I wanted to commend Williams Professional Painting (WPP) for the excellent performance on my recent painting job. WPP lived up to its high recommendations. It was a pleasure working with WPP -- from the schedulers, the estimator who came to preview the job, and Walter Osegueda and his partner who performed the work. Every step was handled efficiently and as promised. The crew arrived on time and completed the job -- which involved plaster repair in an older home in addition to painting -- earlier than expected. Everything was done exactly as I requested. The cleanup after completion of the job was also impressive. I am very pleased with my newly painted rooms, and would definitely call WPP for another painting job.

Just a quick note re: Juan.

I have had occasion to interact with him a total of 5 or 6 times, he has always, and continues to be, the ultimate professional.

Allow me to recap, your email stated he would arrive between 0730 and 0800 and sure enough at 0745 he was at the house. Once at the house he accessed the situation with the doors quickly and quickly implemented a fix, after noticing that the proposed solution would not work, he recommended other solutions but, from my point of view, always balancing the professional outcome with the cost/level of effort that would be required.

I have verbally stated this before, but your crews have NEVER disappointed me, I am very comfortable with Williams Professional Painting in my property, and look forward to a continued business relationship.

We feel fortunate that we selected you to do our painting. From the beginning all went well. Milton Chavez, your estimator, listened to our concerns and developed a contract that met our needs. During contract development, Milton was always readily available and even after painting began Milton would quickly respond to our questions.

Special thanks go to Ricardo Salas, the onsite foreman, and the crew that worked with him. We do want to recognize the good and careful painting that Noe performed and the pride of a job well done evidenced by both Noe and Ricardo. We are very satisfied with the work performed by Ricardo and his crew.

We had Williams paint the entire inside of the house back in 2010. That job was excellent. We were very apprehensive about having to move everything and the disruption, but the Williams crew made it as painless as possible. They even painted AFTER we had white carpet installed and not a drop touched the carpet!

So when it was time to get some outside work done, we naturally turned to Williams. This painting involved foundation, soffits, windows, porch, and staining the porch floor.

The crew (Jorge and Rodrigo, with Joyner the second day) were great. They were professional and courteous, showed up when expected, took great care when coming inside for the window work (white carpets!), worked efficiently, got the work done on the low side of the time estimate.

Williams is very good about scheduling work and keeping their schedule commitments. They are not "cheap painters" and you really get value for what you pay. Dave Williams and the office staff are easy to work with.

The quality of the painting looks great and we would definitely use Williams again.

In fact, our next door neighbor just talked to me about the company, having watched the crew at work, and will likely be in touch for some work next spring.

Rick Williams came to go over the work and give an estimate. I was pleased to find they use only their own workers, no
contractors. Their workers are all either legal US citizens or have a green card. The workers were clean, professional and punctual. And every day before leaving they cleaned up ALL debris. I was very pleased with their work and workers.

I used for the exterior painting - I was pleased recommend this company.

Your team finished yesterday and did a wonderful job. I spoke with someone on your staff yesterday and asked for the final invoice to be sent to this e-mail address which goes to my home. We wanted to let you know that we are very pleased with the painting work done so far by Ricardo Salas and the crew working with him. The exterior painting of the house is progressing well—it is a “big” old house and we appreciate the care and time everyone is taking to prepare and paint it in the best way possible. Ricardo and the crew always arrive by 7:30 am (most times earlier) to begin the job and they work steadily throughout the day until quitting time. Everyone is very courteous and professional.

The bedroom painting job is now completed. Again Ricardo and his crew did a very good job. Noe made sure that the cut-in line between the ceiling and wall colors was straight because he wanted everything to be done right.

When everything is finished we will send in a review. Right now we wanted to let you know that your foreman, Ricardo Salas, and his painting crew are doing a good job. I would like to thank you and your team for the completion of an excellent painting job. My project consisted having the complete interior of my town home painted, ceiling, walls, trim and closets. The entire process from the initial estimate to the final walk through was painless and very professional. It is really a pleasure doing business with a company that 'gets it' and delivers on what is promised with no hassles.

