Turnkey Contracting Services

I just wanted to write and say what a nice job Walter and Gino did at our house this past week.

They were very pleasant to work with and have around.

I was very happy with the work. They were extremely focused on making sure I was happy with everything and took extra care to make things perfect.

I would happily have them back again and want to thank you for sending such a great crew to my home!

We were extremely pleased with the quality of the work done in our condo and with the professionalism of the team that worked on our project.

Thank you

Ricardo was excellent. On time, polite, professional and did a great job. He checked the whole exterior and did a couple of other repairs besides the one I had called about.

Hi Rick, everything looks wonderful! Your crew was super nice and clean too! Thanks again for getting me in earlier. I really appreciate it. I'll be giving your name to everyone I know who needs a painter and drywall repair.

Thanks again!

Dear Mr. Williams

I would like to thank your staff, Milton Chavez, Lisa Reyes,Juan Maldonado and Eric Quinteros for their exemplary professionalism and outstanding work on my newly remodeled basement. Milton was totally up front with me every step of the way. He explained all additional charges which would be needed to remedy the newly discovered mold and to add crown molding which were not included in original contract. Lisa did a wonderful job helping me select paint colors. Juan and Eric arrived promptly every day, worked almost non-stop even when the temperature was an unbearable 106 degrees. I want you to know I will be putting my comments on Yelp and will be sending you a copy.

Again my sincerest appreciation for a job well done. I will be recommending you to my family and friends.

Sincerely,

Dagoberto Madrado (sp?) and Pablo tackled repainting the interior of my home. I was impressed by the way they scoped out the job and the way they chose to tackle it. And, tackle it they did with professionalism and skill, all the while touching base even on such minor details such as whether I wanted to rehang pictures where they were. It I was especially impressed with the care they took in prep work, which, no doubt, made the final result excellent. After each day, Dagoberto would ask me to take a careful look at their work and give him feedback. They were especially careful about making sure furniture was appropriately moved and put back. Both Dagoberto and Pablo are truly an asset to Williams Brothers. This was the second time I’ve engaged Williams Brothers, and on both occasions the result was outstanding. The attention to detail Dagoberto and Pablo gave to my home was outstanding. They should be proud of the result as I am pleased by it.

Rick:

Thanks for your follow-up note – and thanks for the job. Les did a truly excellent job of managing this project, including his own efforts wielding the paintbrush. As a team, Les, Ricardo and Eric were professional, conscientious and diligent painters. All of the work was done with care and attention to detail. The team showed up and finished the job on time as projected. They cleaned up the job site perfectly.

We will not hesitate to recommend your firm to friends. Moreover, this winter we are likely to contract for some inside painting work, and will contact you about that when we are ready.

Best regards,

This note is intended to confirm our orally expressed appreciation of the fine work that Sr. Maldonado and his partner performed at out our house. The end result of their efforts look marvelous. The exterior, however, masks the results of their astute examination and careful restoration of those portions of the house that had suffered over time. It is important

I had Ricardo, Salas and Cesar plus a couple of other guys work on my son's house. They did an excellent job and worked very hard throughout the project. The foreman(Ricardo, I think) kept me abreast of the progress throughout while I was at the house. The paint job is excellent.

Jose and I did not communicate well during the estimation process. The estimate that I received was not the total amount (excluding additional carpentry work needed) I expected it to be. I was shocked when I saw the final bill. The terms of agreement also showed that I would receive two coats and I did not. I was told that was only true for the pvc boards and door, that the paint was so good in covering that I did not need two coats. When I asked the foreman(Ricardo, I think) about painting the mullions he said they normally do not do those. I told him to call Jose and Jose confirmed that they would be done. So, the job was excellent but the estimation process did not go well. I'm sorry about this because Jose is a very nice guy and I enjoyed working with him, and he was concerned and respectful. I was told that Williams would replace two facial boards that go on the roof area free of cost. Thank you very much.

Overall, what is most important is that you did a great job and treated me respectfully and the job diligently. I hope the same can be said for me.

Please take special note that all the painters on my job worked hard and diligently throughout.

Thank you.

I'm happy with the job and appreciate the professionalism of all involved.

Alvis,

Please pass on to the appropriate people at Williams how pleased we are with the painting of our house at 8977 Fort Hunt Rd. Christian and Daniel were terrific, very professional, courteous and did an outstanding job. They always picked up and cleaned up before leaving for the day and made sure we understood the order and progress which had been made. Christian managed the work in an organized fashion and made certain we were satisfied with their work. They are both an asset to the company.

Sincerely,

We've lived in the Mount Vernon area for many years but this is the first time we've contracted with Williams Professional Painting. We are happy to say that Ernesto and his team did a beautiful and professional paint job on our house. His work was superior to any we've had done in prior years or we could have done ourselves. Ernesto was very polite and frequently asked if we had any questions or outstanding issues. We also want to commend your office staff on their professionalism and the pleasant way they handled questions. Congratulations to a top notch company and a job well done.

Good Afternoon,

I hadn't gotten a chance to send a review of our experience with the WPP team for the house painting we recently had done. Lisa made great color recommendations for us, was patient as we tried to figure out what would compliment our space the best, and we were very happy with her service. The paint crew that we had, Dagoberto and Edison, worked quickly and efficiently. A week later, I still have not seen a stray drop of paint. They were punctual, professional and extremely courteous. Everyone on the WPP team was helpful and easy to work with and we won't hesitate to use your services again in the future. Thanks so much!

Hello,

We are writing to express our thanks to Dagobarto for doing such a wonderful job painting the room we plan to use as a nursery for our new baby.

The prior paint job was not great and he did a fantastic job putting on the new color and trim, as well as cleaning up the mess that was already there. He was prompt, attentive, and professional and my husband and could not be happier with the results. The nursery looks fantastic.

Thanks again and we will certainly consider your company for paint work, and of course recommend your business to others we know.

Thanks,

We recently had our ceiling painted in the front entry hall (February 11th).

Juan Maldonado did an excellent job. He was on time, the work area was spotless and the ceiling looks great.

As always we've enjoyed have Williams take care of our painting needs.

"Thank you for coming over to pick up the check; I appreciate it. And please tell Santos and Rodrigo how much I appreciate nice work – especially finishing the extra work in time to show off the whole house to my Thanksgiving company. That was a nice holiday treat!"

Williams painted four rooms in our home, the entryway, and stairs. They also repaired plaster ceilings and walls and assisted with paint color selection.

I want to thank you for the work done recently on our ipe deck. Ricardo Salas and Pablo power washed the deck, removing several years of tree drippings and grime, and then applied the new stain. They did a good job working around the white painted railings and pergola posts. The result is beautiful and the deck looks brand new. The workmanship was excellent and they clearly knew the proper way to apply the stain.

Thank you.
