service.

Great job by Williams Professional Painting on some recent repair to our front portico (carpentry, roofing, and painting). Outstanding work by Juan Maldonado, who was the foreman and craftsman who completed the work.

To Whom it may concern:

Franklin just worked on our basement and did a wonderful job.Very professional and informative re: the drywall fix. We will certainly use his services on any of our future issues re: wall painting issues etc.. Highly Recommended!!AAA+ Grade!!

Satisfied Customer!!

Sincerely,

We are very happy with the work as we have been in the past.I would like to commend Franklin who supervised the job. He is very much up to the standards that we have come to expect from Williams.

" Dear Mr. Chaves,

You have a wonderful Hardworking crew, polite, and kind, and the house looks beautiful! My husband of 60 years is in the hospital and will have to remain for long term care. I will take a picture of the house to cheer him up!

Thank you again."

Great job!

Williams painted four rooms in our home, the entryway, and stairs. They also repaired plaster ceilings and walls and assisted with paint color selection.

Jose – I just wanted to say how pleased I am with how things are going. I find all the workmen pleasant and hardworking. I have had to leave the house for a few hours most days and I am totally comfortable leaving things in their hands. The newly painted rooms look stunning. I can’t believe it’s my home. The repair of the water damage in the 2nd floor ceiling areas is first rate. The PVC was put up on the most blistered outside trim today. Tomorrow (Wednesday) there will be someone finishing up the interior (mostly in the study) and someone painting outside. The closets off the study have had the wall paper removed and primer applied. That had to be particularly tedious work not to mention demanding physically due to the constricted space involved. The forecast for the next couple of days is for a high in the mid 80’s and dry. That’s a lucky break for us.

Thanks for everything. I think my neighbor has called WPP for an estimate on a job in her family’s home. Word spreads quickly.
