This is just to give my foreman, Ricardo Salas, and his team high marks for the painting project they are completing today at my home. Ricardo and his crew were punctual, respectful of my furnishings, and eager to please. Their work is top notch and they clean up after themselves very thoroughly. This is a long overdue comment regarding the services Williams Professional Painting provided in painting our home in Fairfax.

First of all it was a pleasure to work with you, Rick, on the estimate, and we felt the price you quoted us was very reasonable for the scope of the job.

I lost the card your painters gave me in the chaos of packing the house – so unfortunately I don’t remember their names, but they were great and I would be happy to have

them in our home again!

The painters were here each day well before the time to start. They were extremely courteous, and usually they left things cleaner than they found them.

We were in chaos trying to prepare for moving, but they were very accommodating; letting me know I got to choose which room they would work on on any given day

so I could stay one room ahead of them clearing out clutter.

As for the quality of the painting it was very good!

I have recommended Williams to our Realtor and if we were staying in the area and needed painting again I would not hesitate to use Williams.

Carlos was the crew leader when I had my newly purchased condo painted in July. I know Edison worked several days but I do not know the name of any of the other workers. I had the walls, ceiling, trim & doors, and kitchen & bathroom cabinets painted as well as new hinges and hardware installed on all the cabinets. Plus Williams Prof Painting removed a big ugly mirror, repaired the drywall and installed crown molding in the living room, dining room and hall way. All this was going on at the same time I had hardwood floors installed. I was on a very tight time frame and Carlos did yeoman’s duty keeping the job moving along and keeping me informed every step of the way. There were a few really minor, minor hiccups…to be expected when you have this much activity going on in a small space. Carlos worked until after 7 PM the night before I moved in. Did I mention it was the hottest week of the year and the A/C stopped working? All of this was done with no sacrifice in quality.

I was so pleased with the work of Carlos and Edison that I requested either of them when I hired Williams Prof Painting to do some minor ceiling drywall repair and painting touch-up after I changed out a kitchen ceiling light fixture in September.

The prices for the whole condo job and the small kitchen ceiling repair job were exactly what was quoted. The crown molding was time and material and the final price for the crown molding was within $100 of the verbal ballpark range the estimator gave me. No additions and no surprises.

William Professional Painting is not the low price contractor but the price is very competitive for the quality of work performed. I will ask for Carlos or Edison at Williams Professional Painting any time I need painting or professional carpentry/drywall repairs.

I had Ricardo, Salas and Cesar plus a couple of other guys work on my son's house. They did an excellent job and worked very hard throughout the project. The foreman(Ricardo, I think) kept me abreast of the progress throughout while I was at the house. The paint job is excellent.

Jose and I did not communicate well during the estimation process. The estimate that I received was not the total amount (excluding additional carpentry work needed) I expected it to be. I was shocked when I saw the final bill. The terms of agreement also showed that I would receive two coats and I did not. I was told that was only true for the pvc boards and door, that the paint was so good in covering that I did not need two coats. When I asked the foreman(Ricardo, I think) about painting the mullions he said they normally do not do those. I told him to call Jose and Jose confirmed that they would be done. So, the job was excellent but the estimation process did not go well. I'm sorry about this because Jose is a very nice guy and I enjoyed working with him, and he was concerned and respectful. I was told that Williams would replace two facial boards that go on the roof area free of cost. Thank you very much.

Overall, what is most important is that you did a great job and treated me respectfully and the job diligently. I hope the same can be said for me.

Please take special note that all the painters on my job worked hard and diligently throughout.

Dear Williams Professional Painting,

This is my second time to call on Williams for painting at my condo. I researched carefully the first time and chose Williams due to the many wonderful personal endorsements and the recommendations by professional publications/institutions.

Just like the first time, the job was very professional from the person who came to do the estimate to the painters who actually did the job---Ricardo Salas and Cristian. They painted my bedroom--walls, trim, ceiling and patched a corner wall in the living room -- everything looks great --a very professional job. And, other than the beautiful new bedroom I have and the smell of new paint I would not even know they had been in my house.

Carlos and another man whose name I can't recall did a two-tone paint job on our never before painted garage. They carefully taped around all the hooks and shelves in the walls and did a perfect job. They covered everything with tarps and when they were finished the garage was exactly as we wanted it and there was not a stray speck of paint anywhere it shouldn't be.

The work of Carlos and his partner met the high standards I have come to expect from Willliams. Professionals like them are the reason we always turn to Williams Professional Painting first.

Great job by Williams Professional Painting on some recent repair to our front portico (carpentry, roofing, and painting). Outstanding work by Juan Maldonado, who was the foreman and craftsman who completed the work.

Ricardo Salas and Cristian just finished work at our house. Dave Williams and his staff has been painting our house for well over twenty years. Consequently, I expected a first rate job, and I was not disappointed. Ricardo and Cristain's preparation and painting were excellent. It was a complicated job involving two different colors, and they brought it off perfectly. They were neat and clean and completely protected other surfaces. Bryan spent two days painting and doing repairs in our family room . The door jamb was heavily water damaged and he had to remove the old plaster and rusted metal supports and replace them. He replaced water damaged woodwork and repainted everything. The work was perfect. The jamb looked like new and all the work was neat and clean. In addition, Bryan was friendly and extremely professional. His work easily met the high standards I have come to expect from Willliams. He and the men like him are the reason we always turn to Williams Professional Painting first.