Dagobarto (D2) and Jose were outstanding. I met with them every morning to 'check-in' and review the progress of the project. They were always on-time and very courteous. D2 and Jose provided excellent service in terms resolving any items I brought to their attention or answering any questions I had about the project. The work area was always cleaned up daily and as each room was completed a final cleaning was done. They both paid special attention to details, especially in repairing the holes in the drywall as well as the metal front door.

I would like take this opportunity to express my gratitude for a job well done by you and your staff. I would like to thank Milton for selling me on your company and setting a price within our budget for the scope that I specified. I also want to thank him for his follow up during the course of the project.

Next I would like to thank Lisa. Her renderings of the finished product were great and convinced me that I had made the correct choices in color and where to apply them. I was really up in the air about some of my thoughts and she was able to put everything on paper to assist me in selling the idea to my General Manager.

Last but not least I want to thank JB your foreman and the crew. These men where awesome. I never received one complaint about them, the quality of their work, or that they ever caused an issue by blocking traffic in our very busy entry. They always managed to have the lifts out of the way of automobile and foot traffic and I never had one complaint about them getting one drop of paint where it should not have been. They work was very nicely done and the work site was always clean and neat even after quitting time.

Rick, employees are either assets or liabilities to employers. Believe me when I tell you all the folks mentioned in this review are assets to Williams Professional Painting.

I had a fantastic experience with Williams Professional Painting. My husband and I just moved to Virginia from Minnesota and we found Williams Professional Painting through Angie's list. I received estimates from three different painters and Dave Williams' estimate was the priced in the middle of the other two. But the reason I picked them was Dave's professionalism and responsiveness. He offered some great advice on questions I had throughout the house and his administrative team was quick and polite in responding to my questions. The crew began just two weeks later and did a beautiful job. Not only that they were very respectful of my privacy and were extremely professional. They also gladly did a few "honey do" items for me while they were here. They were a joy to have in the house and were fantastic about patching up and correcting little imperfections in the walls and ceiling that I hadn't even noticed. After the job was finished Williams Professional Painting offered services of their carpenter who works on an hourly basis to hang up all the art work. Juan, the carpenter, was very, very careful with all his measurements and, like the painters, was so conscientious. He even, when asked, offered some advice on the height at which to hang some pieces. Williams Professional Painting did a great job and they were a godsend to someone like me who is new to the area and had no one from who to get referrals. I was also impressed that Dave, the owner, stopped in twice during the job to check to see if I was satisfied.

I am very pleased with the quality of workmanship and the courteousness of your painting crew. Adalberto and Enrique are true professionals and they worked together as a team. They covered all our cabinets, countertops, and appliances before they began to paint. They were careful with our drapes, valences, and furniture as they put them in the living room before painting. Each afternoon they returned our chairs, end tables, and lights to the family room so we could be comfortable for the evening. Lisa will confirm that the rooms look great.
Speaking of Lisa, she is a wonderful addition to your team. I do not have a color eye and she was patient and respectful as she explained to me the best color choices and why she chose them. When I was unsure of my final selection, she brought additional shades in the same color family and painted samples on both the kitchen wall and the family room wall. I am very pleased with my final selection under her skilled direction. I would highly recommend William’s Professional Painting to anyone who is looking for a reputable painting company. We had a great experience using Williams Professional Painting. We live in an older home where the drywall frequently experiences seasonal cracks. We hired the company to repair the drywall. The quote process was very quick and professional. We were able to schedule the work in accordance with our schedule. Mr. Ricardo Salas performed the work. He arrived promptly at the appointed time, provided an overview of what he would be doing, and got right to work. Adalberto and his assistants did an excellent job painting the windows and exterior trim, plus interior repairs at my house. They were dependable, arriving each day at the scheduled time and finishing each afternoon at a convenient hour. Adelberto was very amenable to requests for even minor details, did all work in a beautiful manner, and cleaned up completely each day.
